Paul & the team at CarStar were WONDERFUL. I’m a “tough customer” and Paul’s regular communication with status updates made an unfortunate experience leading me to them that much better. They had seamless integration with the Enterprise Rental office down the road as well. My car is good as new - & I’m so thankful to be back in it! :)

Terrible experience! Car was late and not completed!! For 5 consecutive days I was notified via text that my car is on track to be done on time and that they would call if there was any delay. Car wasnt done on time and they would not pay for or even help pay for a rental. Not only was it not on time, the job was not completed. They replace 2 doors and didnt fix the door handle which still has damage. I can deal with being lied to day after day about the finish time, but to not even complete the job that I paid for.... dont expect it to be done on time and also dont expect it done completely....I wont be going back

I hit a deer a couple of months ago and Carstar Agor Collision was one of the local companies recommended by my insurance company. Since the reviews were good, I picked them. Mike was fantastic from the very beginning. He was professional, very consistent with communication and did a fantastic job. Went above and beyond. Would recommend!

I went online to find a collision shop on the Eastern side of the county. After checking 4 shops I met Mike at Carstar and he gave me the best deal. There was no hassle. The service was excellent and the work was perfect. I brought the car at 9:00am and it was ready when promised at 2:00 the same day. I highly recommend Carstar and Mike’s professionalism.

Mike was the main contact from day one. He took care of all my needs, was accommodating, professional, kept me informed and made sure I understood every step in the insurance process would be. I would highly recommended him and his services.

I had a minor incident with a plow backing into my car. I chose Carstar Agor in Penfield to help fix the damage done to the body. I was beyond impressed with the customer service and the repair done to the Car. Mike, a representative at the penfield location was very helpful, he kept me informed and updated on the whole situation. My car was repaired in under 2 weeks, faster than some places even were able to give me an estimate on the damage. I respect the staff and the business as a whole, I will recommend this newish location to anyone I know who needs car repairs.

Mike did the body work on my car and did an amazing job, handled my rental car and I really did not have to do anything but drop off and pick up my incredibly clean car ! Would not hesitate to use Carstar again

After having repair work from Arienos Collision, my 2015 Subaru Legacy looks as good as it did (almost better) at time of purchase! The owner, Joe, provided efficient, professional, and friendly service. I was quite impressed when I picked up my car, clean and completely damage-free. 1995 Le baron convertible in good shape. had driver door hinge fixed. stronger than original. saved me cash and done sooner than expected. i originally wrote all they did for me but then, did not want to commit them. just know this is a value added shop.people are great and great job-love it!!!

Place is great. Brought in a GMC truck that had rust damage (as most do). The repair was impeccable. Great company! Fair price!

I was a little skeptical being a new customer and that it wasnt one of the shops my insurance company had originally recommended. However once I stopped by and talked with owners (father and son), I felt assured that they would be able to provide good service (and they did). They even saved me money! I came to Arienos on my friends advice and I was surprised by how nice and professional everyone at the shop was. I had to get my car fixed after an accident and decided to get a full paint job as well. I expected to be out of a car for a long time but they finished ahead of schedule and even got me a loaner car. I think its awesome that they have environmentally friendly paint, theyre definitely a step above the rest.

This collision shop took such good care of my car and made it look brand new. They took care of dealing with the insurance company for me after my accident and staff were all wonderful!! This is a top notch establishment and now I send all my family and friends there.

As a busy dad its hard to find time to bring my car in to the shop, luckily Arienos gets me in and out as fast as they can. My car is always done on time if not early, one time I had to pick my son up from school so they drove me. They care about their customers and do a quality job.

After my sister got into an accident in my car I brought it to Arienos to take care of the damage and also some of the rust that had formed. They did an amazing job and all for a great price. I was pleasantly surprised when I picked up my car.

Had some minor bumper cover damage that other body shops in the area quoted at over $400 to repair.Took it to Arienos and they repaired it back to 90% new on the spot, for no charge!They offered to finish the repair with a buff job and paint touch ups for 10x less than my previous quotes. Absolutely incredible service.

Professionalism at its most stout. My car, although not a victim of an accident, had a dated, scratched up and dinged look with quite the bit of hidden rust. Nick ran over the semantics of exactly what and how it will be done and proceeded to allow us to calmy discuss things over before deciding to give it a go. All rust was eliminated and dings filled with a shiny paint job void of those little dried up bubble burstings of paint. I hate those! Not the case here. Excellent place to bring your car back to the future.. Thanks!

When I first came to Arienos I was immediately impressed. Their customer service is bar none the best in Rochester, they pay attention to me and go above and beyond to fix my car. Anytime I need work done I bring my car to Arienos, there is no better place to go.

PLEASE DONT LET THEM SELL YOU A PIECE OF JUNK . I BROUGHT A CAR FROM THEM IN FEBRUARY IF COURSE A WEEK AFTER HAVING THE CAR THE ENGINE LIGHT COMES ON THEY WOULDNT HELP ME . THEN TWO WEEKS LATER MY CATALYST CONVERTER RUSTED OFF AT THE MANIFOLD CALLED THEM AGAIN THEY SENT ME IN CIRCLES NEVER HELPED ME NOW ITS 3 MONTHS LATER IM IN THE HOLE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN REPAIRS BECAUSE EVERYTHING IS MESSED UP ON MY VEHICLE NOT TO MENTION THE BODY OF THE CAR WAS NICE BUT THATS IT . THE SALES MEN TRIED TO SAY IT WAS THE OWNERS DAUGHTER CAR WHEN I WENT TO GET IT REGISTERED THE TITLE HAD LIENS ON IT ASKED THE SHOP FOR THE LIEN RELEASE THEY SENT ME ON MY WAY . MAYBE I BROUGHT A JUNKER BUT IF THERE A LEGAL SHOP AN THEY PROPERLY INSPECTED THIS CAR THEY WOULD HAVE SEEN ALL THE ISSUES AN THEY SHOULD HAVE ATLEAST HELPED ME . I ADVISE NO ONE TO BUY FROM THEM . ITS NOT WORTH YOUR THE ME HUYING A PIECE OF PRETTY JUNK . I COULD HAVE LOST MY LIFE BECAUSE THE GASLINE WENT AN POURED GAS ALL OVER THE STREET AN CAUSED MY CAR TO CUT OFF IN MID TRAFFIC .
