The collision manager Mike was very understanding of a personal situation I was experiencing and he werent above and way beyond his call of duty and helped me out. My car was repaired beautifully, God was all in this mans spirit. Thanks.

I was not even going to look at cars at Cortese due to some not so good service experience, but a friend gave me a name of a sales guy so I figured I would give him a try. I was very pleased with Tim May. He was not pushy, he listened to my concerns due to my past experiences and he made me feel like a priority. I ended up buying a car, but the deal almost went south. we had decided on a price, but when we tried to close the deal a tire issue came up. So again Cortese was leaving me with a crummy feeling. I was giddy over the car, but this was a deal breaker. Tim fought hard for me and in the end we got the car. I feel it was almost fair. I would have preferred the original agreed on price, but I could see that the dealership can not give cars or tires away. After a lot of talking, prayers and budgeting we got the car. Thanks to TIM MAY and Johnny for trying their best to get me the BEST deal possible. I will surly send folks to Tim in the future. He was not pushy, did not ask for my number and said to call him when I was ready.

When I was about to take delivery of my 2009 Lincoln in Jan. 2010, my husband was in intensive care, without a good prognosis. Tim May went to extraordinary lengths to help me thru the final purchase / take delivery, turn in a rental car process. This level of Customer Service brought me back to Cortese for my 2013 Lincoln,and in particular to Tim. He is an outstanding, caring individual and both he and Dino have ALWAYS gone the extra miles to take care of me. You dont see that very often these days.

I am quite the difficult client when it comes to car shopping. I have researched and visited other dealers all around the county. I came back to Cortese because no where else did I get the same patience. Plus they were able to give me more than I wanted. They went the extra mile, and even helped me bring my rental back. I always feel welcome when I walk in the door. Denise stayed late and worked hard to make a deal and I appreciated that.

My husband and I were very pleased with the service we received at this dealership, and with Tony Vento. He made buying a car a very pleasant experience. We came in to test drive 4 different vehicles they had. After we test drove the first SUV, he had the next one pulled up, ready for us to jump into and test drive. There was no waiting around. Even though we were looking at a SUV at another dealership, Tony was the reason we came back to Cortese. Tony and the financial staff were kind, respectful and not pushy. They made us feel comfortable, unlike some of the other dealerships we dealt with.We will definately come back to Cortese when it is time to buy another car. Dealing with Cortese took away all the stress and frustration we have felt in the past, when it came time to purchasing a new vehicle.
