I lightly damaged my motorcycle pannier and got the paint scratched. I called a few shops in the area to ask if they worked on motorcycle accessories. I was turned down by 2 shops but Underground took a look and helped me out.The fix and paint job is high quality. The time of delivery took about two weeks but it was much cheaper getting it repaired than buying an entire new set of panels. Price is good, the workmanship is great.

Mark has been very helpful, as well as his crew. Worked on my CR-V as well as my brothers BMW 6 series convertible. Excellent work and fair prices. Has turned things around quickly without sacrificing quality.

I delt with Mark over and over about getting my motorcycle painted. He had my bike at his shop for 3 weeks, left it outside over night in the rain and never even began the work. I later returned and dropped off plastics which he said would be easier work and 10 days later never even began the job.. I was prepared to spend top dollar in cash for the work and every day I was under the impression that my work was just not inportant to him or his business. Every other job there was more valuable to him then mine... Speeking to him he was very nice and friendly.. I will give him credit for that... But every other aspect of my experience really sucked.. I do not recommend this shop

Fast, quality work at an affordable price. I did two rear bumper covers, 99 Camry and 09 Accord, which are now the best looking part of the cars. Proprietor allowed me to drop ship from RockAuto to his place. When I picked up, the finished parts had been sitting on an outside rack and were a bit wet from weather. Thats fine because its no different than if the part was already on my car, however since I put them in my van to take home and mount, wetness getting into my van is just something to consider. Since I brought a blanket to protect the freshly painted and very large covers and this also handled the moisture.

Gave Mark more time than needed to complete the work I wanted done. Mark doesn’t call you to let you know how things are coming. Rarely does any one answer the phone when you call. Mark and his shop had my truck for over 9 days, and didn’t complete even 50% of what I wanted done. Pathetic. I’ll be doing business anywhere but here

My car went from being scratched up on the side to looking brand new!! I am super satisfied and they washed my car and shined my tires for me as well.

Had my Jeep hardtop painted - excellent work!

I am a contractor and being with out my truck for any time is very difficult because it stores all the tools for my jobs. I left my work truck there to be touched up and rust proofed. It was there 10 days. I came to pick it up and it wasnt even started. The answer I got was I let you down this time and bad weather set me back. No call in between to tell me that he was behind or to explain anything to me.. I showed up to pick up my truck and this is what I find out. From a business owners perspective it was terrible customer service. We make another appointment to give him another chance and he pushes me off again. I will never back again or refer anyone I know to his shop.

I was driving a 2005 Toyota Sienna with 270k miles on it when the transmission gave out. Picked up a 2004 XLE Limited with only 54k miles on it. Only problem, the elderly lady who owned couldn’t see too well. Brought here on a Monday. Mark replaced both bumpers, fixed numerous bumps and scrapes and a large dent. Basically painted the van from the windows down. Picked it up Thursday morning. The van looked AMAZING!!! I almost expected Chip Foose and Chris Jacobs from “OVERHAUL’IN” to step out from the sidelines! Mark was true to his word, QUICK! and reasonable priced. I am bringing 2 other cars here to get touched up. Don’t believe the negative reviews, Mark is the real deal.
