We were on our way from South Dakota to the Winona, MN area on our summer vacation when we got a star chip in our windshield. We called City Auto Glass and experienced down-home and accommodating customer service. After a brief conversation, we figured out that we were driving right through Lewiston, MN where Brody the mobile service man was finishing up another vehicle. We arrived in Lewiston, with a boat in-tow, and Brody was waiting for us in a parking lot right off the highway. It was like a NASCAR pit stop...he was getting out of his van even before I put my truck in park and in 20 minutes, we were back on the road with the chip repaired. Brody could not have been more friendly or professional. THANK YOU Brody and City Auto Glass!

Second time being here. The first time it was just a ding and we we were very pleased with the service, competence and friendliness of City Auto Glass.. So when our windshield cracked we never even looked at another place. Just as good of an experience. Would highly recommend this place. Fast and efficient.

Initially the wipers were not positioned correctly, after I contacted them, a tech came to my home to fix the issue.

They were great to work with. Easy,fast service, had a new windshield in 2 days. They came to me and replaced, clean, efficient, I would highly recommend. They called prior to arrival, changed the install by 2 hours to make sure my day wasnt interrupted. Thank you! Will be calling them again in the future for sure!

I have used this locally owned business since 1994 for all of my windshield needs. As a business traveler I have needed City Auto Glass throughout the years. The professionalism and quality have always amazed me. They are very thorough and do a great job. It is apparent that the proper training has been in place. The service techs have always been very careful on the installs and have done a great job cleaning up. They also helped me out when I had a leak in my vehicle and had no clue where it was coming from. I drove to the shop and the tech was very good about explaining what he was checking for and fixed the problem at the same time. Extremely satisfied with the customer service I received. Went in with a small water leak from the windshield and they found the spot that was causing the issue, filled it with some extra sealant and sent me on my way free of charge! Very kind and generous act on their part considering the windshield was not installed by them. I highly recommend City auto glass!

When a rock chipped my windshield in my brand new Honda (never had that happen before), I immediately went into my local dealership and was told, unfortunately that could not help me because of all the computer info that is located in my rear view mirror which is attached to the windshield. I’d have to go to one of the auto glass shops.I had only one experience with City Auto Glass years before for some minor repairs and I remember being impressed by their staff and ownership.My cracked windshield was replaced in one business day, in fact, I got a call the next morning after I had dropped my car off telling me the glass had been replaced and the car was ready to go, that was about eight hours earlier than I expected!City Auto Glass is the best.

The crew did an outstanding job of replacing the windshield and re-calibrating the lane-departure warning computer on my Impala. I would gladly use them again.

City auto glass replaced a windshield on a company vehicle, they came right to us and was done before I knew it. A few months later I thought I needed my drivers side window replaced, turns out it could be repaired without replacing saving me a lot of money. Not only that, I told them I was busy with meetings most of the day and didn’t know if I could get back to pick my car in time so they dropped it off to me! I give five stars based on honesty, promptness and customer service.

Excellent service! They stand behind their work. I had trouble with a sensor built into the new windshield that affected my climate control which is an unusual and rare issue. They sent the tech back out immediately, diagnosed the issue, and replaced the windshield with a new OEM windshield that solved the problem. I would highly recommend them!!

A rock hit my windshield. I used another company who had to come out 3 times to fix a leak after the repair and I finally gave up and called City Auto Glass. They fixed the other companys mess up and been perfect ever since!

They changed my windshield on my BMW in 1.5 hours. All went well! No leaks!

We had City Auto Glass replace the windshield in our 2014 Impala. They did a good job replacing the glass, no leaks or whistling noise, which Im happy about. The Impala has a camera for the lane departure system attached to the glass with the rear view mirror. They did not reassemble this correctly. The rear view mirror was wobbly because they didnt tighten the screw completely and the camera system fell apart when I was driving. They had used blue painters tape to keep the camera inside the plastic housing because they couldnt get the camera back into the factory clips. I asked them to come back and fix it, which they promptly did the next day. Unfortunately this time they used black duct tape to keep the camera together. The assembly hasnt fallen apart like when they used the painter tape, but it would have been nice if they fixed it correctly instead of trying to use duct tape on it and hope it doesnt come apart again.Update: Shortly after this review was posted. They offered to fix the camera system. They were able to fix the camera correctly this time and it has been working great since then.

We recently had to replace the windshield on our 2004 Escape. On the recommendation of our insurance agent, we used City Auto Glass. We worked with Lori in their office to schedule our appointment, and Leroy, the installer, called us ahead of time to give us a window. He arrived on time, and proceeded to repair the windshield in our driveway. He did an excellent job, and our vehicle is as good as new. (Actually, slightly better, because the new windshield has tinting across the top, which our old one lacked.) I highly recommend City Auto Glass.

I just had my windshield replaced by Jake with City Auto Glass. They were prompt, efficient and even vacuumed my dirty car!! I would highly recommend!

City Auto Glass replaced the windshield on our 2018 Ford Escape. They used a Ford OEM CarLite windshield with the rain sensor, lane keeping, and sound shield technology. I was happy they used OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer). All functions worked after the windshield was installed, which was not the case with a competitor on one of our other vehicles. City makes sure to test the functions when they are done. Service was high quality, fast, and courteous.We were completely satisfied and highly recommend City Auto Glass.

The whole City Auto Glass in Rochester goes above and beyond with every client that my agency refers to them. Whether it is a full replacement or just a chip or a repair, they treat the situation with professionalism and are very quick and efficient.I recently had a client that had a back window broken out of her van. this was on a snowy friday, and City auto glass made every effort to get her van operable and the glass replaced before the weekend arrived.
