Ive had to go here twice over the years due to living near walnut trees, and theyve always done quick courteous professional work.

So yesterday on the 4th was driving home on expressway and when I passed under the overpass someone dropped something and cause a huge Crack made an appointment thats night and I brought it the next day and they finished it in a little more then an hour which was so convenient and was very appreciative to the workers I recommend this place or any safelites in the area 11/10 rating if I could put that. Had a crack in the windshield and connected with Safelite via Geico. The process was unbelievably seemless from start to finish. Chad, the tech, was professional and efficient. Really impressive process, would definitely recommend.

I really like this place but for my last trip I was looking for something simple. My driver side mirror fell off and they didnt have one. I wound up going somewhere else, normally they have glass and mirrors but I had to go to a mom and pop store, that hooked me up. So maybe next time.

Both my front driver side and passenger side windows were shattered when someone broke into my car. There was glass everywhere inside the vehicle. These guys crash wrapped my vehicle days before my appointment and kept my car at their shop to ease my stress. Not only did they do a 10/10 job on the glass repair, but they went above and beyond and removed all of the shattered glass from inside the vehicle! If I could give a 10 star review, I would! Look no further and book an appointment at this shop.

Worst place ever! They put a defective windshield in my vehicle. I complained. They said they would take care of it. They never did! I called back multiple times and they just blew me off! STAY AWAY. There are plenty of other places to take your business to. Find one!

They did a great job replacing my back windshield and I would give a 5 star but now that its frosty out Im noticing the rear defogger doesnt work. Update: I was contacted after posting my original 3 star review and informed that it was under warranty, so I scheduled an appt for them to fix it and they fixed it the following week. 5 stars

I was very disappointed when I went there that no one in the shop was wearing a mask when I went in, they also did not wear them when they were in my car. I was very upset with this. they also allowed the other customer who was there with me to sit in the waiting room without a mask. I was very disappointed in the ability of the staff to follow such a simple ask. they also broke both of my wipers and then told me they were streaky to try to get me to purchase new one. I will not go here ever again.

Professional, courteous, fantastic customer service.

They at first told me there was no rust then took off weatherstripping and came out and said there may be rust and so they couldnt replace my windshield. They didnt replace the weatherstripping but said it wouldnt leak, now when it rains it leaks on my lap. Another glass company said if they find any rust their guys will grind it off.

Great service ! Fast and they even travel to you, very convenient, cause my insurance company ordered the wrong window and the plastic they put on my window lasted 3 weeks I went through the car wash and all and the plastic was still intact, they get 5 stars from me ju heard

Had a rock hit my windshield. It left a Quarter sized chip. They were able to repair it. You would have to know were it was to see the repair

EXCELLENT! They did a wonderful job on our Mazda 3 window. The employees were pleasant, accommodating and understanding. The waiting room was comfortable. They have coffee,soda, bottled water and snacks. This place has THE CLEANEST restroom I have EVER used in my life. If I ever have an issue or any one I know does I HIGHLY recommend this location.

Had my windshield replacement done in an hour, pretty much when they said they would. Chatted with one of the techs afterwards and he was even able to tell me how my powered window had stopped working and part to replace, saving me the headache of trying to figure it out later.Pleasant experience. Theyre tucked away in the alley between two buildings though, so it would help to find them if they had another sign by the road.

Came out to fix my sisters rear window after shattered from the ice(like 4 days later) they were really kind from what she told me and he ended up giving her a little discount which was awesome the customer service was great even through the phone so I would definitely recommend.

The online quote wont allow me to choose the service that I need and the phone number you call tells you to use the online quote and schedule and hangs up on you.

I chose this location due to better review on google maps from other customers. Overall, very good experience here. Service was fast and my tech Tim was very courteous and he masters in both the work itself and how to treat his customer well. I would definitely come back here or refer any other friends to this location. Great job!

A week ago I was taking my dog to the vet. While on the expressway something hit my car windshield and cracked it on the drivers side eye level. My insurance company made it all so simple to make the claim and get it fixed. Their first attempt made the crack worse so they scheduled the appointment to replace the whole windshield at my home.Awesome job Safelite!!!

My appointment was for 0800 and I arrived at 0740. I had just come off of an overnight shift and Daryl greeted me, explained what was going to happen to my windshield and about how long it was going to take to complete the job, about an hour. Daryl took my car in at 0750 and my car was done by 0820. He gave me all of the information I needed to take care of my new windshield and answered any questions I had. I definitely would recommend Safelite to my friends and family.

So much easier than I anticipated! Thought I needed two chips repaired on my windshield - Timothy explained that because the one didn’t go all the way through the glass, it wouldn’t spread and therefore didn’t need repairing. Then he and Ashley, I assume the office manager, told me about a cash price for insurance holders who didn’t want to file a claim. All in all I paid half of what I came in expecting to pay! I chose Safelite because I liked the fact that I could schedule and get a quote online without calling (thus avoiding overpaying due to how little I know about auto repair), but I did not expect the staff to be warm and helpful to the point of saving me money! I hope I don’t ever need glass work done again, but if [when] I do I trust these people to take care of me.

Upon arriving, Adam (the tech that fixed my two dents) explained the entire process and all the warranty information before he even started. When I set up the appointment, they quoted me an hour but I was out of there within half an hour. Adam also finished up by showing me what he fixed and asked if I had any questions.I recommend Safelite as they handled my insurance company and it is very clear that this location hires and trains extremely professional and polite techs.

My first appointment was canceled because when they got there, they had the wrong glass. How do you get that wrong when you are asked the year, make, model and features of your car before the glass is ordered? Also, the glass is the poorest quality glass imaginable. The glass is made by Fuyao. The glass always seems dirty even when it has just been cleaned. Water sticks to the glass and makes it nearly impossible to drive in the rain. I have brand new, high quality wipers and they make almost no difference. If you want to actually be able to see out of your glass, dont use Safelite

No one likes getting their windshield destroyed, scheduled an appointment got cash back on ebates, with a coupon! John got me in and out in less than an hour. Very happy no issues! Comfy waiting area, coffee beverages, even snacks! 5 stars!

Do not get your back glass done here. They will break your rear wiper motor. Then they will promise to fix it numerous times but dont actually do anything until you call them back. They continously give you empty promises and then tell you its not there fault because they dont have the tools to remove the wiper. But they have to remove it to do your back glass? Still currently waiting on a phone call back. Was supposed to get one the same day 2 weeks ago but I guess they dont want to stand behind there mistakes they just want to act childish and lie to me. If you want to argue and pay hundreds out of pocket to replace a part that they broke by all means get your back glass done here.

I had slow/missing service until I called the local Safelite office to finally get my initial glass ordered. When the first window was finally ordered, delivered, and installed, it was the wrong size window. The installer (who was super nice) put the glass into my van, he used tape to secure the window. This tape pulled up some of the rubberized paint on the window frame. I had to wait another week for the proper size glass to be installed. The final installation was just shy of three weeks from my first phone call to Safelite. This was slow and horrible service.

Used the wrong glass that didnt work with my cars cameras even though I warned them about this potential issue when I scheduled the appointment. I got the run around for over a week on getting the correct factory glass installed. Also don’t plan on having them come to you if you don’t have a garage.

They were pretty quick, and I havent had any issues. Quality work!!

They did excellent work. We left our rfid card for parking in the window though and it must have gotten lost during the replacement. My advice would be to keep those items like handicap parking passes in your glove box while they do their work. They have coffee there and a tv.

My recent experience with Safelite AutoGlass was exceptional. The technician that was to come and replace my windshield was a gentleman, very polite and professional!, The tech made it convenient for me to have work done at a location/time that best suited me. He told me in the morning when he first called to check on his order hed be back in touch with me when I returned home. He returned the call when he said he would and scheduled a time to come. He arrived on time. There was a second Technician that joined to help him install the windshield. They got along nicely and exchanged laughs together while working. ( It was New Years Eve and they didnt complain once that they were having to work). When the job was complete I went to see the new windshield and everything looked great. A few days later I realized that the hood wasnt latched completely. I tried to release the lever inside my car and shut the hood but wasnt able. I then contacted Safelite and scheduled another appt.. The Tech that came to my employment was again great! He was able to release the hood, spray WD40 and I was good to go. This group of men were all awesome.My only complaint was the fact that they called me at 7:30AM with a work detail. FYI

May 28, 2018To whom it may concern:I would like to take a moment to share my experience with your company. I have never used safelite auto glass repair but decided it would be most convenient to have your company come to my residence and have my windshield repaired. I initially made my appointment for Saturday May 19th for the morning appointment. I had to reschedule that appointment to Saturday May 26th for the morning appointment. I am self employed and had scheduled that time to be free and available for the repair and had prepared to be at my residence for the time it would take for this repair. I received all of the confirmation emails that my appointment was all set and Daniel would be my technician. I even received an email on Friday May 25th to confirm the pending appointment the following am. On Saturday May 26th, about 9:00 am I received a phone call from Daniel, letting me know my windshield had not yet been received and that we would have to reschedule. I had to ask for clarification, as my initial appointment had been made over 2 weeks ago, and the rescheduled appointment well over 10 days in advance of this appointment. I also informed Daniel that my family has been in the automotive industry my entire life and I am well aware of how parts are ordered and received, I was well aware that there was no chance on a holiday weekend that my windshield would be delivered on that Saturday, which meant; Daniel and Safelite while sending me confirmation emails were well aware that my part had not been received and my appointment would have to be rescheduled on that Friday May 25th well over 12 hours before my scheduled appointment.I am disappointed in how this has been handled by safelite, I informed Daniel that I would find another company, but that I would also be making sure that my experience would be sent to every review page available. In today’s day and age time is money, especially for a self-employed person such as myself. The inability of your company to manage to order and have available a windshield well in advance ( 15 days or more) while still communicating and confirming an appointment is unacceptable. I will not recommend your company to anyone. I will let everyone know how easily my time was dismissed as insignificant/unimportant.In closing, I hope you will review this letter with your staff, work to find better systems, possibly a suggestion to use up to date emails instead of template, automated ones, as well as take the time to be considerate of other people’s time and money.SincerelyElizabeth Barber

Id give them 0 stars if possible. Terrible company that Geico recommended. Little did I know that I could have picked my own company to begin with. They first scratched my car and then the windshield broke the first time I drove it on 390 since they didnt install it right.

Good service but their a/c was nit working well yhe day I was there.

Had to come back another day since they decided to replace the whole windshield instead of patching. Their vans dont fit in a normal parking garage so had to make special arrangements for them to come. The molding on both sides werent put back together correctly and they scratched my antenna put really bad when they removed it. He used double sided tape like it was glue.

Worst place to ever go to. Absolutely no customer respect at all!!!!! Never again

Contacted and used Safelite for a non-insured windshield replacement and was overwhelmed with the service of scheduling and the installation by Marc. Being an out of pocket replacement I felt I couldnt have done better or saved much, had done it myself...already recommended to a neighbor and almost shocked to hear there was a bad experience.
