We had the windshield replaced on our Audi Q7 before driving cross-country back to the west coast. There were problems with sensors/calibration when the car was picked up, and we didnt have time to get it resolved. Brian at Mr Glass found a great windshield replacement/calibration company here in Portland and made sure everything got taken care of promptly. I highly recommend Mr Glass without any reservations.

My Glass replaced the custom arched window over our front door. Jose did an excellent job of installing the new window, with an eye to detail. He called when he was on his way, and was very professional. The price for glass and install was also very reasonable. I would strongly recommend them.

My windshield looks perfect and done within 3 hours wasnt so bad. Drop/pick up only. $230 for my 2014 kia soul.Update I just found out my side is broken by my windshield. Make sure you check before you leave. Ill know that next time.

I went to Mr Glass to replace my broken windshield. After removing it they called me to the back to show me how rusted the frame was and explained how it would be unsafe to replace the glass without first fixing the rust. Fortunately, just across the street there was a body shop, Sal’s Collision East. They were willing to do the work on short notice. A Tech from the body shop came over to Mr Glass to talk to me about the repair, quote a price, explain that he would not be able to match the paint perfectly. By the next day my car was ready to be picked up and the bill was less than the quote! The paint was almost a PERFECT match! What a great team they make! 👏🏼Thank you for excellent service!!!🥳

It was an okay shop,the front desk ladies were very nice and polite. While the technicians were a little off-putting. I came in to have a new windshield put in, and of course the technician came out and tried to sell me on having it repaired for a second time.The windshield I did have replaced through them ended up leaking around the window seals though.

Amazing Experience, Safelite turned down my windshield replacement do to possible rust concerns. I called Mr. Glass They were extremely professional and answered all my questions. They got my car right in upon arrival. The technician consulted me half way through the job told me what he did and when the car was going to be done. I have had the unfortunate need to use Mr. Glass several times to replace something that has been broken. It sucks when something breaks, right? Mr. Glass makes it all better. The ladies at reception find a way to make it more enjoyable. So far they have always been exceptionally priced, early on delivery, and enjoyable to deal with. I felt at home in the shop as soon as I arrived. Neighborly, friendly service for home window repair - and at great prices.

At first they were great. But then I started giving them multiple orders for different properties and things really fell apart. Miguel up front is incapable of staying organized and the back of the shop is even worse. Twice I drove across town to pick up glass and they couldnt locate it in the back. Dont even try and get something the same day. It wont happen. Lots of finger pointing by the employees and they are completely disorganized.Save yourself time and money and go to Rochester auto Glass

I took my car there to get my back window put in amd they broke my lift gate handle off so i had to leave with my window im with one screw my bacl window does not open and my glass is being hold in with one screw and tap. They where suppose to call me and replace my handle but never did. Very bad service i advise you to never go here my lawyer will reach out to them

Two days ago, my car was broken into and unfortunately, the thief smashed my window. I read Mr. Glass positive reviews and decided to take it here. So glad I did! It was much less expensive than anywhere else and the staff I talked to were friendly and knowledgeable. I had my car back in a few hours and it was only $118 with everything included. (Price might vary depending on what window, the model/make of the car, but I feel like they give you a fair rate no matter what.) Thanks for the excellent work!

Mr Glass replaced the windshield in my truck when Safelite wouldnt touch it because there was the slightest surface rust on the top of the cab. They came the next day after I called, did the job in 30 mins, and were $100 cheaper than Safelite would have been. Highly recommended!

USED GLASS ALERT!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!I had Mr. Glass install and windshield on Friday and notice that I had a crack on Sunday. I called on Monday to inform them of the issue and they asked me to take pictures of it and send it to their cell phone. While taking a picture I noticed that not only did the windshield have a crack, but that it was a used windshield that had someone elses oil change notice from 1/2014 and it is now 2017! No one called me back after three business days, so I called them again and still no one called me back. The tech told me that my windshield wiper probably caused the crack, but them I told him I did not have to use them as there was no snow or rain and I have a two car garage, so again I had no need to use the windshield wipers. I called a third time and basically was accused of breaking my own windshield after they were unable to explain the crack away. I am so hurt that I was accused of breaking my own windshield, as if I dont have better things to do. Oh, yes, they also offered install another windshield for a price. Is this their gimmick?? Who purposely cracks a newly installed windshield??? Off to court we go!!!BEWARE!!!

Im sure they are good at something, its just NOT customer service or auto glass replacement...I had my windshield replaced a few months back, at the time of pick-up there were shards of glass all over my front seat, I was bothered but just cleaned it up and went on....the thing that really got me was that the windshield broke again FROM THE INSIDE, noting a installation error. Now they wont replace my glass and want to charge me!

I needed 3 pieces, 4*11*3/4. Needed 10 holes drilled, they wanted $15/ hole, ok, anyways, l bought glass drill bit and did it myself, $10-3 pieces, happy with that, it was ok that they didnt want to drill holes, no problem, Ill go there again, glad l leard how to things, easy!

Have had several good experiences with Mr Glass. Sometimes it is for several windows, and occasionally, they will do just one, or a broken pane. Overall, pleased.
