These guys are great! Highly recommend calling them first! I was in Rochester from out of town. I was by myself. I had a hole in my radiator. These guys got me in the same day, found a new radiator and the next day replaced it. While they were doing that, they drove me back to my hotel so that I didnt have to wait there and then came and picked me up. The bill was more then reasonable.

I was also referred to another radiator repair shop who could perform the required work for less money. I appreciate the honesty, and speed with which my problem was diagnosed and solutions given.

They are awesome! I called them on a Saturday morning because the heater in my aunt’s car didn’t turn off when she took the key out of the ignition. They came over right away and diagnosed the problem. They took my aunt’s car and fixed it and returned it very quickly. Matt even called the next day to check if everything was working out for her. I have used them before and will continue to. They are trustworthy and do great work for a fair price.

Where to start... Got hit with a double whammy on two vehicles going down at once. They came and picked up my truck (fuel pump went out at the mall) fixed it in a day, then returned it on a flat bed and picked up our van. Communication was great, pricing was fair, and service was second to none. The fact that they come and pick up your vehicle and drop it off is amazing. We have two, 3 year old toddlers and both my wife and I work full time. Time is limited and being able to just make one phone call, have our vehicle picked up, fixed, and returned home is incredible. Honestly made a pretty tough situation so much easier. Cannot thank them enough for getting us back on the road so quickly.

The people at Eastman are the best!! Im really picky and suspicious of mechanics in general. Ive had mechanics try to rip me off or do unnecessary work because they assume I dont know anything about cars. Eastman is completely honest and highly competent. They dont cut corners and are incredible at getting to the root of problems. They pay extra money monthly to have access to databases that save customers money. Theyve done engine work and other complex work for me this year, and Im really happy with the results. They even noticed once that my door panel was broken and fixed it without charging or mentioning it. Their prices are incredibly low too. I highly recommend Eastman.

These guys set the standard. Check engine light in limp mode on a Friday 30 min before close. Came out and picked the car up and worked on it over the weekend. Delivered it back on Sunday 👌 couldn’t be happier

Granddaughter driving from Omaha to Rochester when a warning light appeared on her 2019 Jeep Cherokee. The Rochester Jeep dealership is closed on Saturday. Online I found Eastman and left a message for Todd. Within an hour he returned my call and was happy to help with her car problem. Saturday morning Todd reported it is a sensor issue that doesnt affect driving. Besides awesome service there is NO charge for doing this type of diagnostics. I had to get my suspension worked on, and as soon as i contacted the personal at the shop, they were willing to have it done by the time I delivered my vehicle to them. It usually takes a couple of days or so depending what they have to work on your vehicle. Plus it was a lot cheaper than what i was being charged for back at the dealership. Great work and awesome customer service, couldnt ask for any better. I diffidently recommend their business, pretty fair prices.

Our engine light came on during a 6 hour drive to Mayo. Eastman diagnosed and did the repair right away. We were worried about being gouged as out-of-towners in a tight spot, but the engine coil replacement was a reasonable $170. Also got a great restaurant recommendation! The guys at Zeus are by far the most honest and best people to take your car or truck to for repairs. For example. Last year we had an a/c compressor replaced, the cost was half of what I was quoted by two other reputable well known repair shops in Rochester. If they dont find any problem or cannot fix it, ...they dont charge you. That is unheard of these days. Most places charge you to walk in the door and then more to walk out. I cant say enough positive things about the place and the work they do. Theres no BS, no overcharging or doing work you didnt ask for, they tell you the truth about what is needed and not to waste your money on things that dont need fixing. If you want a car checked out before buying it, theyll do that for free too and tell you the truth about the condition it is in and what you can expect down the road in terms of repairs. GREAT GREAT AUTO SHOP. The best in Rochester bar none,. Ive been here for 25 years and tried em all. Zeus auto is the only place to go. The only reason I wouldnt go there was if they told me they didnt do a certain job, such as retreading tires or a new paint job. Anything mechanical...you cant go wrong!!

I picked this place based on the Google reviews. Plus, its by my house. They seem like a bunch of guys who genuinely think cars are cool and care about them. I needed an oil change and described some other problems my car was having- weird smells and wobbles. They had ideas on what the problems could be. Kinda reminded me of car talk on NPR. They said theyll look into while doing my oil. I got a call later in the day and they told me what they had found. Said my car was fine and told me the price to fix what they found. What was actually wrong was so cheap and simple I said fix it. Got it done that day. They gave me recommendations on what my car might need in the future and didnt push me to fix or do anything. They answered all my crazy questions. Basically they respected my car was old and told me how to keep it going. Now it just has its dirty old car smell and its running smooth! I feel confident I can leave town safely now without worrying my car is gonna break down or a tire is going to fall off.

These are guys that love cars (even old buckets of rust like mine) and offer a VERY fair price.Todd was great! He gave me an honest assessment of my old machine by explaining what needed to be done immediately as well as what needed work soon down the road. He suggested that I take care of the immediate problems and start looking for a replacement, which would be more cost effective.Im definitely taking the rest of my vehicles (including my soon-to-be-purchased replacement) back to Eastman and the crew!

I went in knowing I needed a break job, and that something was wrong with a tire. Took my car in, really great prompt service, and while they didn’t have the parts for my car immediately on hand (20 year old car!) they were able to finish the work in two days. They found what was wrong, and was able to give me an estimate that was well within reason for the make/model of car!Overall great experience getting my car fixed. They also topped off any fluids I needed, and explained how I could be taking better care of my car! I will be going here for any future work I need done! 😊

The money you pay stays local, in Rochester. Support small businesses! 2. When youre short on cash, they will help you prioritize repairs based on whats the biggest safety issue. 3. Fair pricing. 4. They dont hesitate to take you back into the shop and show you what theyre doing. [EDIT: The last time we took my old beast in for mechanical help they bumped out a huge dent my daughter put in the front bumper. Never mentioned it, didnt charge for it, just popped it out for us. First of all, very nice and friendly people. Todd helped me inspected my Camry on Sat afternoon. Good suggestions from him. Our vehicle had a loud engine after the extreme cold weather. After his inspection, he did not see any mechanical issues. Thus he told us to keep an eye on the vehicle and come back if things get worse. He did NOT charge us a dollar! Super nice people and excellent service. Very honest!

I went into Eastman in a desperate situation with my vehicle. I found myself speaking with Clint, who was kind and very empathetic to my situation. He managed to diagnose my issue free of charge, as it did not require any dismantling. He made great effort to assist me to the best of his ability at the fairest rate possible. Ultimately, due to circumstances beyond the control of either Eastman or myself, I had to use the services of another shop. Clint was very gracious about this and offered his best suggestions on how to deal with my situation. It was extremely evident to me that this place serves with honesty and integrity. I would not hesitate to recommend them as fair and honorable. They may not be the biggest shop in town, but their heart exceeds most!

Wonderful service. I had an issue with my vehicle while I was in town at Mayo Clinic. They were able to fit me in while I was at my appointments and are conveniently located by the clinic. After they assessed the problem, they discovered a loose wire, reattached it and did not even charge me. What a great place. I would go here again.

We drove to Rochester to get help for our dad at Mayo from Iowa.His 4 wheel drive broke in his Dodge.Todd went above and beyond to accommodate us. He fixed the issue and didnt even charge us...one in a million! Rochester should be thankful for business owners like him!

Same crew as Zeus Auto. Good for quick cheap diagnosis of the problem and friendly advice, but stay away for any large repairs. They were generally great and helpful but do be very cautious. If it is late, short notice and you need help to get you quickly limping back on the road home I would still recommend giving them a shot. Inspect all work before any payment. I had left them to work on my vehicle for nearly a month before pulling the plug on any further work after significant delays. Havent been back in well over a year. I was grateful on many occasions to have them so close to downtown when they were still Zeus Auto. This was until I let them attempt to work on something more involved. Zanes hothead attitude toward me is another reason I will never be back even now that is Eastman. The customer service prior to the day of pickup was great. The repair service I received was poorly executed and additional unapproved work was done without letting me know first. Found loose parts plus a pry tool left under the hood. Also had a few blood stains on the interior and a cracked windshield, which my insurance took care of fixing. Had to make a quick U-Turn and return the day I finally picked up the vehicle as I was rapidly losing power steering fluid all over the road. Still regularly walk by this location on my way to work and it does not seem like much has changed besides the name. I am sure they are more than capable but still appear to lack the space, time and organization to do good work on larger repair projects. Customer be very cautious.

Eastman then took over, and I STILL take my vehicle to them. Both companies are great and I would recommend them to my friends and family. dont go anywhere else!

Showed up unannounced and they were able to fit me in to look at a car that I was looking to buy. They quickly found and let me know about the problems the car had.

I was there when they opened this morning as the rain changed to snow with broken windshield wipers. He looked at it right away, told me if the wiper motor was bad, could potentially be about $225 to fix. After checking one other thing, they were fixed. As simple as tightening a screw. $25 and I was on my way! So very honest and helpful! What more can you ask for! Recommend highly! ! Very friendly and professional as well!!

This is only place in Rochester to take your vehicle. In from Omaha and car wouldnt start. Had it fixed in 24 hours. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend!

These guys were incredibly helpful. My daughter broke down 300 miles from home, and unfortunately I called a different shop (AVB Diagnostics). This AVB mechanic was the worst Ive ever dealt with. I called Eastman based on reviews and a local recommendation to get their opinion after I started having problems. Their quote was very reasonable - very much inline with my local shop at home, and far less than I was paying at the other place. Both Todd and especially John spent a great deal of time on the phone over the next couple days giving me advice about what to do. They even offered to help me pack up the car and tow it out of there - even if I didnt use their shop to finish the job. It really felt good to have an honest mechanic in the area advising me. I found out during this process that some shops will price gouge due to the large numbers of doctors in the area (Mayo Clinic). Eastman is not one of them. They go by standard book times, and charge a reasonable hourly rate. Best of all, however, they treat you like family. This is a really great shop with wonderful people. Id recommend them any day of the week!
