The Pittsford, NY branch is closing. When I visited yesterday, the signs were 40+ percent off the regular prices. However, even after the 40% off, the prices were not competitive. The store is almost empty. I didnt see anything over 40% off, other than the store shelves (these were 50% off). I did purchase a travel pillow for $12 after discount. They would not accept my online 20% off coupon.

I stopped in on my way to work to pick up a quick item. Found what I was looking for quickly at a good price. Went to pay for it and none of the checkout lines were open. The only open line was for returns/exchanges and had several people waiting with one employee that was moving slowly and seemed completely indifferent to the fact that people were waiting.I left without purchasing my item. Ordered it on Amazon.

Love it here!! No other store wil allow you to use a coupon on CLEARANCE items! Also did you know they also accept the Buy Buy Babies 20% coupons? You cant go wrong! Clearance Framed Artwork was about 70% off, with an additional 33% off lowest ticketed price, then throw a 20% off coupon on top of that and your paying pennies on the dollar!! LOVE A GREAT DEAL!!! And I get them here all the time!

Nothing has a price on it! You have to find an employee and ask for prices for most merchandise. And if you dont have a coupon, youre wasting your money.

I have never experienced such unorganized and unprofessional customer service. Employees have no idea what they’re doing or where anything is, and things that were in stock couldn’t be found. Manager was unapologetic and none of the employees seemed to care. I will be taking my money elsewhere in the future.

Omg.. spent an hour in Bed Bath & Beyond. Not one associate on floor, only one girl on register, girl in back pointed to a corner of the store -couldnt be bothered to walk and help me,customers trying to help each other,stuff that is suppose to be in store isnt-only online.... When I complained and employees started walking floor they had no idea of the inventory or the difference in products. When I worked retail I knew so much... They have no training and no management in place....dont they realize #backtoschool shopping is happening? Keep your 20% coupons Im headed to Target
