This business has minimal knowledge of the products they sell. All of the key people with knowledge of HVAC & Plumbing are working from home.Although, prices have increased considerably.When you do have a service oriented question,your told to call so & so.Invariably,you get voicemail.They eventually get back to you.But, there are times when you need to talk person to person to someone with the answers you need!!Fergusons has to return to pre- pandemic operations.In the mean time, I suggest patronizing businesses with qualified knowledgeable people “in the house”!! I recommend companies like VJ Stanley,Buckpitt,RE Michel,etc..These companies have excellent product & industry knowledge!

I was really in a pinch as I was finishing up my kitchen remodel and had a faulty faucet. I called Ferguson and was able to get the help of a gentleman by the name of Bruce. My conundrum was plumbers were coming on Monday and it was Thursday and I needed something ASAP. Bruce found the faucet I was looking for at one of their other stores and had it shipped and I received it on time. I would hardly recommend this firm. In addition I ordered all my kitchen hardware there

All of the bad reviews I have seen are insane.The staff and the inventory have always been great to me. Several weeks ago I needed a hot surface ignitor. VP Supply didn’t have it where Furgusons did.

Friendly people didnt wait long helpful on your questions only people to have parts for rinnai heater none at home depot or local plumbing shops.

Service is great, theres a little bit of a wait, but when someone comes and gets you its quick, easy, and no wrong orders. If they did get something wrong they will fix it quick. They get two thumbs up from me.

Great showroom with lots of options but they are very pricey.

Very nice place. We were looking for bathroom fixtures and there are many; you can try them to se how they work and you can even move them to a sink to see how they would look! Jeanne and Lindsey were super friendly helpful and patient. You can take as long as you want and they will answer every question, and print out models you are interested in. Good experience.

Not a Veteran Friendly Place to work, I was hired and started working in the warehouse on the 9th of January 2017, within two and a half weeks I was moved to the Will Call Counter. Within the first 3 days I was written up for standing around and not keeping up the pace, while trying to learn how to pull orders as the tickets are completely different than those in the warehouse.I did everything that I was instructed to do, was still learning the Will Call Counter, and was assisting customers etc, whilst my trainer was out wandering around playing with another female co-worker. Yet, I get the boot, for wandering, and not pulling orders etc. I enjoyed everyday and I learned something new, was looking forward to spending the rest of my 23 years there. They dont take into consideration for the human error factor. They dont give honest hard working people that are geared to work an honest chance to learn the position at hand.I wouldnt send my worst enemy there to work. The hours are plentiful, but the Management is based on favoritism, and the Good Ol Boy System. I gave 110%, I get in return 45%. Look elsewhere for products, and employment. I was told 6-8 months of training, not 35 days.
