My experience here was amazing! The staff was not pushy or overbearing whatsoever, and were so helpful. It was clear they wanted to do everything they could to make sure I loved the dress, and was happy with my purchase. They made multiple helpful suggestions regarding alterations and I was really happy with this purchase and experience. Definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking to find a prom dress!

I don’t normally leave reviews, but as an excited bride I am very upset with my experience at Bella You. My bridesmaids and I arrived at the store (that is open at 11am) in a timely manner excited for our appointment at 12:30. We were greeted by locked doors with no lights on and waited for 10 minutes. We gave it the benefit of doubt since the store is by appointment only as of right now. Still would’ve expected someone to be there a bit before my appointment to prepare for me!The owner eventually arrived with a dog and said “can I help you ladies?” We told her we had an appointment at 12:30, which it was now 12:25. She said she wasn’t expecting us until our 12:30 appointment so nothing was ready. We waited inside the front of the store not allowed to browse while she turned on the lights and cleaned up from the previous days mess, now interfering with our appointment time.She eventually told us we could start looking but not to move anything. She went back to clean and answered a phone call and was on the phone until 12:45.When she got off she asked if I found anything. There was ONE that I liked but it was too small to try on (A size 3). She suggested something similar as a different option. I explained that it was the spaghetti straps I like on the other dress and she said “oh, well we don’t have anything else with the spaghetti straps” and stared at us waiting for a response. We told her we didn’t want to waste her time any further and she said thank you for that, have a great day.Overall, very unhappy and hope that no one else has an experience similar to mine.

I bought a dress for my sons wedding last year. The girl in the shop measured me and placed the order. She ordered a dress that was two sizes too small for me. I wasnt allowed to try it on before I left the shop due to COVID nor was I allowed to return or exchange for a bigger size. I could understand this non-return and non-exchange policy IF I measured myself and ordered the dress myself but the dress shop did it for me. Not happy that I couldnt wear the dress. It was a beautiful dress that I spent over $200.00 on.

Margaret and her staff were amazing! Margaret went above and beyond in getting a dress on loan for me and although that dress didnt end up being *the* dress, I did find one that was absolutely perfect. Thanks Bella You!

This place is amazing!!!!! My daughter and I had gone to several other dress shops and she tried on multiple dresses to find the right dress for her prom. My daughter couldnt find the right dress or the special attention she deserved when we went through this process. When we stepped into the doors of Bella You, we knew we came to the right place. The owner, Margaret, was phenomenal! She gave my daughter special attention and offered suggestions for her choices. She wasnt pushy but extra helpful in a perfect way. We found the perfect dress and had the perfect experience. Thank you Margaret for making a very stressful situation so pleasant and you now have customers for life!!!! Thank you.

Great experience! The women helping me were kind, knowledgeable and patient. I didnt feel pressured to spend beyond my means and the dress that purchased is beautiful. The thank you bag and email were a nice touch. Only downfalls are the no refund, exchange or return policy posted on my receipt and the plastic hanger. Otherwise perfect, would recommend to all!

In respect to the bride I went with, Im going to be vague about some details. I should note that we understand that we are limited with time, which limits our options.The soon to be bride and I have recently gone to Bella You in hopes of finding her perfect, not forever, not too expensive dress. First off, I do not believe the woman smiled once during the entire appointment, even when we first arrived. She didnt initially ask about our budget, or dress size. After the bride picked out a few dresses she was interested in trying on, the woman THEN asked about the budget. When we gave our budget to her, her demeanor changed.She picked out dresses for the bride as well, ones that we hadnt seen or thought of which was great. However, she would say things such as this one will probably be too small, but...Then she got frustrated and snarky when we chose to stay in the fitting room instead of coming out to show her dresses that the bride didnt like.I am disappointed in the lack of kindness and the not so great customer service we received. It made the experience discouraging and not as fun as it should be when looking for a wedding gown.I look forward to visiting other bridal shops to find the perfect gown, and to receive better service!

Had a horrible experience recently at Bella You. When we arrived at 11:50am the doors were locked and lights were off. The owner didnt arrive till noon when my appointment started. Plus she showed up with her dog! Took almost 20mins for her to get settled and talk with me before us even picking dresses.Never asked me my size, just pulled dress that were either way too big or way too small. Once my dresses were in the room she went behind her desk and sat there for almost the whole appointment. I had to put the dresses on and off myself. My aunt had to button or zip me up each time!She wasnt engaged in the appointment at all! We were the only ones in the store. She would only pop over from time to time to see what I liked and didnt like. Then ran back to her desk. I didnt get any time or attention. Im sorry, but if I am going to be making a very large purchase I would love some interaction.Thankfully I found my dress elsewhere and spent my money at a store that made me feel like it was my day!

Bella You was such a great experience! My prom was rescheduled and I needed a dress quick! I came all the way from Syracuse but the outstanding service was so worth the long drive! The prices were affordable as well. I am looking forward to my prom in my beautiful dress!

Very mature and explained everything in a simple manner. My wedding dress is everything I wanted and at an affordable cost! I went to 5 other bridal shops but this is hands down, the best one so far. Wonderful experience overall! The staff was so friendly and helpful. My consultant Val did an amazing job of making me feel comfortable while shopping and trying on dresses. We discussed a price point which was respected. She was able to point me in the right direction and provide helpful insight into design, fit, and custom options without being pushy about any particular style, dress, etc. Val was so knowledgeable and made the whole process feel so easy and fun for me and my closest friends. We found the perfect dress for me!! It is SO beautiful and at a wonderful price. I highly recommend !

Excellent experience! I loved being able to see each gown instead of all of the dresses being smooshed together on a rack. I loved being able to walk the store and put a little ring holder on any of my picks for someone to bring to the dressing room. My consultant took the time to ask some questions regarding what I like or didn’t like about a certain style to help better find what really wanted. Not only was my experience wonderful but so was the price. I was looking for something under $1500 and almost the whole store was in my price range. I ordered my dress and picked it up and I’m still so very much in love with it!

Amanda at Bella You was so amazing and helpful. She was ready with a million suggestions for how to customize dresses to fit my vision. Although I ended up finding my dream dress elsewhere, I would highly recommend Bella You to anyone looking for their wedding or prom dress!

Love the dresses and I love the prices. The customer service is great and the staff was very helpful. Ordering was simple and no issue. Tons to choose from and we were educated the whole step of the way. I have not picked up my dress yet, but I was excited with the whole experience thus far. Highly recommend. Not sure why there are one star reviews but I do believe in bridezillas ... This place is top notch.

Was very impressed with the dress selection and customer service..everyone was very helpful. I went there with my daughter and unfortunately got there before they were closing so we only had enough time to try on a few dresses. We found a few we liked so we will be back to try on again. Do not listen to the negativity on here. They are very nice there and helpful

I’ve never taken time to write a bad review but this was incredibly frustrating and it felt brushed off.Margaret and I confirmed an appointment for 12pm on Saturday 7/18 and had multiple conversations throughout the week regarding plans for the appointment.I drove 1.5 hours to arrive on time and the store was locked/lights off/no one was there.(Until 12pm I can understand this as they are appt. only currently due to COVID restrictions).I attempted to reach them 3-5 times via phone/email to see what the issue was but to no avail. Finally around 2PM she called/notified me that the ‘email was never transmitted to their calendar system’ so no one knew there was an appointment scheduled.*For many years I’ve worked in retail/management and this type of customer service is extremely unprofessional. At the very least being the person that scheduled the appt. herself, I would have expected her to be at the store herself if not to reach out much sooner than 2 hours later. She apologized for the inconvenience but it felt forgotten about and I sincerely hope no one else has to encounter this!

The sales girl we had was fantastic! She was so sweet and helpful. The owner is a horrible B. My friend recently got engaged and we went to Bella you because when she called ahead the owner said the carried the style of dresses she was looking for. They had 1 dress in the style. The owner definitely lied to us about that and made us believe that there would be more dresses. So it was her first time looking for a dress and the owner was so rude it made the experience very unpleasant. It’s really not what you say but how you say it and the owner BARKED at us. Plus their selection of wedding dresses was a joke. I can’t believe that when a customer is looking to spend thousands of dollars on a dress, you would treat them with such disrespect. Save you’re time and money and go ANYWHERE else. Sorry to the sales girl. She was great.

I cannot say enough amazing things about the staff at Bella You. After some frustrating experiences at other places, the bride and I walked in without an appointment to browse. Amanda, Ann and Margie were so welcoming and friendly. They all sprang to action picking out dresses for the bride to try on. Ann stayed with the bride every step of the way. Amazing dress selection, great atmosphere. I could not have asked for a better experience for my friend.

The sales staff was knowledgeable, but there were no plus sized sample dresses to try on. This was fairly disappointing and made the visit futile. However, the staff was very good about understanding what kind of dress the bride was looking for and working with her.

Just wanted to say thank you to the Bella You ladies for such a wonderful experience! My husband and I are renewing our vows on the beach in Jamaica and I have been searching for a wedding dress that isnt too over the top, yet is still beautiful and bridal while being appropriate for a Caribbean beach ceremony. Margaret was very helpful and together we found the perfect dress! Elegant, simple, flowy and beachy. I am so happy! I cant wait to say I do (again!) in this gorgeous dress. I went here for a bridal appointment.Scheduling over the phone was quite the process as the woman couldn’t figure out whether or not they were even open and kept talking over me. She also said hours were 12-4 and asked when I’d want my appointment. When I suggested 12, she barked “Well we don’t take appointments right at 12 because we need time to set up.” which isn’t stated anywhere, and she said it like I was supposed to magically know this.Once there, a consultant picked a few dresses and said “We’ll start with these.” and never came back to check on me. Eventually, the owner came around, told me the other woman was busy when I asked why she never came back and then told me there was nothing else for me in a rude manner. Obviously they’re not all on the same page there.I thought booking an appointment would guarantee a consultant would stay around and not leave me for the rest of the time, but just know that’s how they do things here. I will never go back and will never recommend this business to anyone.

I had a nice time at the bridal shop looking for my dress and I found it! I was so happy with the dress and even the ladies working there. Josephine, the seamstress they use, is even more AMAZING! Everything was going great until it came time to pick up my dress. Tuesday before my wedding I called to verify that my dress was ready to be picked up Thursday at noon (as was scheduled) and the woman who answered the phone looked up my dress and it wasnt in the system. So she said she would look in the back.... and it wasnt there either..... so she said she would check one lite place and THANKFULLY she found it. But why wasnt it logged in any system? Why didnt anyone know where it was? She said the owners were on vacation and she was filling in so I let it slide. Thursday comes around and I was in the area at 11am and knew they opened at 11 so I thought Id stop by to see if it was ready.... and the doors were locked and lights were off. I thought maybe they would be coming in at 12 for my appointment so I left and came back 15 minutes before 12 and still locked. I waited until 12 and still nothing. I started calling and no one answered. It got to be 12:20 and I had to leave. I started thinking Id have to find another dress for my wedding in 2 DAYS!! I was stressing out and panicking. Finally after I got back home (and my sister in law found her personal phone number and yelled at her) they called and said it was because they got stuck in an airport on their way back home. The owner ended up delivering it herself to my house so it turned put okay but that is NOT what I needed 2 days before my wedding. It was unnecessary stress. The LEAST they could have done was call someone to put a sign on the door so people like me would KNOW whats happening to their dresses!All in all, beautiful dress, decently nice people and I ended up with my dress. But it was way too stressful at the end for me to want to go back.

I stopped in this week and recevied great customer service. I was looking for a dress for an upcoming event and Margaret did an excellent job helping me out. She had inventory that was helpful and had helpful suggestions. I truly received great assistance and good customer service (helpful comments and suggestions - a nice break from a number of stores these days that are just trying to make a sale) I also liked how well the store is organized - its a pleasant environment. My bridal party bought bridesmaids dresses here but the experience was not great. We did find dresses that we wanted, so thats why we used this place. They would not let us use the bathroom. I thought this was pretty rude considering we spent thousands of dollars and spent a considerable amount of time shopping and ordering gowns. I have never been to a bridal store that didnt allow customers to use the bathroom. I dont remember the names of the staff members, but one woman was very accommodating and friendly and the other was definitely rude at times.

Their customer service and dress range is amazing! Everyone there is kind and willing to help, and their price range isn terrible. I am a returning customer and found myself pleased with the experience each time. Their seamstress is also very kind. I highly recommend visiting this store! Its very clean and truly professional.

I had a wonderful experience at Bella You. I highly recommend it.When I began dress shopping, I did not realize I was going to be a difficult bride. I was looking for a short wedding dress- I knew I was going non-traditional, but I didnt anticipate the extreme lack of selection of short dresses.I went to another dress shop first where I couldnt even find anything to really try on. Unfortunately the staff members there were not experienced enough to help me.Then I went to Bella You. Amanda and Margaret went to work finding a dress that would work for me. Ultimately Amanda found a beautiful long gown that we all agreed would look great if it was shortened. Josephine (who does the alterations) worked her magic and voila- I now have my perfect short wedding dress!!I cant thank you ladies enough for helping me make my vision a reality! I am so excited. Bella You is amazing! My fiance and I live in San Francisco but are getting married in upstate. We were home visiting for the holidays and my sister and I decided to take a look in the Rochester area in hopes of finding the dress. We did not have an appointment and Margaret was the only person working... She was busy, but always attentive and a true joy to work with. Both my sister and I were pleasantly surprised! Just as a side note, I probably tried on 80 dresses in San Francisco in various boutiques with my girlfriends... I would recommend Bella You to anyone who is serious about finding a dress that fits you perfectly, Margaret is an amazing consultant, not only is she honest, but sweet! My sister tried on about 1/2 dozen bridesmaid dresses and again we found the perfect one for all my girls, fabric, color and even the texture I was hoping for. Thank you Margaret and all the Bella You staff for a great experience!

I have never written a review before, but I am so appalled with this business that I just have to. This place is ridiculous. I walked into the store and asked to try on some dresses from a particular line and a woman with short blonde hair refused to allow me to do so. After a 2 minute conversation at the front door, this woman made the assumption that I was there to try on dresses but order them online (I said that I saw a particular dress online and wanted to see dresses like it). Misunderstandings happen, but this womans behavior was simply abhorrent and unforgettable. She began yelling at me that she only helps people who help her and that she refuses to do that. We were so confused and asked her if she was refusing to let us look for dresses and she said yes. Unreal. I immediately checked other reviews on Bella You and many others seem to have experienced similar treatment. This woman is the epitome of unprofessional, rude and combative. Through one wedding and seven bridesmaids dresses, Bella You Bridal is BY FAR the WORST shopping experience I have EVER had. Spend your money elsewhere.

I went to this store bridesmaid dress shopping and was a bit apprehensive because of the previous reviews. I thought the workers here were fantastic and the color schemes for their dresses are huge! They had a large selection and were more than happy to help me. I will be going back next week to try on a second round of dresses!

I Baught my wedding dress here and had a great experience and a beautiful dress at a great price

Three out of the five bridesmaids dresses we ordered were wrong. One was ordered in the wrong size, the other they ordered the completely wrong dress, a one strap instead of strapless, and the last in the wrong color. When trying to ask for assistance they claimed it was our fault and we had to deal with the problems on our own, without asking to see the dresses again. Could have gotten better customer service at Walmart. Horribly rude.

The Woman in the shop was horribly RUDE! I went in there with my 86 yo ex- mother in law to look for a dress for Her for my Daughters Wedding. When the woman was asked if she had any mother/grandmother of the bride dresses we can see she simply pointed to a rack, Wasnt helpful at all & acted like we werent even there. Very overpriced gowns! I would not even consider going into this place!

I went there looking for a prom dress and the sales woman was very pushy, she rushed me every time I tried on a dress, she even left a big starch mark on my arm because she was going so fast. Shekept handing me styles I said I did not like. me and my mom asked her if we could order the dress that I did like in a bigger size she said no but then later we heard the owner say that the dress could be ordered in a different size and after I told her I didnt want to buy it at that moment she was not very helpful

First of all, I would like to say that Ive never had a better experience when it comes to bridal stores. The owner was so helpful to me when it came to ordering my bridesmaid dress. I was unsure of sizing and she went above and beyond to make sure that I ordered the right dress size. Our dresses also arrived earlier than expected which was a pleasant surprise. It gave all of us more time to be alterations if needed. I cant say enough how great of a store this is. Thank you!!!!!

Worst place i have ever been i took my sister her for her first prom dress with my mom she picked a $468 dress we put half down that day and came back not even a month later to pay the rest and pick up her dress and they told my mom they couldnt find it they were very rude about it treating my mom like she was lying about it now my poor sister has to wait for it to get ordered and come in and hope the did t sell her dress to someone in her school i just hope she has time to alter it. I say bella you is probably the worst dress place tp shop and if you cant be respectful enough to customers who are spending hundrards of dollars and you cant even do you job right and find a dress that someone paid for then maybe you are in the wrong line of work or should close cause clearly forgot how to talk to and treat people I will never recommend this place to anyone ever again

On Friday, October 10th, 2014 my mother, sister, my best friend, and I were in search of bridesmaids dresses. Bella You was the third dress shop we went to in search of a unique bridesmaid dress. Upon entering the store we were greeted by Ann. Ann was very sweet and offered to help us. She asked that I take a few moments to take a quick survey so she can better understand what I was looking for. I explained to her that I would like a bridesmaid dress that is a different style, and that I was interested in looking at their evening wear rather than their bridesmaids dresses. We proceeded to look at dresses. I found this beautiful Grecian style dress that Ann explained to me was discontinued and not available to order. I completely understood and asked if we could try on that style since it was something different from what we were seeing. We liked with a few dresses and asked Ann if she could start a fitting room for us. While she was prepping a fitting room a blonde women, who is the owner, rudely stormed over to my bridesmaid who had all the dresses in her hand and tore the dresses out of her hand and proceeded to ask her what she was doing. My bridesmaid replied that she was trying on dresses for a wedding. She asked who the bride was in the group and I quickly stepped up and said that I was. She proceeded to tell me that Grecian dress was $450 and was not available to order. I explained to her that Ann already informed us of that but we would like to try it on to see if they style of the dress was something we liked. The owner rudely discouraged us from trying on the dress and proceeded to tell us that they were not be able to help us out.Now imagine this scenario, a newly engaged bride-to-be entered the 3rd dress shop in search of a bridesmaid dress, rudely asked to leave when all we wanted to do was try on dresses. The shop was filled with other clients! This was insulting, humiliating, and a horrible start in my search for dresses.After leaving the shop I realized that they had all of my information form the survey I completed with Ann and truthfully I didn’t think it was necessary for them to contact me. I reentered the shop and asked Ann if she would kindly provide me with the survey I completed. I proceeded to ask Ann why we were asked to leave, when the owner again rudely interrupted and stated that Ann was new to the store and was doing everything wrong. I felt terrible for Ann, how could her boss and owner put her down to a customer in the middle of a shop filled with women? I said to the owner that Ann was doing exactly what I asked her to do, showing us dressed that weren’t your typical bridesmaid dress. I proceed to say to the manager that she is not aware of our situation and that the $450 dress was not an issue with our budget. The owners proceed to say “some groups we are able to work with, others we are not, you are just the unfortunate ones,” I stated back to her “no, you are the unfortunate one for losing our business.”Truthfully I am not one to review stores/services/etc, however, after this horrible experience I can only hope that this review will deter you from experiencing the same level of insult my family and I received that day. I didnt even want to give this store a one star rating, but in order to publish this review I needed to select the option of hated it, its not even worthy of the 1 star!

If I could rate lower I would!!Went in for bridesmaids dress shopping, two grooms! Treated very poorly, dirty looks when told there was no bride. The customer service was horrible— they continued to ask myself (MOH) questions even after being told multiple times it wasn’t my wedding and she needed to ask the men the questions. Left without trying in a single thing, will never go back or recommend this place to anyone

After facing some sudden, unexpected additional wedding expenses, I made the nerve-wracking decision that I shouldnt buy a dress brand new, rather that I should search for a used or sample gown instead. That is when I came into contact with Bella You online where they were listing a sample gown for sale. From the initial contact Margaret and her team were very responsive, friendly, and professional. Living nearly five hours away in NJ, I took a chance and took their word on the quality and condition of the gown I was purchasing from them (I had previously tried on similar gowns in another boutique closer to home, so I knew the look and style of the designer would be right for me), and they did not disappoint. The gown arrived promptly in pristine condition, as Margaret had promised it would be. I could not be more pleased with my experience with them and I absolutely love my dress! I would not trust some of the negative reviews on here, as my experience doing business with them nearly 300 miles away was nothing but pleasant and honest, and I think that in itself says enough. Thank you so much!!

The manager, Margaret, was very rude, asking for dresses while I was zipping one up and saying well just open the door. Told another girl when I was here that she needs to stop playing around while she was looking for a prom dress with her mother and sister and the dress she was trying on was a quince dress and that she shouldnt wear it to prom (mind you it was $600). Then the mother said lightly are you serious and the manager said yes I am or something of the sort. Very unprofessional. I also got asked what my price range was, where I said $100 and I basically got laughed at. Nice dresses and I wouldve loved to check more out but started to get booted out the door.I wont be coming back, unfortunately. :(Im not looking for opinions on how I feel about this trip, all I know is this shopping trip was very unprofessional.

Lady was rude and not helpful at all.... All We asked for was to get measurements and pretty much got denied. She needs to just go home home and sleep off her grumpy attitude. Horrible company....

I bought my dress last May and picked it up this December because I live out of town. I had excellent service from start to finish.

We have just begun our search for a wedding gown and our first stop was Bella You. Wow! What a fabulous experience! Margaret took time to talk to the bride and get an idea of what her vision was for her wedding day. Then she gave the attendants and the mother-of-the bride plastic loops to place on the dress hangers of dresses they thought would look good on the bride. The first dress the bride tried on was exquisite! Wondering who was able to envision such a perfect fit, I asked who picked the dress. It was Margaret! She has such an eye for style and what looks good on different body types! Our sales associate, I think her name was Amanda, was so patient with the process. I lost track of how many dresses the bride tried on; each one was more lovely than the previous. What many people may not realize is Bella You also offers many unique services including the ability to customize a dress. The bride found a dress she liked, but wanted sleeves added. Could Bella You do that? Yes! Also, I was told they have had brides request a sales associate help them get ready on their wedding day. Now, that is customer service! I’m sure a big-box wedding attire store is not going to offer those services. Hats off, or should I say veils off to Bella You for providing personalized, exceptional customer service! Get your dress here. You will get the care and attention you so deeply desire and in fact need. You won’t be disappointed.

After searching many wedding dress stores in Rochester, I found my unconventional dress at Bella You. Dont judge a book by its cover when entering this store. They have a great selection of dresses and the owner helped me find a great dress that was flattering to my figure. Bella Yous prices are generally reasonable, though admittedly there were several $50 up-charges (for hollow-to-hem measurement & train removal) when I finally went to buy the dress. I was also disappointed when I went to try on my dress after it came in. Despite making an appointment, I had a long wait and could not use the larger mirror in the store as there was another bride using it. Once I made my payment, it was like the store no longer cared about my business. Nonetheless, I had a beautiful dress. Of note, I did not use Bella Yous in-house tailor instead choosing to use my usual tailor.

HORRIBLE experience- a brides worst nightmare. Save yourselves the trouble girls! They ordered my dress wrong, lied about the dates my gown & the girls gowns would come in, tried charging my girls more than the agreed upon price...you name it. Ive never experienced worse customer service in my life. Dont know how the owner Margaret has managed to stay in business this long. They caused nothing but HUGE STRESS up until the week of the wedding. Thanks for nothing, Bella You.

The lady was extremely rude. Looking for a prom dress Im expecting a happy and enthusiastic sales professional . No, this lady was rude and I had a terrible time while I was there.

Terrible experience. Put down a huge deposit on a Saturday. Monday morning I called and asked if the measurement were called in because I decided I didnt need the dress, due to a death in the family. No the dress has not been made but your deposit in non-refundable very rude. Bad business.

Terrible customer service, lack of attention to detail and lengthy turn around time for my dress.First of all, I was not a fan of the environment when I went to try the dresses on both of the women werent very welcoming and it just wasnt a fun experience. Then, it took 4 months for them to get my dress in. Next, Im out-of-state (the bride is in-state) and when I called to make the remainder of my payment I had to call about 6 times before getting a hold of someone, and their phone goes straight to voicemail instead of a busy signal when they are on the phone. When I finally got through to the phone the woman was extremely rude and cut me off mid-sentence to talk to a customer in the store, I heard most of their conversation and almost hung up. I asked that they let my friend pick up the dress to avoid the extra cost to ship it. And to top it all off, they shipped my dress to me anyway, clearly she just wasnt listening to me! At least I got free shipping out of it... Regardless I would NOT recommend this place.

Terrible customer service by the sales associate (older female with shoulder length hair). I asked for a specific size bra, and was given the wrong size by the sales associate . Upon trying to exchange the $60 bra, after realizing it was fhe wrong cup size. The sales lady (the same woman that sold me the bra 2 days earlier ) said there was nothing that could be done, and made NO attempt to try to resolve the matter. She kbew I asjed fir a D cup, and sold me a C cup. Extremely unprofessional!-E. LEE

She was so rude. Dont go here, she rolled her eyes every single time I didnt like the dress.And when me and my dad said have a good day she just stared at us like we did something wrong. She kept picking way to big of sizes and knew i didnt have time for it to be altered. Open your ears. Such a small store with no customers hmmm wonder why that is??? Heres a tip be nice to the little amount of customers you have. Save your money guys n go to a different store

HORRIBLE! I called the day before to set up an appointment and left a message - never received a call back. The day of I called and was able to stop in, as soon as we walked in we were greeted by a younger girl who was very nice. As soon as she was done talking to us an older woman came over and was completely RUDE! I told her what I was looking for and she began to pull dresses that were hideous. She was not listening to me as to what I was looking for. I picked up one dress and thought that it was very pretty, she told me that it was limited in color and that I wasnt going to like the price - how did she know I wasnt going to like the price - she judged me because I was in jeans and a jacket - Really does she know how much money I have? BUT as soon as she saw my ring she changed her song and dance and pulled more expensive dress. The entire experience was just uncomfortable and I felt as if I was being judged and looked down upon, she has lost all my business and I will NEVER return. Plus as I went to thank her for her time and to say good bye she literally got up from behind the desk and walked away she never even looked at me - TOTALLY RUDE!
