I had the BEST experience shopping for the wedding dress of my dreams at Scarlet Bridal! The intimacy of being in a boutique, having the place to yourself and feeling 100% catered to was such a wonderful way to shop. This is the best bridal shop in Rochester! I went to 3 other shops before this one, but I was holding out for dress I saw online at Scarlet. I live in Florida but traveled to NY to shop with my bridesmaids, the owner was so kind and patient with us, even while I was having issues with my bank card due to the interstate travel. They have a small but well thought out and well bought collection of dresses! I liked every dress I tried on, but when we literally blubbered over THE ONE! We were treated so well. The intimate setting allows you to really be yourself and express what you want and need. I bought my dress and took it home the same day!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH !!!

I contacted Scarlet Bridal after leaving another bridal boutique who were very unkind and shoved me out the door. Sharon answered quickly and said she had an appointment available at 2:30 pm. The shop was so clean and inviting. Sharon made me feel welcome and comfortable. SHE LISTENED TO ME! And helped me pick out dresses. Its like she knew exactly what I wanted and I left the store with an unexpected dress that I wouldve never have picked out for myself but with Sharons help I found the dress meant for me!! Exceptional customer service and selection of quality gowns.My daughter and I popped in without an appointment to see if there were any mother of the bride dresses that would suit me. Sharon was amazing!!!! She dropped everything to help me and selected several dresses that were NOT matronly and fit my plus size form in a very flattering way. Not only did I find several dresses I lived, but the price is reasonable and Sharon helped line me up with a professional for alterations. Walked in had no true idea, just the pair of shoes my husband bought and said, build the event around these. Sharon showed me a Justin Alexander, tried it on and cried. And cried some more. My mom and sister surprised me with a trip to Scarlet Bridal Boutique this morning for our first round of trying on wedding dresses. I had a very basic idea of what styles I liked but haven’t tried anything on or been in any stores. When we first arrived, I immediately loved the warm, welcoming atmosphere. Sharon also greeted us with a beautiful smile and a heartfelt welcome. I had a very basic idea of the styles I liked but still wasn’t positive which were my favorites. She was amazing at picking things that were in our budget that flattered my figure. My perfect dress ended up being dress #2. Sharon encouraged me to try on the others we had pulled (there were several we had waiting to be tried on) and I am so thankful she did. Though every dress was stunning, I kept comparing them to that magical dress #2. She was so patient and we even had some fun when she and my family picked a few others too. After trying on probably close to 10 dresses, she helped me get back into that second gown again. I loved it even more that second time and knew we found the one! Sharon, the very bottom of my heart, thank you so much for helping us find the most perfect gown for me to become a wife in. Keeping this a secret from my fiancé for the next 9 months will be excruciating! I can’t wait to share photos of our big day!! 🥰

I had gone with my daughter to 3 other places and due to what we wanted to spend, we weren’t finding the dream dress until we came to Scarlet. The dress we bought is amazing! It’s gorgeous for less than half the original price. Sharon was so helpful to suggest adding sleeves and called a seamstress who is literally working magic to make this dress fit. It was a positive experience and we didn’t break the bank. My daughter will look like we spent. $4,000 on this dress.

Scarlet Bridal was amazing! The owner was wonderful to work with, and she quickly picked up on the kind of dress I was looking for. I was very surprised at the large quantity and variety of dresses that she had in stock! I also felt like I got as good, if not better, of a bridal experience at this shop than at some other traditional/non-consignment shops. She definitely makes the whole experience special. And on top of that, I picked out an AMAZING dress that was very high quality, and it was a SWINGIN deal! The price listed was a tiny bit over my budget, so the shop owner stepped out and called the woman selling it right then and there, and they agreed to come down to my budget exactly, and I was able to buy the dress! I felt awesome in it and got so many compliments on it at my wedding. I would definitely recommend everyone include a trip to Scarlet Bridal in their wedding dress hunt!After our visit, my mom was even able to sell her MOB dress from my sisters wedding there. This place was awesome. Many lovely discounted dresses on consignment as well as new dresses. My mom found a dress at one place and it was $690. By luck we found the same one and it was $195. The owner is very sweet and helpful.

I got a beautiful gold dress for a gala here last week. I looked all over Rochester and no one else had anything like this! At first I thought the prices were just ok but then I realized the dresses are really high quality so the prices are actually super low. And the service was great. I’ll definitely be back!

I loved it. Sharon was very kind understanding and helpful. nice little bridal store. my only complaint was that I was not sure where the entrance was to the store. I am not from the area, and was unfamiliar that the Village Gate was a small shopping complex. There was no sign indicating the store was located within the complex.

I arrived at Scarlet at promptly 11 am. I was wearing the dress I will wear from my wedding by 12. The staff was AMAZING, attentive, kind, helpful and supportive. When I tried on the dress I loved they cired with me BECAUSE they were so HAPPY for me. I got my dress on sale and was beyond words surprised that I found my dress. Not only that but they made sure my Maid of Honor (who was with me) was as much a part of the shopping process. They even offered to have all my bridesmaids there on my wedding day to get ready. You can tell they care about your happiness and your wedding. They LOVE their jobs! PLEASE GO TO SCARELET!

I walked in with no appointment while I was visiting Rochester around Christmas time. Sharon was so sweet and helpful, she didnt have any appointments coming in for about 1.5 hours, so she let me (and my mom and my sister and her children and my best friend) look through various types of dresses and figure out my best style and size. This process is hard for me, because I absolutely hate the idea of having people watch me try on ANYTHING. I get so much anxiety and uncomfortable.. Sharon understood this so much and did not pressure me in any way. When she could tell I was starting to get overwhelmed & over stimulated, we stopped trying on more dresses. She made this undesired event enjoyable for me & truly listened to my feelings . I did not buy a dress that day bc I live in Missouri & have a lot of time until my wedding, but I wanted to leave a review anyways bc of how amazing my experience was with Scarlet Bridal Boutique!

I originally found this shop on Facebook and was pleasantly surprised by the selection and the very helpfulI staff/owner. Having been in multiple wedding dress buying experiences I have to say this one was the best experiences I have ever had. The personal one on one assistance with getting in and out of the gowns to professional opinions on what matches. She has the ability to help find the right style type and accessories that will work well with the dress. I love all the time and effort she spends on updating her Facebook page it helped my sister find her dream dress she never knew she wanted.
