After dealing with a subpar security system from ADT (which we paid Astronomical prices for) ADT decided to tell us our 9 MONTH OLD system was out dated and we needed to buy new simply because we moved 2 towns over??? We just updated the system to new the technology which automates our home and gives us additional peace of mind while traveling. Weve used Affordable Security Systems for about a year. While the subscription, as the name suggests, is affordable, Im most happy about the fact that Jeffrey is extremely responsive and helpful when I have a question or need an issue addressed -- via phone or text message. For instance, I recently had an issue with one of the door sensors. The sensor was quite old, and it worked well, until it didnt. It gave a couple of false alarms, indicating that a door was open when it clearly wasnt. Jeffrey was able to come in the evening and implement a simple solution to the problem.The price is nice, but my recommendation for Affordable Security Systems is primarily based on the quality of service.

Jeff and his crew are top notch. I have never had one issue with my system in over 10 years with the exception of needing a new back up battery. Calls are answered within seconds of the system being tripped and police are dispatched right away. Prices are fantastic and have not gone up for years, which is more than I can say about when I was with ADT. I highly recommend Affordable Security.

Jeff advised us on the best surveillance system for our property and at the same time brought our security system up to date. We are able to remotely monitor our home video cameras; arm and disarm our security system, lighting and open our garage door for deliveries.
