I got three quotes for a new Fire & Burglar System as well as an Access control system for my Business. One quote was out just way off base (high), the other two were very close. I talked to both companies and decided to go with Keystone Securities and I am so glad. I clearly made the right choice, John has been awesome to work with on this project. He gets the job done right (no cutting corners) and everything looks great and works perfectly. The entire job was done in just a couple of weeks and we could not be happier with the system. We have service for the system through John as well. Although we have had no issues we have asked for a couple of changes to access control and such and John is very quick to respond. Called this morning to inquire about having an existing security system at a new property monitored. John picked up and I began to explain to him that I had an existing system and I simply needed monitoring for it. Did not want the system torn out, did not want a new system, but rather just needed monitoring. Before I even got done talking, he interrupted and said thanks for your interest, goodbye and hung up on me. He was the second local company I called this morning. The first one listened to me, set me up for an appointment, was professional, and completely understanding. As a local business owner myself, I couldnt imagine hanging up on someone who was politely explaining the reason for their call. Obviously he makes his money with equipment and when he heard I only needed monitoring decided to hang up. I did try to call back to make sure he didnt accidentally hang up and he let me roll to voicemail. Incredibly rude and I cant imagine running my own company in such a manner when I was calling to inquire about his monitoring services.

I called to do an inquiry on their security service and systems and the phone sales consultant was very unprofessional just because I was speaking over my vehicles Bluetooth he chose not to provide me with information let alone speak to me... on the other hand I called Hawkeye security a locally/family owned business and the lady there was very nice and professional hence why they have a perfect rating on Google.So supposedly the owner John called me back after leaving this review on Google but not to apologize for the way he spoke to.me but to attempt to justify it saying I was distracted and committing a crime while speaking into my vehicles Bluetooth!!?? He doesnt even know the Law while owning a Security company dont waste your time with them the owner very rude and unprofessional.
