Great communication on how the process was going, and offered solutions when things werent going exactly to planned. I do not usually write reviews. This time I felt like I had too. I was completely blown away by the service that I received when i brought my vehicle into the service department at Jaguar Land Rover in Rochester. I had a couple different problems with my vehicle that needed to be fixed.I was immediately greeted and asked if I wanted anything to drink while i was explaining my concerns to my adviser. I was also offered a vehicle while my car was in service which was super convenient. The service adviser went above and beyond to thoroughly explain to me what I needed to get fixed on my vehicle since i am not great with mechanics of vehicles. He was very prompt to call me and keep me updated. They also went through my whole vehicle for me to make sure it was safe for the winter. They advised me how to save a little money as well! When i picked up my vehicle it was all washed for me which it badly needed. I cannot say enough about the kindness and professionalism of the service department at the dealership. Everything is perfect on my vehicle and as a woman I feel more secure that my vehicle is safe for my long commutes in the winter. I will definitely be going back in the future!
Excellent experience purchasing my F-Pace. Dealt with John Morris, the sales manager, zero pressure and very knowledgeable. Immediately after purchasing, I realized I had a problem with the drivers seat length. The service manager Ian, who was great to work with as well, had the seat custom reupholstered to work for me.They truly went above and beyond. Absolutely the best experience I’ve had at a dealership!
Service department superior i have stopped in a few tinmesfor minor issues and every time both Ian and Paul took the time to quickly resolve the issues while i waited and even took the time to explain features and answer any questions in detail. .These gentlemen know their vehicles and definitely know how to treat customers .I have owned other luxury suvs and cant say the same about those other dealerships. Saw and heard negativity but so glad i formed my own opinion about Piehler. I drove 14 different brands but came back to jaguar and Gavin heloed me build my own-many thanks to these men !

This is by far the best jaguar dealership! Service department is 10/10, very understanding and helpful. I had my key reprogramed here for my Jaguar F-Type, they did the job for $87 while the Albany dealership quoted me $1,400. Definitely the dealership I’ll be bring my car to. The guys in service were easy to work with, friendly and made the trip out to Rochester from Syracuse a pleasant one. I was especially impressed with Paul who made my first experience with Piehler a great one, arranging a loaner car even after all their in-house loaners were taken. What can I say? If you would like 5 star service and a gorgeous car not sold in our immmediate area (2 hour drive) it is well worth it!
We just purchase a 2019 Land Rover Disovery. Our sales person was Tim Ferris. We had an amazing buying experience Tim was friendly and very helpful his knowledge of the car was amazing definitely made are buying experience simple and easy and would go back in a heartbeat ....
My cars right rear fender was missing one connector. I brought it to the dealership, and spoke with Ian who immediately set about to fix it. It was great to have such quick service on the spot with no appointment.
Bought a jag in June, already had 2 electrical problems with it. $70,000 paper weight.
We were not treated well. On a trip we had problems with our Jag. Piehler did let us bring it in with an emergency. After that, things went downhill, with poor communication as we waited day after day and nobody at Piehler could diagnose the problem. After being stranded in Rochester for a week, we asked to take the car someplace else. We had brought it to Piehler on Monday and picked it up on Saturday, because they said they didnt know what was wrong with it. A digferent auto shop diagnosed the problem over the phone in minutes and had it fixed the next day. Meanwhile, Piehler wrote on our receipt that we had taken the car out and refused to have it fixed before driving it to our home out of state. How long were we supposed to wait?? We needed to get home.When we went to pick up the car at Piehler, it was unlocked, and in the trunk we found engine cover parts that they had broken and put in the trunk.Oh, and Piehler charged these seniors several hundred dollars and didnt fix a thing.We tried 3 times to talk to the owner but were always told he was unavailable.Weve concluded they dont care about customer care and their mechanics are inexperienced or incompetent. But they still made money off of us. Sad.Jags are great cars but beware of taking your car to Piehler.
Amazing service! Took it to them after several bad experiences with dealer in Buffalo. Tom and Scott were always reachable and gave me constant updates when it was being fixed. My car hasnt run this well in a very long time!
Called to have my new jaguar F Pace serviced for an issue regarding the electrical entertainment system.Since I use my car daily and the constant shutting off of my system is a problem.The service rep said that it isnt a urgent case and the next apt would be 2-3 weeks out.Not what you expect when you buy a brand new car and it has issues and the dealer doesnt seem to take the problem seriously.Will not recommend or come there again
The salesman I had didnt really seem interested in showing me the car I was inquiring about. I had to ask questions just to get him to talk about the car, he was really stand offish. I didnt even get offered to test drive it. I really felt he thought I wasnt qualified to buy the car. But little did he know my income is well over $6000/mo and my credit score is a decent 760. I really liked that Jaguar too. Now I have to fly to Atlanta, Ga to get better service. Even the Maserati salesmans in Henrietta were more welcoming than he was. Ill take my money else where 🤷♀️
