SUV not the same as the pictures!! I wasted 3 hours to drive there and 3 hours back home. Then they gave me the loop around about it not being ready and it just came in. They said that they didnt know I was coming to test test it. After I told them 4 day ahead of time I was coming to test drive it. Dont waste your time. I dont write reviews that often and when I do I am happy with what I am reviewing. But not this time!!

My boyfriend bought a Car listed as mechanically sound it was not made it less then an hour away and barely made it in a parking lot to pull over as it was overheating horribly otherwise car was in good shape body wise and interior wise.Edit: the head gasket went out and they did not have to help us out at all however they worked with us to get the parts and paid for most of the cost. They even had temp plates while we waited for the title to be mailed. Very happy with the customer service and follow through would recommend to future buyers.

Where do I even start, bought a car from them, didnt give me any temporary tags or plates, he said he sent the plates in the mail but i never got it, so i called dmv and they told me its not registered, I finally called the dealer services to file a complaint and only then did they register the car under my name, this was over a week after I paid cash for the car. He then said he would not send me the plates anymore I guess they got mad because I filed a complaint so I had to pay again to get new plates, oh did I mention when he cursed me out on the phone because I kept calling about my plates and they werent picking up, do yourself a favor stay away from this dealership and go somewhere else.

I definitely recommend you get a pre-purchase inspection done. The folks are nice enough and I dont like to assume Ill intent but there were some basic things in the description that were not accurate and quite optimistic. Its a used car lot, its on you to do the due diligence.

Bought a car October 22 2020 went 2 the shop 10 days later and stay at the shop till last Friday just about 2 months it was gone the car had 4000 dollars worth of work that needed 2 be done ..got the car back and im on my 2nd battery cause now there is a problem with draining the battery the car I got has caused nothing but problems...he woukd not take the car back or refund the money .and offer help but only using the warrnty that you pay for my experience with this dealer has bring me notjing but problems with my vehicle and miss days of work cause the suv had multiple problems

Made an appointment to come see a car with them. I am currently dealing with a family member dying and took the time off to come see this car. I had to find other people to sit with the family member so I could drive from the twin cities here on top of the gas to drive. And they blew me off. Text messages and calls were ignored. Do not support this business. This is how they treat their customers. At a time when taking a 15 minute break is a luxury, I wasted 3 hours to have them treat me this way.

Do not shop here !!! Me and my dad went to go look at a car here and very poor customer service the car they were selling me was different than in the pictures. The motor had oils leaks all over they covered up the rust on the car and one side of the car was damaged they try to cover up . Don’t shop here .
