I bought a car which was a bmw x3 from here,and I will not ever tell anyone to purchase from this place the engine blew one day after I had it for my 30 days which lead me to buying a new engine and turbo,Im still having problems with this vehicle and no my extended warranty didnt cover the problem because when they sent their inspector out problems where pre-existing, so I had to come out of pocket for this vehicle....save your money dont purchase no vehicle from on your side auto....trust me you will pay for it later!!! My biggest regret,if I could give this place no stars I would... I never experienced this in my life and wont recommend nobody to shop here for no foreign car....thanks Joe wish you the best of luck

Since purchasing our car in October, weve replaced all brakes. They put new pads on. Our tires, particulate sensor, and nox sensor. Car wasnt detailed as we found treasures from the previous owner. When we showed up to purchase the vehicle we should have walked away. Someone who bought a 30 day warranty had called multiple times about an issue. The day I was there, that customer had broken down and called for assistance. Their response was well, youre 32 days out so youre not covered. How do I know this? They discussed this in front of everyone there. The person we delt with over the phone didnt answer his calls or bother to show up. Run dont walk.

I got a 2011 Ford Escape. The person i sat down with named Dave. He seemed like a honest person.. Joe the owner and Dave informed me that my warranty would be good for two years. I got a letter in the mail, not even a year yet... stating that my warranty is up. My power steering recently went out and Ford is asking $1200 for a computer chip that controls the power steering. I contacted Dave, he informed me that he does not work there anymore... not surprised.I messaged joe on messenger and text. No reply. They don’t care. I don’t recommend this dealership.

They give you good customer service but the cars they sell break down or need repair work a month later and they won’t fix it ! Mine and an old friend of mine both purchased vehicles from them and they needs expensive repair work a month later ! Then they give you a hard time ! He also got a ticket on my old vehicle that I traded in and won’t pay for it ! I do not recommend this place to anyone at all !!! Go down the street more car shops !

I purchased a 2010 Camaro SS from OYS. I must say it was easy doing business with Joe (Owner). He didnt pull the greasy used car salesman jargon. He is straight forward and very friendly. The car prices are on the lower end of KBB. I also took my son there for his first car purchase just this week. I would recommend OYS to anybody looking for a used car.

Heres the thing. This is my one shop stop for anything auto. I have bombarded them with question after question. And was always made to feel appreciated and they made sure I understood the answers. Always get my cars and trucks in and out. Fixed right the first time. Theres nothing worse then shelling out money and have to second.guess the work or have it breakdown again. I need my vehicles running and never have any headaches with these guys. They always appreciate me as a customer instead of just a bill. Which is another huge thing for me. This is why I recommend them to anyone I know. Even the used cars I know will be gone through and thoroughly repaired before they hit the lot. Its good for them that they know my name and number by heart but it works for me knowing Ill be well taken care of.

Just bought a car from this place and it was amazing! Not just the quality of car I got for a VERY reasonable price, but also the customer service. Sure the location was a bit out of the way since I took the bus, but the excellent experience I had there from the two gentlemen that were super helpful made it more than worth my while. 10/10 would recommend for any looking for a good ride!

After being scammed and ripped off by another car dealership i came to on your side auto and told them my situation and they continued to work with me through it all until we figured something out and got me in my new car! at one point i figured my income and deposit wouldn’t be enough after getting all of my money taken from another lot but Fred continued to call me once every couple of weeks to ask how i was doing and to not give up on them that they will figure something out with me to getting me into a vehicle and that they did! Wish I could give negative stars. My brother bought a car from there 7 months ago and has nothing but problems. They sold him a lemon. The car keeps overheating and this is a kid that needs a car because he is working three jobs to keep a roof over his head but how can he when the car will not work.. And I am sure they would not take it back and let him trade for another one. Any other dealer would maybe they like this bad word of mouth. May we should get the news involved because they rip people off!!!He spend 1400 on what one dealer said was wrong fixed for two weeks now overheating again.Man up ! A car should be check before sold but all these businesses want is $$$$$$$$$$$ no one cares about the consumers anymore.

I went to oysa a few years ago when it was on Chili Ave. Joe sold me a car, in Feb, with no heat. I thought it would warm up on my way home but it never did. I called Joe and he said to bring it there (mind you it was like 3 dagrees out )a he would take a look at it. I sat there all day and he couldnt figure it out. After about 2 weeks of bringing it back and forth he said it was sold as is and that was that. About a month later the alternator went and I called him and he never called back. So, I called Bobby Sabb and he made him call me back and he said hed buy it back for $400. I paid $1,800 the month prior. I tried selling it on Craigs list but had no luck so I finally just called him to come get it for the $400 cause I needed it off my property. He totally ripped me off for $1400 and had me driving with blanket and multiple hats and gloves in below ten degrees for nothing and wasting all my time for nothing. All so he could make $1,400. I would never buy from him again!!! I wouldnt have given it one star but -10 stars was not an option.
