Saw some negative reviews on here. I have to say I went in the store this morning in a rush to grt a better foundation and moisturizer and some stuff for a wedding I’m in tomorrow and honestly Rachel was the best! She came right over to help me and was so nice. I love to see strong people and kind people in this world especially today. Rachel was a gem!

Ultimately has some of the most amazing products available. The sales reps go out of their way to help you and are quite knowledgeable about the merchandise. I have gotten some amazing facial products at drastically reduced prices too.

Love the Greece, NY store, and absolutely fabulous associates! Jackie is a phenomenal stylist (I have never been happier with my hair!), and Rachel is beyond knowledgeable on skin care! She also does a bang up job on my brows, as well! I have been going to this particular Ulta store for several months now and I have no intention of going anywhere else! HIGHLY recommended 👌!!

Stylist was great and personable. She did a great job with cut, product recommendations, and style.Price of cut was too high for my hair-type but its under their signature cut, and because its a national store, price is set, I accept that.What baffled me was the fact that I couldnt pay at the salon, I had to go up to the front of the store and wait in line for over 7 minutes. When it was my turn I handed over a coupon because it was my first experience at the salon so I wanted to use the 15% off and provide that to the stylist as a part of her tip. I learned that the coupon has to be applied in the back at the salon by the stylist. SMH, Ulta, not cool. You should have the ability to apply coupons at the front if customers must pay there, or, even better, have the clients stay at the salon to cash out to end the experience there. I would still have to walk through the store to exit and potentially purchase more products, so this makes absolutely no sense. I did not need any other products at this time, so I left feeling very frustrated and those extra minutes wasted.

The store is clean, well stocked, and organized. The staff is helpful, attentive, and polite. I love shopping at this location.

My favorite store in the mall. Ulta uses a point system for rewards and almost always had a coupon. Great was to try drugstore and luxury products.

Workers where just standing around when I walked in. Not one even said hi or if they can help with anything. They even said how there were so many of them (workers) there. Smh. Poor service.

Stopped by today in the greece location and had a few questions. Laurena was able to answer all of my question and more. Very satisfied and will definitely stop buy again. She was very friendly, ready to help and very educated in all products.

Last night I went into Ulta and was blown away by the assistance I got from all of the employees. From running and grabbing me another shade to assisting me in using my points and guiding me in the right direction, everyone was very friendly. It was so nice to feel some sense of normalcy again!

There are alot of nice gifts, especially stocking stuffers there. I had to return what I bought because I bought too many gifts. There was ease of return.

Well organized. Friendly, helpful staff.

Cant say enough good things about this place. I had decided to make hair and make up appointments here to have my bridal party and done up for my special day yesterday. The whole staff was wonderful and very attentive. They did everything beautifully and made my girls and the moms feel beautiful and elegant. They really cared about making everything perfect for us and we all looked absolutely stunning at the end. I had Rachel and Shelby do my make up and hair and both were phenomenal. Robin, the store manager, was wonderful as well with calling me and going over details and putting me at ease with everything. Will be back. Highly recommend.

Great place to get about any beauty needs. I walked in and was greeted with someone that showed me exactly what I was looking for. Was in and out quickly which is better for any impulse shopping on this trip. Everything is displayed nicely and the store was clean.

I had the best experience at the Greece location yesterday. I asked for help and immediately Laurie ( educator for Becca products) offered to help me. I really dont know what Im doing in the make up department so I was thrilled to have her help. She helped me pick out the perfect products for my skin tone and skin type. She did it without seeming annoyed or put off. She was happy to help and was very good at her job. I will definitely be back. I am very happy with my new products . Thanks Laurie for your amazing customer service .

We were looking to replace a hairbrush that my daughter lost. We were able to find the exact same model after a year. Only brush that gets through my daughters super curly hair. The staff was very helpful - at least three associates asked if we needed help.

Great store. I got lost in the store. They literally have everything you need, want, desire, wish for, and wonder about in the beauty world of products. They have products not only for women but also for men in this store. So gentleman listen up the world of beautifying yourself is not only just for women. Men have grooming needs as well and Ulta is the one stop shop for name brands at a reasonable price and convenient location. Not only that if you use the Ulta Rewards Card you earn points for money off future purchases as well.I highly recommend shopping here in the store or online with Ulta they have all the same name brands you find in department stores as well as the name brands you find in stores such as Walmart. Except with Ulta its all under one roof and their sales associates are very knowledgeable and so super polite and friendly and always ready to assist you with anything you can think of asking.

Sorry for the low rating, the make up and things department is great but the salon isnt my favorite. I had my hair cut by an amazing hair stylist but for some reason she isnt there anymore. The salon just isnt the same as it used to be.

I love to go in there and try different kinds of makeup but one sales clerk makes me very, very uncomfortable so I dont think I will go in there when he/she is there. They follow me through the store. I dont buy much, just once in a while. I did purchase some nail products recently, got home and had an email stating I was entitled to a 20 percent discount online. The girl at the checkout NEVER told me so I returned everything to the store manager and she was a bitter pill about it. All in all, my refund was in dollar bills and I had to question them. They were full of glitter. Looked counterfeit

Im a mature woman almost 50 and now just coming into the world of wanting to wear make-up thanks to my daughter. We were treated very well by my sales consultant Jasmine. She explained everything from different shades to wear for different seasons, which coverage, how to apply etc. She was very patient and extremely professional. Once a person ages coverage helps those little imperfections you may start to get and she understood.

Great customer service. Wide variety of products. Good place to get a facial. I can always find a sale on something I need. I like the return policy.

I used to get my hair done there. But the person who was supposed to be helping me take care of my hair just made my hair terrible. First she cut and colored my hair which was good. Then a couple of weeks later I was supposed to get a wavy perm and the stylist used the wrong size rollers and my hair came out all kinky. She knew she screwed up I could tell by the look on her face after she took the towel off my head and while we were both looking in the mirror. My hair was smelly and like straw when I went to shampoo the next time and it continued for weeks after. She had burned my hair with over processing during the perm. I had to go to another salon to get my hair fixed.

This is the worst ultra location I have been to. I go in looking for one thing and they didn’t have it! They didn’t even have a section for the product! I was looking for a few elf products and I expected it to be there cause it’s at all of the other ultras but no this one did not. And when I asked I was told on sometimes and they are normally in the little displays by the register. Like seriously ALL of your other stores have a section for elf, what is this store to good for elf! 🙄 never going here again it was a big waste of my time.

Ulta usually has good sales, however Ive been signed up w/ them since the grand opening in Greece Ridge, but I havent gotten any coupons in the mail

Ulta will always be my number one salon.. top professional and lovely lovely people. Always nice and gentle every time i went they always offer water and coffee. Very positive and friendly people. I went today to get my second keratin treatment. The manager Robin booked it for me because she noticed that I wasn’t fully satisfied with my first one and she did it her self for me and it cost me 0 dollar. Iam AMAZED how beautiful my hair is now she made it shine and healthy. I couldn’t be any happier than this by the service i got. Recommening Ulta to everyone.

I asked two young associates who were in the front of the store fir a specific type of hair product. They said they did not have that and sent me to the back where I had no idea where to look. I went to the front asked again and one of them just went around without looking and took me to the front saying they do not have it. I had to ask the Manager who actually took me to the area and showed me where it is so now I can find it on my own next time. Poor customer service!

Good overall store but did not have many items I was looking for.

The staff is amazing, they did my entire face so we could check out shades and consistencies! Products are amazing, they always take returns if necessary!

They have a much smaller selection than other Ulta locations Ive visited I pretty much have been here 3x and leave without purchasing every time which says a lot.

This is my favorite Ulta location in the area right now! The interior is organized very well, however they could use way more Morphe products similar to how the Eastview location does. Other than that, the staff is great and the store itself is not cramped like some other ones are.

I walk in here for one thing and I walk out spending $100. Very dangerous but fun. Only 3 stars bc someone did say hi at the door. But didnt really ask or offer any further assistance while roaming the store. Lots of variety and variations of brands

I go here knowing what I want as I have found the staff are not really experts on multiple products. The staff is always standing around chatting and does not seem like the most professional atmosphere.

This is one of my favorite stores and has a vary large variety of brands. it has everything from makeup, to hair, to skincare and much more. The only thing i have bad to say that some things are a dollar more that at sephora. Such as the Benefit cosmetics Roller Lash mascara. At sephora it is only $24 but at ulta it is $25. Dont take my exact word for this though i havent compared in both stores in a while.
