I cant even begin to express how horrible their customer service is. 90% of the employees are NOT friendly and one of them raised her voice at me because of a simple mistake. Dont take it out on me if you hate your job 🙄. I have a bad experience every time I go. I make an effort to drive further to another location just to avoid this place. The rating for this Walgreens is under 2.6 stars for a reason.

The pharmacist here is so unprofessional and can tell she hates her job. The dark hair lady. She screamed the diagnosis of my daughter over the counter in the presences of other customers. She and any staff learning from her need HIPAA training ASAP! Maybe a customer service training as well. So rude and miserable. Way to deal with sick people. Hate this store!!! Gives me the hibby gibbies every time I enter.

10/3/21 horrible service in photo as always. Sometimes they charge the card sometimes they don’t, when you ask what way it went through the site they are rude about it. Can’t even keep orders right, find them half the time, or they just don’t pay attention and see they have orders so they don’t even print them. Never offer anything for inconvenience on their part. Horrible online system and store systems for photo, always an issue.

I think this is a great place. Everyone is so nice and very helpful. People understand the needs of the customers and know where everything is. The pharmacy is amazing with how much they have to deal with back there especially now with covid testing and vaccines. They have a huge amount of stress on their hands.

I have been using this pharmacy for TEN YEARS. When it was Rite Aid, my prescriptions were on auto refill because my prescriptions have been the same every month. I never had to do anything. Rite Aid was extremely efficient! I was texted every month that my refills were ready. My doctor would let me know when they wanted to see me in the office. Literally AS SOON AS Walgreens was put on that building, it has been an absolute mess! I have asked them EVERY MONTH Please put me back on auto-refill.? And they tell me every month. Okay, Ive taken care of it! But every month there is SOME screw up! And the worst part is, they ALWAYS blame the doctor! Ive had the SAME doctor for all of these years! No problem with the doctor when Rite Aid owned it. I am going to find a new pharmacy!

This used to be a really good Rite-Aid pharmacy before Walgreens took over, now the pharmacy has turned into a special kind of hell. The Pharmacy became a Walgreens a couple years ago, while the store remained Rite-Aid until recently. The wait lines are now even longer because ownership is too cheap to hire enough help. I feel for the workers there because I imagine its stressful. I have been a customer for at least the past five years and really like the few employees still there when I first came here, but I plan on taking my business elsewhere. Its a shame, because this was an excellent pharmacy because Walgreens got its grubby paws on it.

Update: Customer service fail yet again!I had surgery, next day complications of surgery occurred. Doctor phoned in a script and requested I pick it up prior to emergency appointment. I called this store to see when itd be ready. She told me 20 minutes. I waited an HOUR to pick it up. To not do surprised self, it wasnt ready and was told to wait another 20 minutes since the pharmacy was sooo busy. I lost it. I had to have a second surgery. This time with a hospital stay.This store has no one with any customer service experience. Working as a tech for 22 years, I had excellent examples of a customer first approach from all of my past pharmacists. Ones who went above and beyond. Every time I go here, I need to come back at least 3 times before I get what it is I came for the first time. I had a prescription with a $0 copay, but because my card wouldnt work in the drive thru for the one that had a charge (my card works when I swipe it myself btw), I left with nothing. My doctor passed away and I needed a few refills. Instead of calling me and making me aware it cant be filled, they just dont do anything. Did you tell me this? Or are the people that dont know pharmacy law, just supposed to assume it? I cant get in to my new doctor for a month. So I had to tell the woman to call the office for one additional refill. There is no customer consideration anymore. And to think, I used to be proud to work for this company ... 😂

The worst service I ever had in my life. So bad it took the doctor 3 time to get them to fill my script. Me two trips there and total of six phone calls. Plus the price was wrong like always. Im going to pillpack.

Have been associated with this building through all the changes. Since Walgreens took over I am very dissatisfied! How are we supposed to remember when their lunch hour is? They totally close the pharmacy! Why don’t they stagger times, as other good, professional businesses do? Last night was the topper for me. I was having an asthma episode, went to urgent care, got a prescription for prednisone called in. After an hour, I called to see if ready. You get a recording sayin they’re “working on it, call back in one hour.” Did that and got same message. I figured it had to be done, so went there. At 6:05 the pharmacy was shut down!!! Lights off, barricades down and the stock girl working on shelves nearby said, “oh, they all had to leave for an emergency.” All of them? They have NO backup at all? Totally unacceptable and I couldn’t get the medicine I needed for my breathing!!! Done with this place. Wegmans will get my business.
