Great options! Went in with a friend to find her perfume and they had exactly what she was looking for. She had looked at 20+ stores with no avail and was ecstatic that this store had it. I would definitely recommend checking it out. They also had Male scents which I thought were fantastic. 10/10 would recommend this store if your are looking for anything cosmetic. Also has a great ambiance and extremely helpful staff. Very pleased customer!
Store was not well stocked. I ended up purchasing 6 items, but when I got home there were only 5 items in the bag. I called the store and was told they couldnt help until Monday, and to come back in with my unpacked bag and receipt. Um NO! I am coming back in tomorrow and they better provide the product or refund me. I am sure they have video of the register, so they can see they didnt pack it. Such a time suck and poor customer service.
Up front: They did redeem themselves quite a bit with my return visit and the second consultant went above and beyond for me. I love the Marc Jacobs eyeliner and KVD products.I did not appreciate the initial sales lady suggesting to fill out a survey when it was a credit card application. She also held foundation up to me but we didnt use lighting or a mirror. Just told me to trust her and it was wrong for me on first application.I hope facials can be scheduled again soon.
Every time I go to this Sephora, they are always out of products, and the salespeople act like interacting with you is a chore. Today, I had to ask the girls 3x working for help. Apparently they were discussing something really important, so they told me to give them a minute while they “deal with other people’s mistakes”... ok.Never going back again. I have tried so many times with this store. I’m only buying online now. Thank you for nothing but your terrible customer service and your completely lack of customer care when I come in to spend a minimum of $500 on my monthly stock-up.Worthless. Avoid going here if you can order online or buy through another retailer.
I just went to this Sephora for the first time in a few months. I was really hoping it would have improved, because the last time I was there, no one would help me, and everything was out of stock. I went in today, and immediately saw the girls at the desk ignoring customers and telling them that they had to do something on the computer. I asked them about my eyebrow product, and they pointed to the opposite side of the store it was on, and when I did finally find it, it wasn’t even the right shade. They only had 2 colors left that were blonde.I guess this store is going down too, but rightfully so. The employees are awful, and the products are never there. Good riddance. I will be buying everything from anywhere but the Sephora in Rochester MN. Avoid!!!
Sales person looked at me like an idiot for asking if they sold L’interdit, as if that isn’t a very well known designer perfume. Then proceeded to be rude to some people asking about prices, as English wasn’t their first language. Didn’t catch her name but she is just rude
I am a frequent visitor at this sephora and I can say that I always have a great experience when I have Faduma helping me. She is very knowledgeable about products and gives very honest opinion and suggestions! She has helped me pick a perfect color foundation which I struggled finding for about 5 years so I am forever grateful of her for that! Everytime I go in I hope she is there so I will change my rating from 3 star to 5 star for her 😀
Literally the worst Sephora place to go to. I don’t even know from where I should start! First of all, the workers are rude and give dirty looks and make the customers feel uncomfortable and bothered. Second, everything is out of stock every time I go there. Third, I tend to order stuff online since they have nothing and everything is out of stock, and when I return the product cause I got the wrong shade or something. The employees who work there would give me an attitude for returning and they would act like it’s their dad’s company! Like chill for real. Lastly, I would never wanna go there tbh because of how creepy the workers are, but I only go there because it’s the only Sephora we have in Rochester. Can’t wait for the other Sephora to be opened soon this year.
Cody is AMAZING!!! I won’t even go in if he’s not working. Amazing at shade matching, amazing at recommending great products and amazing customer service. I have bought 13 products based off his recommendations and they gave me shockingly good results. For example, I’ve never believed in eye creams, but after developing severe dark circles I gave one a shot based on his recommendation and it cleared my dark circles in three weeks. Same for other products he has recommended me. Go see Cody for all your makeup and skincare needs!!
Had to hunt someone down for help. Unfortunately no samples given because of covid. I understand not being able to try on but not even samples to try? Especially foundation.

Sephora is lacking in product & no one asked me if I needed help. Not the typical service I tend to see @ Sephora.
The clerks are so, so snooty. VERY condescending to customers -- if they even bother to notice customers. But maybe they cant see the shoppers; the place is nearly that dark. Try finding the colors you want as you peer through the murkiness.Better yet, try Ulta. That store is light and bright and the associates are cheerful and helpful.
Every time Ive visited this location I have always had an associate approach me and ask if they can help me. My last visit I had a mini makeover that turned into more of a full makeover. The sales associate was super friendly and helped me determine what shades of foundation, powder, and blush worked best with my skin tone and the look I was going for. She even made recommendations of a new primer and concealer that I ended up loving -- and buying.I have at times found them to be out of a particular product I was looking for, but Ive typically been able to find a comparable product/color in another brand with the help of the associates.I typically go to Sephora at times when they tend to be a little less busy and that seems to make a difference in the amount of time the associates have to help me with my choices.

Some of the staff is very nice and helpful but it’s constantly out of stock!! It’s so frustrating because it happens so often. It’s also super small and on the weekends it’s staffed so poorly that testers are empty, stock is low or totally out, and it’s dirty. Probably because they don’t have enough staff to keep it clean and we’ll staffed.
Took a while getting checked out. I believe the girl was new, but, we made it and saved a bunch!
I had to wait about 20 minutes to be helped by a rep. Once there was someone available, I asked her to help me find a match in foundation. The woman didn’t even help at all. She just said “the one you have on now looks good.” They make it seem like customers are a hassle.
I only gave 2 stars because they have what I need. But their customer service isn’t the greatest. I had to wait around for someone to eventually help me .. which they just recommended one thing and walked away .. it was not busy at all either .

The picture (storefront) is fake so don’t think that’s what it looks like. Anyways, this Sephora is okay, it has some rude and annoying workers. Like one who broke glass and didn’t even clean it up she walked away, and wouldn’t give me 1 SAMPLE! Even tho the other week before that another nice nice nice worker gave me ABOUNCH!
Doesnt have very good makeup and is expensive. I ulta is so much better
I have been trying to purchase Dior mascara, they have been out for over a month! I guess I’ll have to order on line and pay for shipping.
They are always picked over and never stocked well. The associates are nice and helpful though.

Great place to get high-end make-up. Never would have thought of going into Penneys for make-up but they have a huge selection and very helpful staff.
Sephoras are supposed to give out samples on some things, this one will not on anything unless you have points. They have decent coustomer service sometimes but the selection isnt so good. Id rather go online or to the cities. Also some of the makeup is open when it is not the tester! I love sephora but this location is meh.....
No one there to help you! Sorry but if I am going to spend $50 plus on foundation I think a minute or two of a professionals help should be included.

Poor customer service. Never received my product when ordered.
We visited and were helped by a friendly staff member. The only problem is that they do not have a full selection of products. I usually need to purchase what I need from their online site. On the up side you can still return online purchases to the local store.
