SCAM ALERT. I was given a quote. I signed a contract and paid half. Its been six months and they arent answering my calls. Stealing from hard working families.

Called them for a quote to replace a few windows. The lady called me about an hour before the appointment to let me know she would be late, which was really not a problem. She showed up a couple hours late. Whatever no big deal. But I was told she would reach back out with her quote within a day or so. It has now been a few weeks and she has yet to call me back. I sent her an email as this was her preferred method of communication according to her and her voice-mail was full. Just very disappointed as we have multiple shattered windows that need replacing asap and this is something we thought we had taken care of. Not to mention we waited weeks and weeks to even get this appointment.

SCAM! They took half of the money for windows which should have been done by now 6 months ago, they’ve had the windows for three months in their warehouse now one excuse after another. I Call weekly as my whole house need to be replaced and this weeks excuse is the subs have a broken tool and it on order for two more weeks. WHAT? Subs don’t have replacement tools, that is a lie. Every week is a different problem and excuse with them. Now no money back and no windows. Go with any other window installer. Don’t believe sales person, don’t believe lies from their office, don’t use this company. I have filed a complaint with licensing board in NY and AG. Pay extra for another contractor so at least you won’t be out thousands of dollars.

They took a deposit from us months ago and now they ghosted us. If you check out Yelp this is a scam they seem to pull with a lot of customers.

The WORST customer service Ive ever dealt with. No followup... I have to call weekly and just hear more runaround. I have been waiting for my windows for almost 9 months ! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

The installation team arrived on time and went straight to work. They protected my rug and furniture and there was no mess when they left. I thought the job would take 4 hours to install my sliding door & side windows, but it was done in only 2!! Even my dog liked them! Am now loving my triple pane windows that really make a big difference with outdoor noise!!

We recently had 9 new windows installed in our home and the service we received was top notch from sales all the way through installation. Their pricing was also very competitive. I am happy that I chose Window World for my windows. The quality of the product is superb and their installer Carmen Gallo did a fantastic job removing the old windows and installing the new ones. His workmanship and professionalism was of the highest quality. I was impressed that he and his help installed 10 windows under 5 hrs.

Called about their tv commercial advertisement “8 windows for $58 a month”The lady was really unprofessional when I told her where we lived “oh we CANT go that far for that small of a job”Are you freaking serious that small of a job for 8 windows, what the heck do you consider a big job then a whole dang house!!!!Don’t advertise something if you expect people to want way more done than your ad states and if you DONT travel then you better advertise that on your website and commercial !!!VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERICE

Wasted an hour of my time doing an estimate all to never get a price, and the office doesnt answer the phone. If this is how you treat potential customers Im scared of what you do to people who have given you money down, or need service after the sale

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. I would give this company zero. They have the worst follow up and customer service. At first I was okay with the time and getting everything set up. The first issue I had was that you have to follow up with them. Not once in all the dealing when they said the would follow up did they. My window were supposed to be in 6-8 wk at week 10 I called and they said I was just about to call you. Then the issue have problem. I call and they said I would get new windows. I wait another several weeks no call until I call them. On top of that the appointment are so limited it was hard to work around. Then they give not notification that they are canceling me for the day. I sat home waiting for a call . I call an hour and half into the 2 hour appointment window just to see . Only to find out they are not coming. (guess my time is not important to them) They would not have called me if I didnt call them. I reschedule just to find out the window are also bad. At this point I am more then frustrated. I call the owner. Who blames the maker and takes no responsibility for his companys bad customer service. Then he promises to get the new windows quickly and follow up with me in 2 weeks. We are going on week 4. The owner has yet to call me back.

Window World people installed 14 replacement windows in my 100 year old house and did a superb job. The crew arrived at 8:50 am and completed the work at 2 pm. They brought drop cloths and thoroughly cleaned up when they were finished. They were truly professional people doing a first rate job.

Love our windows! Bought ten about a year and a half ago and havent had any issues. Just ordered the rest for the upstairs. Also, to the guy that claims the ad is deceptive.....did you notice that hes not standing on a flat surface? Its a window dude

Had this guy come over,what a hassle to just email that quote.First,said that the email didnt go through.Then left him a message.Then had to email him and let him know how unprofessional he is,just trying to play the game.Keep your quote we were better off.BAhhh!

Their TV ad is misleading and deceptive. Notice how his weight is shifted and his stance is shifted when standing on the prearranged window, the window with the cross members built into it.This TV ad is pure trickery meant to fool the public. If this company will fool us on TV why should I believe their products are any better.For me their TV ad equals a NO purchase from these clowns!!

I ordered 5 double hungs and a sliding glass door 9 months ago. So far everything is great. Couldnt ask for more. UPDATE: They just installed three more windows in our garage. Everything went well and the windows look great. Thanks again guys

Window World of Rochester did such a marvelous job with my windows and doors and Id be happy to recommend them to anyone thinking of improving the look of their home. It took half a day and now I have a whole new entertaining area. The boys did a pretty good clean up job too!

We went with Window World a few years ago for just a couple windows. Other than a no show on the first estimate we were lucky with no problems after that. HOWEVER, need a couple more..here we go again. I sit here almost an hour waiting and no show again!! I work too!! Well take our business elsewhere thank you!! Your customer service is the worst ever and apparently you dont care!!

Perfectly happy with our new windows, installed 14 months ago. Window World replaced all our windows, which have now seen 2 winters. They are very quiet--the weather has to get really nasty to hear any noise from wind or rain. They are well-insulated and we dont have the gaps letting cold air in and warm air out that we had with our old windows. The installation was quick and clean and the installers were all professional. Were equally happy with the sliding door to the backyard they installed at the same time. And, not a small point, Im loving the window over the kitchen sink, which actually has locking mechanisms that my short arms can REACH!

Owner should reshoot the commercial and polish his shoes. Or just get new ones! Looks like a bum.

Update: I won the law suit against these guys after going through miserable times. The funny thing is that these guys the ones who alleged the suit but I won because they showed how horrible they are even at the court.The worst company! I ordered 14 windows through this company. Atually sales and people working were not bad when I signed the contract. They guaranteed custom size windows. But only one window came in right size for the existing opening and rest of them came in way off. Not talking about just 1/4 in off but more than 1in off all around openings. Some of windows couldnt even be installed because it came out way too big for openings. Instead taking responsibility and getting windows fixed or completing installations, specially David who supposed be in charge of company, started swearing and cursing at me and demanded for payment. Unbelievably, Window world is sueing me and putting me to collections agencies. I will be fighting them in the court for sure! They never follow up on the issues nor care for customers. Just watch out when you hire this company.

I would never refer Window World, they are unprofessional and their customer service is the worst.
