Great Company. Mark is an excellent Mechanic. They dont make parts for my Wayne Dalton doorOperator anymore. I needed a new sprocket. Mark had 1 left. When I called Mike said they might have 1 left someplace. Some companies would have just said the parts are discontinued and they would try and sell me a new door operator. I always call Felluca. Honest Company with great Mechanics. Mark change the sprocket and readjusted everything. He even sprayed all the rollers and hinges with lubricant. He checked over the whole door looking for other problems. I would recommend Felluca to anyone.

Friday morning 5:30am, readying for work only to find the garage door would not open... I called Fellca, Steve was there by t0:00am. Great, great service.

My wife and I had a torsion spring break on us on Tuesday, didnt notice until Wednesday morning when I was trying to go to work. I called 4 places Wednesday night, Felluca overhead doors, Tracey door company, Roly-door, and RCHSTR Same day garage & spring repair, and left messages. Felluca called the next morning at 8:05, assessed the situation, quoted around $300, and could get a tech out that afternoon between 12 & 3. Only other company that called back was Tracey door company at 10:10 and they couldnt do the job until the 27th. Kind of hard when your cars are stuck in the garage. Anyway, Dave got there around 2, did all work, even made adjustments that werent noticeable from before. Bottom line, Dave was professional, informative, and timely. Best part, job was done that day and only came to $316. Nice work Felluca, well definitely use you again.

We called at 11am on a Monday as the spring on our garage door broke over the weekend. They were able to give me an estimate while I was on the phone and scheduled the repair that afternoon. The technician arrived on-time, was very nice, quickly completed the repair and the final price was exactly as quoted. After scheduling the service, we received a call back from another company that we left a message for and the price from Felluca was also much better. If needed, we will be using Felluca again in the future! Thank you for the excellent service!

My garage door cables came off track. Since we just moved into the neighborhood, I Google search service providers for garage door. Upon looking at the reviews I chose Felluca. Called them as soon as they are open, gentlemen who answered the phone was very helpful. Got an appointment for the same day. Tech came and had to adjust spring tension, but after using the garage door again the next morning, cable came off again. I called and they were able to schedule a tech the same day. This second guy is very knowledgeable about garage doors and opener. He found the root cause and repaired it. I would definitely use them again in the future . Had a service call today for my garage door opener. Repairman named Mike was at my house when promised and he was polite and got right to work on the opener at 9 am sharp. While I hung out with him for a little while as he replaced parts and tweaked the the door opener and all the related parts . It was obvious he was well trained and knew exactly what needed to be done and he did it efficiently. In 40 minutes he handed me his bill and I handed him a check ! Thank you for a job well done . Very nice and professional sales guy. He wasn’t pushy and very knowledgeable. Very affordable and they put my new garage door on within a week from my estimate. I most definitely would recommend them if u need a garage door.

Had to wait a day but the technician Rich was very experienced (30 years), expert, and friendly. Only had a broken cable, but with the old hardware it would have been impossible to DIY. Replaced old rusted bolts, too. We’ve used them before, and would again.

Our garage door broke this Saturday morning. We called Felluca and they were able to come that morning and fix it. Tim was great to deal with and he had us back up and working quickly. This isn’t the first we have have used them, but it’s been years, and we received the same great service as before!

Tim came to give me an estimate on getting an automatic garage door opener. They scheduled the appointment very quickly. Unfortunately, my garage wont fit an opener, but Tim took the time to explain all the options I did have and what I could do to make it work if I chose to. Very thorough, very friendly. If I decide to make the needed adjustments, I will call them.

Felicias price was more reasonable among 3 estimates that I received. They did an excellent job installing a new 2 car garage door, a remote panel and the overhead door opener Lift Master. Clean-up after the job was thorough & so were the operating instructions. I never do contractor reviews, however, this company deserves recognition for such a high quality job!

It was a sign from God! On the day i was scheduled to have a new garage door installed, the spring on my old door broke (again).All stages went perfectly, from the estimate to the install. I thought the price was very reasonable.Eric T. was AWESOME, he was done in 2 hours, including a new opener!The new door looks amazing (the envy of my neighbors, LOL), but I would not be surprised if they call for their own doors soon. From the time I called I received courteous and professional service. Our garage door opener stopped working properly on 6/7/20 which was a Sunday. I called first thing Monday morning and they were able to fit me in the same day. The technician, Mark B, was professional Andy knew his business. He was honest and did not try to sell us something we did not need. The problem was a broken wire which he fixed and he also installed new springs at my husband’s request. My husband had asked if we needed a new unit and some places would have been happy to say yes even if it wasn’t necessary. Mark did not do this. If I could give this company more than five stars I would. I would recommend them highly.

They put in our doors a few years ago. They did an excellent professional job and they were very price competitive. We just needed a repair and they showed up right when they said they would. These folks are great! We break a LOT of garage doors so we see them often. They always under promise and over deliver and the prices arent bad either.

I am a local shop owner with two overhead garage doors that are used frequently, and I would not trust anyone besides the Felluca team for service and repair! They just came by today to repair one and its now working exactly the way I wanted it to! Purchased a new door that was a special order in June 2018. The door arrived exactly when they told us it would. Just as the new door arrived, the spring broke on our old door, trapping the car we were taking on vacation. At our request, two employees came over to help us get the car out of the garage and scheduled the new install the day we got home. Great company to deal with, they certainly went above and beyond for us.

Had another company say my doors couldnt be done. Called felluca and they were out within 3 days to give an estimate. Just had the doors installed and they did a great job! Reasonable price and amazing service! Highly recommend!

I called on Friday Morning (day after Thanksgiving) and my door was repaired by 11:00 am !A service rep named Mike finished the job quickly. In addition to the repair, he oiled and inspected the door, recommended what I could do to keep in running well.I had placed a call to my original installer (yesterday) and Im still waiting that companies call back.I had Felluca Overhead Doors recommended by two friends at the Thanksgiving dinner. Needless to say, I will be doing the same to my friends.

Had my garage door repaired by Rich he did a great job! I would like to say thank you again.

In October of 2017 they fixed my Garage door from coming off the track. In April of 2018 its coming off the track again. For the cost of over $400 I would expect them to fix it and warranty it for at least one year. They told me theyre warranty is standard 60 days. I feel that if it was fixed right the first time it would not be coming off the track already.

5 stars for fast, above and beyond service and reasonable pricing.One of the tension springs broke on my double wide garage door last night and Fullca came out today (the next day) and replaced both springs and some bent hinges for a super reasonable price! I didnt even need to be home for any of it. Just gave my credit card over the phone. The garage works way better than it did before, which is above what I expected! Great service!Thanks!

Excellent service! Ron was incredibly knowledgeable, arrived on time, and completed the service within an hour. He even gave me a few maintenance tips to keep the garage door running smoothly in the future. Absolutely a 5-star company; highly recommended!

Not only did they replace the broken spring on our double garage door, but also changed a burnt out light bulb in the garage door opener and lubricated both chains on both doors to make them function better. They did more than expected and price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them! :)

Very disappointed after hearing good reviews. Estimator came over and seemed unprepared when helping me choose options and writing up the estimate. I had to ask for pamphlets to even understand what I was looking at. I was extremely shocked to only receive a verbal estimate instead of a paper estimate detailing the cost and what was included.

After being charged for what I thought was a warranty issue, I called to explain that it had never been communicated that it wasnt part of the warranty. I was told I would receive a return phone call in regards to the situation but after 2 days have not. I understand there is a difference between door and opener but adjustments to both are made at time of install and I dont know whats making the noise. As a customer, I deserve to know if it is not part of the warranty and I most certainly deserve a call back when Im told Ill get one.Unfortunately,  I am confused.  While I did speak with the Service Manager I paid nearly $100 for that service call.  My check was cashed and I did not receive a refund.  I received an extension on the warranty but that is not a complementary service call

Horrible customer experience. I found a pin that had been installed improperly. I called and the man said “Sure we can fix that.” No mention of a charge for the service call. When the service tech (who was extremely nice and professional) handed me a bill for $92, I asked, “Why are you charging me for your error?” He said you can call the office. The man who answered the phone informed it was past the 1 year service guarantee. He was yelling at me and belligerent. He said I didn’t know what I was talking about and he didn’t care if I let others know about the poor customer service.

The spring broke on our garage door last night. We called Felluca this morning and Mike, the repair man showed up and had the spring replaced in less than an hour. The price was reasonable compared to the franchise company that we had used a number of years ago.

I had difficulty with my garage door closing. A service person from Felluca came out right away and made an assessment. The next day Steve came and replaced those problem parts. Very happy with the repairs Felluca did at my house. I had my garage door spring break on a Friday night, and they were out Saturday AM. The repair man(Rich) also caught a few items that were looking bad. The repairs were done well and reasonably priced.

I guess they don’t keep track or could care less.Needed a part for my opener recently and found Felucca had the highest price in Rochester but regardless I want to buy it from them. I asked Felucca if I could be extended a discount as a loyal customer they said we don’t do that that I was just a customer like anyone else.If they would had just offered a small discount like 10% costing them a measly $5.50 they would had kept me as a loyal customer even after paying their higher price.Called around and got the best price and service at Tracy Door where they seem to appreciate my business. If you like to pay high prices go to Felucca their nice people and they’ll gladly take your money but appear to care less for customer loyalty

Garage door sounded horrible. Very loud with rough movements going up and down. I feared it would pop off the tracks. Felluca came over and performed a full tune-up and overall inspection. I am amazed how quiet it is now. Im sure they saved me hundreds with their service.

We have used Felluca Garage doors for several years with great success.One of the key aspects of interacting with Felluca is: When I phone their number, someone picks up within one or two rings and professionally and promptly begins the process of work scheduling.Recently, we needed the seals on all of our garagee doors re-done. As usual, when I called the work was scheduled professionally and promptly and the Felluca truck arrived 5 minutes early to the appointment.A very capable and professional technician replaced all of the seals in a timely manner, tested successfully and went on to his next appointment.About a week or so later one of the seals, on the bottom corner of the door began to curl and I phoned Felluca. I was promptly scheduled with a tech to resolve.Today, the tech (name was Mike) showed up mid-day as had been the schedule. He took a look at the curled up seal and went to his truck and cut some rubber of some sort and in minutes had resolved the issue with curling. He also adjusted the garaged door to go down more to make sure no light entered after the door shut.Mike was very professional, positive and polite just as the other tech from Felluca was. it is great to get capable professionals on any job, but, having them be positive and pleasaant as they go about their business is a big added plus.I would not use any company but Felluca for any garage door work period. Felluca is not just a business, it is a Rochester asset.
