I called and told them what I needed done to our door. They called back and put us on a schedule. We got a call from the mechanic the day of the appointment and he told us when he would be here. On time, very professional, cleaned up when done, very nice to talk to. I will definitely use them again.

Had a broken spring. Called on Monday morning and they came right away and fixed both springs in about 45 min! $200 for springs and install seems a little spendy but they were fast, friendly and got the job done.

A broken garage door spring meant that I couldnt get our cars out of our garage. At the recommendation of two members in the church I serve, I called Quality Overhead Door. It was a busy Friday for them, but they promised to do their best to get to my house by the afternoon. They arrived at 2pm and had the door fixed in 15 minutes. Mike and Rob, the service technicians, are the best. Excellent work and a fair price. I highly recommend this family-owned business. They worked on my door in January and improperly adjusted the springs. I didnt discover this until August when the power went out and I tried to close the garage door and it wouldnt go to the floor (approx. 20 inches). I called them and told them the problem and they came out and properly adjusted the door. While the workman was here he took it upon himself to lubricate the springs and replace a roller without asking if I wanted it done. Then I get a bill for $75.00 service charge, and the price of the roller and lubricant. When I spoke with the owner to complain about the service call since it was defective work he said it was warranted for 30 days only and it didnt matter if it was improperly done I should have known. I have been a customer of theirs in the past but they dont care about customer loyalty or customer service. They will cheat you.
