Went in today for a trade, and very happy with everything. Owner is fair and friendly, and even offered me a candy bar. Atmosphere is nice and shop was clean. Was treated with respect even though I’m younger.

I recently just got started in buying silver and coin collecting. Not knowing much I figured the best place to start would be a local coin shop, and that’s how I came across Med City Coin and Bullion. And man I am glad I did, Mike (the owner) has to be one of the friendliest people I’ve meet. Not only that he was extremely helpful as well and any question I had he was gladly to help answer them. I first met Mike while settling the estate of my father. Over the course of three visits, he was gracious, easy to talk with, and educational. Mike took time to sort a large number of coins. I do not believe he took advantage of my inexperience rather, he educated me on the value of coins and paper currency.Rochester has limited precious metal vendors. Dont accept the belief that you have to travel out of town. Youll get a fair price--and more--when you stop to see Mike.

Mike is fair with prices, honest, and very knowledgeable about coins. Anytime Ive sold coins to med city coin it was never pressured. He has a good sense of humor. I would recommend med city coin as it is the best coin shop Ive ever experienced and Mike is one of the best in the business.

I’ve visited Med City Coins several times. This shop is beautifully decorated, clean, and organized. It’s so open and has a welcoming vibe. The owner, Mike, is professional and well-versed. Wow, what can I say. My experience from top to bottom was superb! The shop was so bright and clean. A nice change from the other coin shop here in town! I brought in some old and broken jewelry and mike was able to offer me very good prices for all of it. (I didnt even realize that my few pieces were worth so much!!) While I was there I found a beautiful diamond ring and decided to get myself a lil treat. I get compliments on my ring, daily! I cannot wait until my next trip back!

First time in Rochester and went to meet the local Coin dealers. After an awful visit to the only other coin dealer in town. We found Med City Coin to be quite professional and honest.the owner friendly and helpful. I would definitel recommend him highly recommend Med City Coin. As far as I am concerned, Rochester has only one coin & bullion dealer in n town. The other placeJD coin is more like a shady pawn shop.
