Lasker has quickly become my familys choice of jeweler. We are always greeted with warm welcomes and friendly smiles. Their service is top-notch, they have excellent selections and Melisa is always more than happy to assist with any questions we may have. In my opinion, there is not a better jeweler around!

Laskers is great! I just had my grandmother’s heirloom ring restored. The ring is 50 + years old. I needed a new diamond in the setting and a new crown. The work they did was outstanding. I worked with Stacey and her knowledge of the piece was so helpful.

Was passing by and saw the sign for “Estate Sale Jewelry” and could not resist going in.Brandon was my salesman and he went above and beyond helping me. I told him that I had 5 grand girls that I was trying to shop for. I decided on a gorgeous “Art Deco” 18K diamond/sapphire pendant and a set of 14K diamond earrings.Will probably have to go back in between medical appointments, and I will definitely ask for Brandon.

Maybe these guys are awesome if you are a rich important out of town person. My wife and I are both modest local people: the people at Laskers seemed to be interested in our vocations when my wife needed the stone in her engagement ring tightened. Since then we have had to wait weeks, felt some terror when they had no idea where the ring was, drove to rochester to see their 3rd party jeweler completely mangled the ring, went to a pawn shop to see if if was even the original diamond, brought it back had it fixed (for free?) in five minutes by their in house jeweler (who they originally claimed they did not have) with some excuses and now the stone came out after less than 24 hours of wear (my wifes a cashier btw, not a construction worker). Anyway after 3, 54 mile round trips we are done with laskers and plan on filing a claim with the bureau for better business. If youre a Mayo Employee or any of the people that come to Mayo from out of town (rich compared to us poor rural paupers), maybe youll have better service; I guess in the mean time that hard won 17 year old treasure (the crown is only 1 1/2 years old) of my wifes will sit in a dresser drawer in pieces, and well have to work a few more days of overtime to pay for a new crown.Thanks Cheryl and the folks at Laskers

We thought our reception was really great! Brandon came over to help. After I introduced my wife and myself he warmly greeted us again with his introduction. He said hed had not been there long and needed some help with some inventory questions and got the needed help. The person that helped let Brandon continue and he did a fantastic job. He closed the sale smoothly. We settled on earrings by E.L. Designs. Lasker Jewelers gave us one pair of extra backs.They had never used Google Pay or Apple Pay.befotre on their Clover system. They agreed to experiment and it worked for Google Pay!The earrings were nicely packaged before we left.E.L. Designs should be celebrating its 75th anniversary this year. That is about 20-some years after Mr Lasker founded Lasker jewelry. We recommend asking to see some of the unusual E.L. Designs handcrafted pieces and ask for Brandon if you can.We posted a picture of one of the earrings on Google Maps.

My experience with Lasker Jewelers has been amazing. From the moment I walked in with my family at the store, we were welcomed graciously into the store by Melisa. It was great chatting with Melisa about the watches I was interested in and although I didn’t buy anything at that time, I left the store with great customer service. After a few months later when the watch I was waiting for came in, I was pumped to hear that they have the watch for me. Now it was time for me to pick up and we were discussing the logistics and fortunately Melisa’s family was visiting the town on the upcoming sunday for a basketball game and they agreed to hand deliver the watch to me at my house. They were there for us and didnt try to sway us into a more expensive purchase. They wanted us to feel comfortable and offered many different options.

I bought an engagement ring here at the beginning of the year and was pleased with the service we experienced that day and the following appointments after (we had to get it resized). We just received a $500 gift card in the mail and ended up using it today. We had initially gone in hoping to look at wedding rings, however, it couldnt be used on special orders. I fully expected to then be told that we had to spend X amount before we could use it, but that wasnt the case! We ended up getting my fiance a diamond necklace and diamond earrings basically for free. It was a bummer we couldnt use it on our wedding bands, however, it was a free $500 so I really cant complain. Additionally, the person who helped us today was fantastic. Unfortunately, we cannot remember her name (besides it starting with a K), but she was very attentive, helpful, and nice. She wasnt at all pushy- which is something I cant stand. We will be going back for our wedding bands.

Everyone I encountered at Lasker was exceedingly welcoming and helpful. I felt they went out of their way to make sure my experience was a special one even though they were not all working directly with me. I bought a watch from Dane P and cannot day enough about his patience and wealth of knowledge. I bought my rolex from Lasker jewelers about 25 years ago. I wear it daily and Im in the concrete business it gets very dirty and I do clean it quite often. I have never had a problem with it keeping time But I Did Break the band once and I broke the crystal once and they fixed it up right away cleaned it up and made look brand new...I wouldnt take it anywhere else. .

Kate was extremely helpful today when I stopped in to pick a chain for my Grandmothers estate piece. She showed me many different options so I could select the perfect chain for the piece and my neckline. She even sold me a piece she had actually special ordered for herself so I could have it sooner. I look forward to wearing my necklace and showing it to the world!

Dane was amazing from beginning to end. #1) I was unsure of the new piece that I wanted but he was helpful and patient and came up with ideas as he learned what I was drawn to. #2) After selecting a set I was thrilled with, he brought several diamonds in for us to choose from. #3)He then expedited the making of the rings in order to have them in time (just 3 weeks). #4) There was a glitch at the last minute. So Dane drove an hour and half away to resolve the issue. Lasker Jewelers has the best staff and service in Rochester - HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The whole experience was amazing and I love both mine and my husbands new platinum wedding rings! Thank you!

I came to this store because of its great reviews. I wanted to see what price I could get for my diamond but within two minutes I walked out the door. The lady who helped me was wonderful and pleasant. She was holding my ring and asked the store manager if she could look at my ring. The manager glanced at the ring and very rudely says “Princess cut, I don’t want to buy it” & walked away. The sales lady was astonished by her response because supposedly she’s not typically like that. I was taken off guard as it took me a second to process what had happened. Manager was EXTREMELY rude, not personal at the least and was passive. If there were a choice of zero stars, I’d rate it that. Even if they weren’t going to buy it I was curious how much it was worth. My dog needs a surgery so I’m doing everything I can to make that happen.

My fiancée and I went to Lasker Jewelers to re-set a family engagement ring. They had a great selection of unique settings, and we were able to get one custom made. We were worried about re-setting the diamond since it had a slight scratch, but the jeweler did an excellent job of setting it without any further damage. The ring is exactly what we were hoping for. Everyone who helped us at Lasker was very knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with. We will definitely be back in the future!

Jewelry selection was poor and we could not find anything that matched our tastes. Anyone shopping here for an engagement ring should look elsewhere. This is a very fine jewelry store. I purchased my wifes wedding band here 4 years ago and it was absolutely beautiful. I am now using them to buy the same band for the other side of her engagement ring. They kept all of the information on file (style, size, CCCC) and made the process super easy as I am in CT I was able to do everything over the phone. Wendy was a pleasure to deal with.

This is an elegant boutique full of gorgeous pieces at all price points. On occasion that have been able to special order things from magazines and even do custom pieces. They have international well known brands, as well as local jewelers in their collection.
