I’ve known I’ve had a hearing loss for many years now but have been very hesitant to follow through with a solution up until a few a months ago when a musician friend of mine who wears hearing aids suggested that I make an appointment with Alan Cook at America Hears. My musician buddy has been wearing hearing aids for a long time now and has had some high end expensive aids in the past which he says do not compare to the lower priced ones he’s been wearing and enjoying from America Hears. I took his suggestion and purchased a pair from America Hears. Allen cook is very knowledgeable and has bent over backwards to make sure my hearing aids are correctly adjusted to the various different noise environments that I encounter as well as making sure they fit comfortably. I would definitely recommend Mr. Cook and America Hears

I was really happy when America Hears opened in Rochester after Sam’s club closed and have been there twice now. Alan does a great job, took care of all my concerns. If you’re thinking about hearing better I can strongly recommend America Hears.

Thanks To Allen calling me, to let me know He was available to do the warranty work and service on my hearing aids, when Sams closed the stores in my area, I now have the confidence all my hearing needs will continue to be met, and I would recommend America Hears everyone.

Finally, someone who knows how to tune hearing aids. I got home and discovered that my severe tinnitus was far reduced. I cried, as I have never been able to have any peace with it at all. It may not be gone, but it sure has improved. Thanks!
