Took my 89 yr old mother to Hart Hearing on Titus ave, Irondequoit last week. She fell in the parking lot getting back into the car. I tried and tried, struggling to get her back up. A Hart employee came out to his car in the parking lot to leave and asked me to shut my car door, fully being able to see her in the ground. My son arrived and we got her in the car, but she had forgotten her sweater in the center. I wemt back in to ask for the sweater and 3 employees remarked about the parking lot situation, I asked them why they did not offer help, or call for help, no answer, however they had been very eager to collect $3400 from my mother for hearing aides.

I have used Hart Hearing my whole life and Im 65 now. Every 5 or 6 years I see Dr. Steven Hart for new aids and get treated like family by Dr. Hart and his staff every time. He begins with a new hearing exam and then pairs me with the best aids for my specific needs after carefully explaining the newest available options. I never get pressured to buy service contracts or more expensive aids than I really need. My newest aids came with a 3 year warranty which even included loss of the aid[s] [after a deductible] Any problems, though rare, are fixed promptly. They arent kidding when they say Youll love what you hear at Hart. Thank you Hart Hearing!

Hart hearing is the best place for not only purchasing hearing aids but they are great people to work with for all your hearing needs. They treat there customers like family.

Who knew they could do this?! My AirPods went through the wash and didn’t work right. I was sick about it. But I brought them to Hart Hearing and they worked their magic on them and now they work perfectly again!! They are incredible. So grateful.

I took my mother to repair her hearing aid. When I called the receptionist recommended that we schedule an appointment. She said this way we wouldnt have to wait until the Doctor had time to repair it inbetween appointments. She was able to get her in that same day. I was very satisfied and didnt wait long at all!

I met with Steve Hart for my first appointment which took a grand total of 11 minutes WITH testing.Ideally it would have been a comfortable, informative, thorough visit.Instead, this was the complete opposite.I was greeted dismissively, he seemed bored throughout and acted as though he simply couldnt be bothered with me.Ive never left a medical care facility with MORE questions than I came in with.I wouldnt recommend this facility to anyone seeking to build a long-term rapport with a quality, caring healthcare professional.The receptionist Claire was nice though so 2*

I have been experiencing ringing in my ears for months. The Audiologists at Hart Hearing Centers provided some great tips and strategies to manage the Tinnitus. Its not gone, but definitely improved & I sleep well again!

Dr was great. Replaced tube on ear mold. The replacement cost was more than I have ever paid.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience on my visit yesterday. I went to have my ears checked because of the start of tinnitus, and for a cleaning. The doctor used a machine to clean my ears, and it was incredibly painful!! My ears are still ringing because of that procedure, and its been 24 hours since then. The tinnitus that I was experiencing is worse now than before I went in. I am just hoping that the ringing in my ears goes away and no permanent damage was caused because of the ear cleaning.

I was in a panic recently because one of my 7 yr. old hearing aids just suddenly stopped working. It was the one on the side I rely on the most. Steve Hart was able to promptly send my hearing aid for repair. Best of all, he gave me a loaner which I really needed. There was also a silver lining in this experience. I learned that a rep from Oticon was coming within the week to demonstrate a brand new state of the art hearing aid and would I like to try one out? Wow! I am a very satisfied customer! I have always known Steve, Peter and all the staff to be extremely compassionate and helpful. I am one happy camper because these new aids allow me to hear on the phone, tv, in crowds etc so very very much better. I have been wearing hearing aids for 56 years and these are truly amazing.
