Being a first time hearing aid customer I was a bit nervous and apprehensive about the whole process. My first meeting with Jamie could not have gone better. She took the time to explain the whole process, going over my audiogram and explaining every aspect of my hearing situation. I learned more about my hearing in that one visit than I did from the doctors. I was put totally at ease with the process. Fitting and follow ups have been great, addressing all of my issues and concerns (being an engineer and a fussy one at that, I come in with a log book of issues and observations). I never feel rushed and Jamie addresses every item on my lists. Im still getting used to the aids but it sure is nice hearing things I havent experienced for the last 20 years. I whole heartedly recommend Hearing Aid Works, wonderful people who really care about their patients.

I appreciate Kelly and her team showing great care to their patients. It’s very clean, they are very friendly, very caring, funny and very supportive. I never thought they will take their time. They were very patient with me. I’m so happy and blessed to have them as my audiologist. Great work Kelly !!!!

I have been suffering from hearing loss and tinnitus for over a decade. My grandmother, mother, and sister all see her, so I figured I’d make the switch. I’m so glad I did. I have seen several audiologists in the past, and no one was ever as thorough as Carolynne. She really looked into my tinnitus and explained it to me in a way that no one else ever took the time to. Carolyn Is wonderful to work with. She is very knowledgeable of what is available and aware of the ins and outs of the various brands of hearing aids. She is easy to understand and goes the extra mile to make sure you understand. She is a private practice and if you are looking to support those trying to make a living in helping others please consider her office! You will NOT be disappointed!

Carolynne is the best Ive dealt with and Ive seen several audiologists. Very knowledgeable, caring and explains everything so you can understand it. She depends on word of mouth and referrals so no expensive TV ads to pay for. Her prices are the most reasonable around.

Dr. Poulton genuinely cares about the patients. I was worried about the expense of hearing aids and thought I would have the most expensive hearing aid pushed. In fact she referred me to an ENT specialist to see if my loss could be corrected medically. My loss could be resolved using hearing aids, but she wanted to see if other options might be better for me. I just cant say enough about her concern for me and see no reason this same concern wouldnt be extended to all her patients.

I dont write reviews but this is an exception. to make a long story short I told previous doctors I wanted hearing aids but they wouldnt entertain it. they said I had mild hearing loss and it would get better with cleaning. i suffered for months until i gave this place a shot. it was the best decision I have ever made. the doctor listened to me and walked me through the process making sure I was comfortable. now I will be able to hold a conversation with my family again.

I had been to another large audiologist in the area and was treated like just another guy with an insurance card. Sarah, at HAW, greeted me with a smile and a firm handshake, and has continued to treat me in a respectful, professional manner since my first appointment. She is clearly a knowledgeable and experienced audiologist, and answers all my technical and procedural questions in depth, and without hesitation.There have been a couple of issues with the aids I purchased. Sarah has interfaced with the vendor on my behalf. When necessary, she has been willing to see me before her regular office hours to resolve the problem.I am very pleased with the level of service provided by Sarah and the rest of the staff at Hearing Aid Works, and I highly recommend them.

Carolynne Pouliot was great to work with, and she seemed sincerely concerned with my own personal hearing experience, and not just what the overall tests indicated. I am so glad that Ive found an audiologist and a hearing aid provider that I can feel really comfortable with.

I had been very reluctant to go and get my hearing tested, a friend referred me here and specifically to Dr. Carolynne. I was nervous at first but her approach to the testing made me feel really comfortable. I definitely had a better than expected experience and Im very thankful for that.

I asked my physician to recommend an independent Audiologist and I was referred to Dr. Pouliot. The office is efficient and well run and my appointments are kept without delay. After my initial evaluation, Dr. Pouliot discussed options based on my lifestyle and activity and recommended the Oticon OPN S2. She told me to expect the experience to be life changing - and she was right. She has taken the time to listen to my experiences and to make minor modifications to the hearing program. We have scheduled another appointment to follow up to review performance and to try and address any remaining tinnitus issues. I am thrilled with both the hearing aids she recommended and her interest and follow-up to my individual needs. I would highly recommend Dr. Pouliot and her office with no concerns or reservations.

Dr Pouliot is smart and thorough. When I brought in old hearing aids that hadnt worked for awhile she didnt just try to sell me new ones. She fixed my old ones for a very reasonable price so I can hear again. She is my go-to Audiologist from here on out

I had a pretty bad bout with vertigo and I never would have thought to seek out an audiologist. As a close friend Dr. Pouliot noticed something was wrong with me and and I began to tell her about my symptoms and vertigo. She did a couple of test on me right on the spot and then prescribed me a couple of exercises to do at home. Within a few days my symptoms began to decrease and before I knew it I was back to normal, what a relief. I definitely recommend Dr. Pouliot to anybody, shes kind, caring and she really cares for her patients overall well being.

The audiologist is one of the most condescending rude snobs I have EVER dealt with in my many years of hearing loss. Due to insurance I was forced to seek care in a new location. She would not fill a legal and covered Rx for batteries because they only made pennies from it!!! Stay away from this place.
