I am surprised anyone has had a good customer experience at any of their offices. I have tried 3 different offices with the same poor customer service experience. They just do not get it. If you have low expectation you are more likely to be happy.
My husband and I have been dealing with this business for six years. Our audiologist, Ruple, is friendly, offers advice if necessary, cleans our Resound hearing aids when we ask her to (they are out of warranty) at no charge, makes adjustments to internal functions (sound level, background noise block, etc. (no charge), and is professional in her work. The receptionist does not smile much, but were not in the lobby very long.
Service is great with nice people. Have been with them for many years.
Actually not very professional at all. Some of the staff act as though you are a burden to their day. No pleasanttries, smiles, or compassion. I would choose a diferent hearing aid provider if i had it to do over again.
