Kip was great & kind enough to stay & test me even though I apparently showed up on the wrong day…..and his receptionist was gone! Busy guy! It was a bit of an eye opener to realize how bad my hearing actually is. A tad distressing but also good to know. I would certainly recommend Hearing Life

Kip, the audiologist, spent a long time with her, was extremely patient and kind to both of us, and--the best part of all--when we left the office, my mom could hear! It had been such a long time since she heard well that we felt it was nigh unto a miracle! THANK YOU!

Though the staff is very pleasant and helpful, the product has had to be returned for repair multiple times. It should have just been declared a lemon and replaced. The building is old and shows it as such. Not as n entirely happy experience. This is the second time we have purchased here. Will not be a third.

A very professional business. They answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed.

It was so reassuring to have someone who could talk us through a problem with my husbands hearing aid. We used the advise that Sheila gave and it helped greatly. Later the music still came back through his hearing aid. So I listened closely to see what it sounded like. I discovered it was the music that is background on my cell phone when I am playing a game. I had inadvertently turned on the blu-tooth which allows music, phone calls and messages to be heard only on his hearing aids. Once I turned it off, no more music! Thanks to the patience of Sheila and her help with what to do, my husband has his super hearing aids back! Thanks!

This my 5th year I have been using Rochester Hearing and will continue to use ! They have the best customer service ever and I had many previous companies over the past 30 years.The Dr. and Shelia, the owner are quick to attend to any and all my hearing needs. Walk in times (pre covid) were available for cleaning, repairs, batteries, and custom filters, which were always kept on hands.
