I would recommend Morabito to anyone. The people here are better than top notch. My family and I brought our 90+ year-old mother here for hearing aids a few years ago, but our most recent experience stands out. Mom needed new aids in June. Andrew took his time working with Mom, assessing her needs, but also really LISTENING to what she needed. He never rushed, and ultimately recommended aids that really worked for her and her lifestyle. Unfortunately Mom recently passed away. We have worked with the staff to refund our Dad, while under no particular obligation to do so. These people just “do the right thing.” I live in VA but would happily travel here to work with this team for hearing aids, should I need them in the future. Next-level!

Morbito Hearing has been phenomenal since meeting Carrie in 2019 where she helped sort out my needs. Carrie helped sort out insurance as well.Working with Andrew now on why one stopped working and why the app was no longer functioning has been stress free.Would highly recommend Morbito Hearing to sort out your hearing needs. Dr. Carrie was so kind! I found her to be very easy to talk with! I enjoyed talking with her so much, that I could have stayed and chatted with her all day! Dr. Carrie was very informative about the hearing test process and results. She set my mind at ease with any questions or concerns I had. I am kind of disappointed that I didnt have any issues because now I dont have an excuse to go back and see her!!! I wish her all the best and continued success! Morabito Hearing Center is excellent, and I believe the best in town.Carrie is extremely knowledgeable and services most hearing aids.She let me try before I buy (Unlike the last 2 providers where I got hearing aids that speech was not always clear).With just one adjustment, she was able to adjust my hearing aids from the other provider better than they did over a period of one year.This is the only Rochester provider that I know that services most hearing aids; the others only service the brands they sell.I was extremely comfortable in my decision to move forward with her. She took the time to go over the different hearing aids options, their performance in various situations, and answer all my questions.Their office visits cost significantly less than the last place I went to.I have gone to seven other hearing aids places in the past, and Morabito is the best. I first went to her when she was at the Advance Hearing Center.

I had a great experience at Morabito Hearing Aid Center. Very friendly atmosphere. Carrie is very knowledgeable and will answer all your questions. She allowed me to try the hearing aids for awhile before I made my decision. I decided not to buy them at this time. She was understanding and no pressure to buy. Service as good as this is hard to find.

Carrie was awesome with my 91 year old Dad. He has some dementia and neuropathy in his fingers making it very hard for him to manage some of the newer styles of hearing aids. Carrie took the time to work with my Dad to find the best possible alternatives for him. I would recommend Morabito Hearing Aid Center for anyone who appreciates local, personalized service!

I am very pleased with what they did for me, the hearing aids work wonderful and I dont even notice that I have them in, very comfortable.I would recommend this place and these new type of hearing aids as they arnt noticeable at all.
