Ive been using Chick Embroidery for at least 10 years. As my business grew and I took on employees, my use of shirts and jackets increased. So I decided to have my logo on them. The logo wasnt easy to replicate as it had the beam of a flashlight. He did a great job making it work without looking awkward.The quality of work is so good, several shirts have warn out and even fell apart. But the embroidery is fully intact.This is also an independent local business. So I proudly support them!

I can’t review the work because I could barely hold a conversation with the woman who answered the phone. When they answered, she just said “hello”, and I asked if this was Chick Embroidery, and she hollered “yeah” and sounded annoyed. I asked if they would be able to embroider a name on the front of an apron before Christmas and again she hollered “yeah”. I waited for further instruction from her, and when I didn’t say anything, she angrily yelled into the phone “HELLO?!” And it was just the most uncomfortable, inhospitable phone conversation I’ve ever had. Business or personal. She was rude, short, and you’d never know you were calling someone to give them business. I went elsewhere unfortunately.
