RUINED OUR FLOOR AND WALL AND HASNT FIXED OR PAID. - Contracted CS Services to mount a television over our fireplace in early July 2018. Placed a $50.00 Deposit on the contract for his services. Mr. Campbell arrived to install. He stated he would just need to cut out a section of drywall on the side or the fireplace and place a outlet cover over it. He stated he would run the wires all through the wall and we would only have the outlet visible. Mr. Campbell proceeded to cutout the outlet area and went into the unfinished part of the basement to drill into the wall area to run the cords into the outlet on our first floor next to the fireplace. Once him and I proceeded upstairs and we observed the area, it became clear that he drilled a hole in out 1 year old hardwood floor that was approximately a foot and a half away from the wall where he was trying to access. Our discussion was that I would have our floor guy, replace that section of the floor, sand and stain.

O’Neil did an excellent job installing a very heavy mirror and hanging several other pieces in my home. Very attentive to detail, cleanup, Covid safety, and came prepared with tools to suit a variety of installation needs. Will definitely call again.

ONeil has done TV mounting and hiding wires In 2 of my houses. Each time he has been on time and had everything he needed for the job. He has a tarp he lays out to collect dust and debris. Both times, the TV and wiring has looked perfect! Im already in the works to have him do some other installs around the house.

Mr. Campbell is professional, conscientious, and knowledgeable. He mounted a 55 inch television for us over our fireplace, which included brackets and multiple devices, and installing Two electrical outlets. He is a perfectionist, cleverly hiding the wires, and all devices well-organized. He did a beautiful job, and even stuck around to help us log on to check that the television worked. I would give him more stars if I could.

I wanted to write a review for the company CS (Campbell Services) TV Mounting in Rochester, NY.I first would like to start off by saying how refreshing it is to deal with a company who actually listens to their clients’ needs and takes the time to explain the best solution to meet them.I recently stop my cable service and wanted to go back to just getting my local channels the old fashion way over the air with a outside TV Antenna. I contacted CS and informed them want I would like to do. They informed me want my options were. I proceeded and purchased an Antenna and had CS TV Mounting installed the Antenna. When the service tech came to my door he was extremely polite and let me know what he was going to do. He took down my old dish I was using and reused the existing tripod that was bolted into my roof and installed the new over the air antenna. After the installation the tech program all of my TV’s to make sure I was getting a clear image. I’m very pleased of this whole transaction with CS TV Mounting in Rochester, NY and would highly recommend them. I had a not so great experience with a different TV mounting company who were asking nearly 3 times the price I paid with CS, only to tell me the job wasnt possible. I get the impression that they are kind people. I also get the impression that he was having a really difficult day, however, I feel the need to write this so that this doesnt happen to anyone else. The gentlemen showed up, after considerable planning and communication and when he wasnt understanding the details of the mount, he said I quit and walked out saying he was having a bad day and didnt want to do the install. I was as kind as could be given the situation, but I am very disappointed. I am also really sorry to have to write this review, but he cost me money (babysitting) as well.

CS (Campbell Service) TV Mounting gave us a fantastic project. ONeil was quick are responsive from estimate to installation. CS installed a wall mounted TV, surround sound and gave us a tutorial at completion. Days later (after payment) when I was struggling with a sound issue on a Sunday afternoon I contacted him and he responded within minutes to help me resolve. I have never posted a google review; this is the first. I rely on other peoples experience when I make decisions and want to give credit where it is due. I was put in contact with Campbell Services through the Thumbtack website. Through the website you can request the TV mounting service and put in information such as: size of the tv, how many you want mounted, what time youd like the service done, etc. I was contacted by ONeil within the hour and from there we went on to schedule a time to come to my house that same night. He was extremely friendly, professional, and efficient with his services. Even though he may have taken a bit longer than I was expected for two televisions to be mounted and a projector; I appreciated him taking that time because I feel confident that they were done right. During the project we talked about his process in mounting the electronics and I was really impressed with his expertise and attention to detail. I would completely recommend Campbell Services for any future entertainment installations that I will need done. In fact, we have already scheduled our sound bar to be mounted to the tv and projector wires to be run inside the walls for this weekend. Great work, great individual, and he didnt charge an arm and a leg. Cant recommend enough!
