I am so thankful for the time that Scott gave me before, during, and after my visit. We exchanged emails about his inventory, he listened closely to my budget and stayed within it, and was a great help when I went to the store.First off, Scott was mindful not only to let me try the pianos I was interested in, but marked them to be sure they would be taken care of and cleaned in regards to COVID-19 protocols. He also educated me on the pianos and gave me the information I requested as well as things to consider in making my decision. I was never overwhelmed or felt pressured. He was so patient as I took my time trying and looking at the inventory, which was full of wonderful quality used and new pianos of many varieties.I think the part that makes Scott and his team most deserving of the 5 stars and makes me want to purchase from them, was the complete honesty at the conditions and details of their products, even if it meant it wouldnt be the right fit for me and it might not make the sale. It is extremely rare to come across that kind of honesty in the retail world, especially in the middle of a pandemic at a small business.Thank you so much for this excellent piano shopping experience!
