Getting into a wreck is never fun, but I can honestly say I knew my truck was placed in good care from the moment I walked into the shop and Ms. Debbie greeted me at the front desk. Very nice staff the 2 ladies at the front are sweethearts. The lobby is very clean and welcoming. The work done on my car was done correctly and neatly my only complaint is how dirty my car was returned to me. Which enabled me to actually view the quality of the work. Also in the interior my driver seat door panel and floor was filthy covered with white dust like seat covers and floor mats werent used. Id definitely get my car serviced here again, the quote was fair and the work was done promptly!

My brother used them roughly a year ago to paint some misc items on his ford raptor and after seeing the quality of work I knew next time I needed to have any paint work done Edwards would be the place to do it. After walking into the clean establishment I was greeted by two very nice and professional ladies at the front desk, they then turned me to Rob who looked my truck over and gave me a estimate. Had a few scratches on my 2018 Jaguar XJ R Sport repaired at Edwards Paint and Body and was really pleased with the workmanship. Some were deep enough that they could not be buffed out. Others were not as deep. They matched the paint exactly and you could not even tell where the repairs were made. They even did a few that were hardly noticeable. Most of all the price was even LESS than the quote they gave me which told me this was a HONEST business. EXCELLENT JOB!I want to especially thank Rob, Moe, Tommy and Debbie for all they did to get this DONE RIGHT the FIRST TIME!!!!

I had a hard time finding an establishment that would do an all over paint job. Edwards Collision got me as close as I could get to an all over paint job. I am very satisfied with the final product. They went over and above to deliver what looks like a brand new 2005 Acura TL. I highly recommend this establishment.

Trustworthy. I trust them to do a great job and not try to screw me. The owners are excellent people and a pleasure to deal with. So they are my go to auto body repair shop. The painted my 68 c10 pickup truck with a show quality job. Paint and lines are perfect. And have done several insurance claim jobs. They are the very best. I can not recommend them enough. 10 stars on a 5 star system.

Absolutely Awesome! My daughter,s car was hit by someone insured with The Hartford and after speaking with The Hartford, I figured this would be the most frustrating experience of my life. We live in Raleigh and she attends WCU, so nobody was close to my wrecked car. But, these folks went out of their way to make the process as easy on my family as possible. Besides knowing my car was pretty seriously damaged, I cant find one hint of it looking at it or driving it. I dont know any other body shops in Rock Hill so I dont mean to say that dont do good work. What I can say is that I cant imagine anyone doing it better than Edwards. This is customer service at its best...

I want to start by saying how lovely the ladies at the front desk are, this business has excellent customer service and have answered all my questions with no issue. I had my dented door quoted at a very nice price and within a good amount of time. There are NO storage fees which is nice. However, the time was estimated at week or less from the time I brought it in (12/26) and when I called on January 3rd I was told it wouldnt be finished until that Friday (01/04) due to parts not arriving on time. I called back this morning (01/07) because I bad not heard from them and now I am being told my car wont be done till Wednesday the 9th. I understand the holidays get in the way but I am very frustrated because I have been having to get rides to Charlotte which are very costly. I am hoping there will be be some compensation on this because I am very disappointed In the time frame, and dishonesty.

This is a small local business that will treat you right. Theyve helped me out many times and theyre my first choice always. My last visit was because someone hit me and broke the nibs that hold my bumper in place. I was scared because I never filed an accident report but the owner at Edwards repaired it for me for free! He worked on it for 20 minutes and it was good as new. The people who work here are so friendly and try their best to get your repairs done quickly and make your car as good as new. Really really cannot praise them enough.
