I was in a small fender bender, but my vehicle was not drivable. I was traveling from GA to MD. I was able to get my vehicle to Service King and Hunter really helped me out. He pulled the car in the garage, pried-out the damage enough so my car was drivable so I could make it home. This saved me possibly weeks if Id had to get the repair in SC (repair is going on its 2nd week in the shop). I was able to resume my trip as scheduled without delay. Awesome service and repair results.. Brandie, Mike and the entire team are on their game and handled the whole repair perfectly. Communications were thorough and Brandie kept me up to date on the whole process. My Volvo came back like brand new and detailed on top of that. Now if my only Insurance Company could have followed their example, the whole incident would have been less of headache..If you have a need for any type of collision or paint work and are in the Rock Hill area feel comfortable leaving it to Service King.

ABSOLUTELY AWESOME job on my car and my husbands car. I would recommend them to anyone. My car looked brand new and it was even vacuumed and cleaned. I will not hesitate to go back to them, if needed. (I do hope I dont need them again)

They are terrible. it took them almost 4 weeks to fix a fender bender. rather then examining the car and ordering the parts and then bringing in the car they held it for over 3 weeks. Today they said it was ready and someone driving on the way back to the building screwed something up with the tire. don’t come here ever

Top notch place for collision repair

I apologize for the error I accidentally hit one Star, this place was very helpful to me and Duane was great in getting the repairs done.

Im not even kidding people, do not go to rock hill collision center. Find somewhere else to fix your car please.It took so long time to fix my car. And the worst part was they lie all the time...I hated it.

Not again. After a not at fault accident I took my car here to have a bumper repaired. It took 9 days and looks terrible. If I was paying for this I would have lost it!
