On Apr 27 2021, I had the unfortunate incident of getting “Hit by a Truck!” A loaded dump truck no less. As I was merging on to a freeway in the Charlotte area when this foolish dump truck and driver merged into my lane! (And proceeded to keep going!Thank you Brian and staff at Carolina Collision in Rock Hill, SC for making my truck new again. Goodness! Never thought it would be the same as before the accident. Regardless of the parts issue, Brian and his staff started working on it right away following the incident.While it took literally 4 month to the day to complete it was no fault of Carolina Collision. It was held up due to a GM part issue. Many thanks to Parks Chevrolet for expediting all parts especially the ones on FBO.If you want professional service and factory like vehicle after your accident, you need to go to Carolina Collision in Rock Hill!! The paint job is excellent makes the car look brand new. Pretty good with the timing too considering they had to replace my front and rear drivers side door along with painting them. Also thanks for centering my exhaust and eliminating that obnoxious rattling. I put on the exhaust with two jack stands and one pair of hands, so I didnt have a lot to work with. The last picture is the after; everything else is before.

We took our Jeep to Carolina Collision with a recommendation from a family friend. Small incident in a driveway involving a golf cart did some damage on the back corner. From start to finish, Brian was incredibly helpful, and answered all of our questions ahead of the repair while we worked out the quote. The repair was completed on the short side of the estimate, saving us an extra day’s payment on the rental car. Work is exceptional quality, paint matches perfectly, and we are very happy with the finished product. The repair was done correctly, and the price was fair. Brian and his team have solidified any of our future business and will always get my recommendation here in the area.

I had to have a part replaced on my car. I got a quote from another business that included multiple fees that they could not justify. Carolina Collision gave me a quote that was incredibly reasonable. They went above and beyond what I expected. My car looked brand new when I picked it up! I cannot say enough about the great experience I had. I will be using Carolina Collision in the future!

To whom it may concern, I am so displeased with your company. today on 6/26/2018 in the evening My son whom he stalled in water on Galleria Rd, Rock Hill. (near Apple Bees)he waited for almost 2 hours. with the direction from a police officer he was held with the car waiting for your company to tow him, very distraught and overwhelmed he called me. so over hearing him through his cell, I asked my son to tell the tow driver to pull the car into Apple Bees, I heard your driver say $150.00 dollars even for just a few feet. I myself was not to pleased along with my son. to me its a shame you charge your customers in a bind and It is a total of highway robbery. My son had to find the nearest ATM paying your driver $160.00 and no change was given. please refund his $10.00 I will make sure that I pick it up. instead of showing empathy to my son or compromising a cheaper rate. your tow driver showed greed and let my son invest a $150.00 business card. I am shocked and disbelief.

Brian and Carolina Collision have resurrected my custom MG twice (once when the insurance company wanted to total it !).Show car quality bodywork and paint. Great attention to detail on a difficult type of car.Thank You Brian and Crew!!!

I’m not sure if I should give a four yet. They still have my car but the guy, Bryan, is very customer friendly. Just wish they would call when the car didn’t ready on the day they said it would it even before so I don’t waste my time.

$2k of accident repairs to my car were done right at this shop. I am detail oriented and could find no issue after thoroughly inspecting. The paint matches, clear coat is nice, no overspray anywhere, and all parts replaced properly with all fasteners / clips installed. The work was actually completed ahead of schedule. I recommend this shop without hesitation. Thanks for a job well done.

Brian and his crew are just amazing. I’ve had to get my car fixed three times because of accidents and Brian is super nice always gets the work done right and super easy and really well. It does help it’s a Progressive preferred shop. But I even make my mom take her car there and she isn’t Progressive! I also can just leave my rental car there and just drive off!

I took my vehicle to Carolina Collision & Frame Service because it was the most convenient shop that worked directly with Progressive. The repairs were completed quickly and the workmanship was excellent. I have absolutely no complaints about this repair shop. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone!

I recently took my car to this shop after it was hit. We submitted an updated estimate to the insurance company through the shop. I was told I would hear back from them as soon as they heard something. I waited a week and reached back out to Brian at Carolina Collision. He told me that they were still waiting to hear from Allstate. So I called Allstate and they gave me detailed notes from when they had visited the shop on the claim. I reached back out to the shop and they havent gotten back to me. I guess they dont want my business. I am disappointed that they werent upfront with me about it and wasted my time.

On 9/11 I got rear ended on US77. The faulty driver had Progressive and through the process we selected Carolina Collision for repairs. The process through Progressive was just horribile and negative in so many ways, ready to turn into a terrible nightmare. Brian Hall and Carolina Collision was just the opposite. Very professional, very honest, he went beyond his duties to make sure that my 6 month old truck was repaired properly and in a timely manner. I world recommend Brian to anyone who needs repairs done.

My daughter had an accident in her (new to her vehicle) coming home from USC. I spoke to Brian Hall who was able to immediately provide us with a quote to repair the vehicle. I had been to 2 other shops nearby and no one would even look at the vehicle for at least 5 days! Mr. Hall was extremely pleasant and offered very fair pricing. CC&F was able to fix my daughters car quickly but more importantly the work his team did was top notch. From the second I stepped foot in the door I knew that I was dealing with a true professional. Thank you Mr. Hall for making a not so pleasant situation a great overall experience. I will continue to bring all of my vehicles to CC&F whenever I need any body or frame work.CC&F provides exceptional service & tradesmanship! Highly recommend.

I would not advise contacting this shop if you are ever in an accident and need an immediate tow. My son was in a collision and needed someone to come tow his truck. He contacted them from the scene and was advised that a driver would be there shortly. After 30-45 minutes the officer on scene contacted them to find out why it was taking so long. It was not until the officer called that they dispatched a driver to the scene. After the incident we were told that the tow bill would be over $200. When we inquired as to why it was so much we were told that is a flat fee that is charged when the highway patrol has to call to request the tow. My son called first, not the highway patrol, and they simply neglected to send anyone out until they got a call from the officer. That is not only very poor customer service but also completely dishonest. I will never contact them for any work that is needed on any vehicle I own.

They have repaired 3 of my vehicles. Always great service! Highly recommend this body shop.

My brother recently was in a collision and had his car kept here. He simply came to get his tag to turn in and was told he had to give them his title plus 270 dollars in fees before they would let him get his tag. That or pay the full bill of 700 plus. Mind you all this place did was tow in a mile down the street to the shop. He was tricked into signing over his title and paying that outrageous price. Never do business with these dirty people. Total rip off or should I say SCAM.....

Carolina Collision is a preferred vendor for Progressive. My accident was in Rock Hill so it was the most convenient location to have my vehicle taken to.My vehicle was taken to Carolina Collision late on the evening of Thursday, Oct 6. First thing, Friday Oct 7th my vehicle was ready for inspection for repairs. Early the following week I was informed by the shop that parts were readily available and would take 2 days to come in. After that, 5 - 7 days were quoted to me for repairs. As of today I am at day 9 of repairs.Dealing with Progressive through this matter is a waste of time, so Im dealing with the shop directly. After the initial quote of 5 - 7 days repair I was later told it would be longer. Times started turning from specific amounts of days to estimates during the week. End of the week, or, middle of next week, to end of next week. EVERY time I called on a status of my vehicle the finished repair date was pushed back without a specific date to work off of.To add insult to injury, the latest push back claims that a wrong part was ordered. This part should have been verified upon receiving it, not when it was time to install it. As it sits I am still another day behind on my finished vehicle.Do not take your vehicle to this shop to get repaired. Do not go through Progressive to have your vehicle repaired at this shop. My vehicle has been in possession by this shop for 14 business days with an initial quote of a maximum of 9 days and it is still not finished.Stay away.

They dont fix nothing. I hit a deer and sent my car here trusting them to at least fix the damage from the hit. No. Insurance paid 1000 and i paid 500 to get into my car and couldnt even make it home. Had to get a tow to tow my car to another shop. When i contacted my insurance company and they contacted carolina collision they said not to bring it back to them. Very disappointed. Money hungry. Cant fix ****!
