He answered all of our questions and is very knowledgeable. He kept us informed about the status of our van and gave us a lot of helpful information.

The people at Hendrick collision are very professional and respectful. They told me everything involving the repairs during my insurance claim process. They did a great job and even had the courtesy to tell me that the tire would not match due to the douglas tire not being made anymore, and the paint would not match entire car because of age of car and paint fade from being outside and everything.I highly recommend using this company for repair needs whether its insurance paid for or out of pocket!Excellent customer service Hendrick Collision!

The drip pan on my Honda Accord came loose apparently after a very long road trip and was dragging on the ground. We called Hendricks, told us to come in. Ryan took a quick look underneath, put it on the lift, put in new fastening clips and within 30 minutes Ryan was handing my keys yo me and everything was done! I’m sure they were busy, but this is the second time I’ve gone to Hendricks and once again very satisfied. They are so courteous and will do whatever they can to make going to a repair shop as pleasant as possible. Highly recommend this place, We won’t go anywhere else.

We have used Hendrick Collision 3 times in the past year. The first 2 times were for collision repair and the 3rd time was to restore a 2007 Odyssey to its original exterior condition. Front was damaged by a tire tread that had come off an 18 wheeler. They replaced the front bumper and panted it to match the rest of the car. Amazing job I can not tell the was a repair.Honda and Acura certified repair with a very professional crew.

Chris spent a lot of time analyzing my car and whether or not it could be repaired to meet Honda specifications,etc. In the long run my car was deemed a total loss. Recently I wrecked my car, first accident in 45 years of driving. I took it to Hendrick Collision and they were amazing during a very challenging time. They navigated everything for me including dealing with the insurance company. They were amazing and kept in constant contact with me every couple of days. When the insurance company wanted to fix the vehicle taking all kinds of shortcuts, they stood strong and demanded the car be fixed right. Eventually the insurance folks totaled the car but they probably would not have without Steve and his folks forcing the issue.My advice is if you have an accident, take the vehicle there and they will make sure it gets repaired right.

I love Hendricks when my car has body or paint damage. I usually go through the insurance but each and every time I been there I have been treated very well and my car has been taken care of.

I was greatly impressed with not only the superior customer service from this team, but the detail and quality with how they repaired my car from a rear-end collision. They handled everything very thoroughly and efficiently. I didnt have to pay a dime as they worked with the other insurance agency. Chris was awesome. Highly recommend!

Very helpful personnel and the job was done efficiently! My car bumper was damaged and I had a time estimate of 3-4 days but it was ready in less than 2 days. It was right before Christmas weekend so I really appreciate them going the extra mile to have it ready before the holidays. The car was cleaned inside and outside which was an added bonus.

Not an inviting place or staff. I had my insurance company set up an appointment to see them because Id had an awesome experience at another location. When I walked in there werent any customers in the lobby, but yet while greeting me the lady at the front kept her head down, looking at what appeared to be a scheduler or calendar. She never made eye contact and definitely didnt give me the impression she wanted my business. She told me to have a seat and someone would be with me, but I chose to walk out the door and leave. I contacted my insurance company and let them know to transfer my reservation and why.

My husband and I went to consult with Hendrick and we left with all the information needed to complete the job. In conversing with the gentlemen in the offices about the accident, THEY volunteered to help us get a better price on our rental car and then volunteered to talk with our insurance company. Had a slight bump in to the back left quarter panel of my 2018 honda accord at 2 mph took a month and a half to get it back then on top of it they left primer all over the car and looks like a DA sander scuffed up one of my windows claimed they washed it Im still cleaning the grease from the interior windows. This place doesnt deserve a half of a star.

Terrific experience! Last tuesday the lady at the front desk was nice and very informative on what to do on bringing my car in to get worked on from a person who hit and run the back end of my car the prior weekend. She called to arrange for car rental to pick me up. The guy who inspected my car was awesome too. I think his name was sheldon or something like that, sorry if i forgot your name but you were a life saver! They also sent me updates every other day to keep me in the loop. I even received a phone call from the same guy to update me and they had my car for only a week. To the people who fixed my car thank you and it looks brand new. Thanks for turning my disaster into something better. Would def use again!!

They take FOREVER to fix things. I needed a simple bumper replacement and it’s been 2 weeks since i’ve hd my car and I STILL haven’t gotten it back. Also every time I call it’s seems like they push the day back. It’s truly ridiculous and I do no recommend coming here.
