Horrible experience. Absolutely horrible. I paid to get my sons car from their impound, which he was PULLED OVER IN, so obviously it was driving when he got arrested. We pay, apparently car axle is broken. They broke it. Ok. Let me get that cash back. Finally got the cash back but before refund, one cat asked if he could give the cash back and he get the title. So you want my kids car for free? Homeslice, were university educated. We aint Fallin for that, not to mention, it isnt my car to give away! That 1 guy was actually nice, though. The other 2 werent friendly...or even nice.

Gave a price and then doubled ot oncer he saw it was a stranded mother with 2 kids.amd 9 cats. With 2 disabled adults. He took it to his shop and wouldnt releas it (off tow) until he got $100 cash. Amd refused to give me a reciept the price originally quoted was 55. He knew he had us what could I do? The transmission diedSTAY AWAY
