I received SUPERB! service from Regis On April 5, 2021. He took his time to go over the best plans to select from. If youre looking to upgrade your phone or change your plan, ask for Regis, he will definitely take care of you.
Even though we are limited in our access in the Verizon store, the agents make the experience enjoyable and informative. Questions are answered and issues resolved, whether a prospective purchase or an item from a previous purchase.
Aisha (I really hope Im spelling that right. Sorry if I did not) was absolutely positively the best. I broke my phone yesterday and they were already closed and was so nervous to buy a new today( bc they can be pricey ) . Went in and man, she was great! Great customer service and was so kind! Great people but every time we get a new device at any location, it doesnt work when we get home after they are closed and we have to call back the next day which we will be doing today.

They would not let anyone in the store yet had a full staff. They wanted you to do everything online and then bring you what you bought. No reviewing your contract or testing phones. The authorized dealer on cherry road allowed customers inside and provided great customer service. Go there and NOT HERE.

CodyWhy does it take around 30-45 minutes reach a associate on the phone? I gave up and drove from Indian Land to this store, since apparently it’s not a resale store but a Verizon store. It took 15 minutes before being recognized, after 10 more minutes i just left 🤷♂️
My mother went to the store for assistance with wifi connectivity on her phone. Employee claims to have “updated” the phone, when in fact the phone was factory reset, removing all photos, contacts, and setting the phones settings to default without a forewarning that her information could be lost. The employees were helpful in trying recover the information, but when the “manager” became involved, the situation quickly escalated.The manager spoke in an extremely condescending, rude tone. My family was treated as if they were below his intelligence concerning the phone issue and ended with saying that there was nothing more he could do. “You should have backed up your cloud” was the final response from him before my mother left the store in tears.After work I stopped by the store to see if there were anything I might understand that my mother possibly didn’t. When the manager recognized my wife from earlier he told an employee to relay to us that it would be nearly 40 minutes before he could speak with me. If there were a high volume of customers and we were waiting in line I might have sympathized, but seeing the store nearly empty and the managers body language when the employee approached him (hands frantically waving about, pointing at the employees face) I knew that he simply didn’t want to speak again about the situation. When the employee came back I calmly explained that I wasn’t concerned about the phone issues at this point, but just wanted the managers name and his managers name so that I could talk to someone about how rude my family was treated at their prior visit. Not only that, but they left in a situation worse than when they arrived, and I believed most customers would be unhappy about that.The manager walked to the door and opened it. Without looking at me, he started saying to my wife, “I’ve already told you there’s nothing more we can do. I called Apple for you earlier; why are you back?” After saying excuse me multiple times, I had to step in front of my wife to protect her as he advanced closer, raising his voice. I asked, “are you a manager? You didn’t introduce yourself as one, and the way you’re acting doesn’t seem to be customer service friendly.” Within the first 30 seconds of him speaking, I understood exactly how my family had felt earlier dealing with him. Instead of him trying to calm the situation down, I found myself trying to calm the situation down. “I can’t believe you’d speak like this to any customer, regardless of the issue. I’m done with this conversation, I’d just like to get your information so that I can file a formal complaint on your behavior.” At this point, although we were both wearing a mask, he was inches from my face speaking loudly and stated that he would not give me his name. He was not wearing an employee ID badge like the rest of the employees. He said, “you know what, come in. I’ll deal with you there, but she (referring to my wife) has to stay outside.” I went inside and asked again for his name. His loud shouting got the attention of the few customers and all of the staff presently in the store. “I’m not giving you my name” he said.“I’d like your managers name then. I absolutely can’t believe this behavior. You are a manager in customer service.” He pulled a sticky note off the desk, crumpled it up, and wrote his name so that I could hardly read it. “You want my name? That’s it. Right there. Read it.” I said, “I can hardly read it. Can you tell me what it says? Do you have an employee ID.” He continued to be extremely disrespectful and said that “Verizon said he doesn’t have to give his employee ID”. I said I wanted his managers information as well. He said, “how about I take down your information and have my manager call you.” I’m sorry, but that’s not how this type of situation works with any legit customer service based business. He then stomped back to his office and returned with another crumbled up sticky note, another name I could hardly read, and a number.

Place an order online and never received a notification to pick up. Had to wait until the next day to get the device. Also had to call Verizon just to see if the order was ready and was told the order was fulfilled just waiting for pickup.
The man that waited on me was not very nice, looked at his screen the whole time on his phone
At the store, no support. Talked Tec Support, and it was excellent. They would not work with me, but once Tec Support talked with store rep, problem was solved. Give store a 1 star and Tec support a 5.
Came here in regards to my bill. I noticed the covid deferred payment plan became a thing this month even though I requested it in March. I no longer needed the deferment so I didn’t think twice about it until today. Raegan helped me out in figuring it out and getting it reversed. We had to call financial services to get it squared away but she helped every step of the way. Highly recommend them for any questions on your Verizon bill, as she was calm and patient the whole way through even though financial services was giving us both the runaround.
I think the guy that helped me was Alex and I will say he never pushed me his was just there to answer questions and when I decided what I wanted to do he listened to everything I had to say and all my complaints about the old service with a different provider. And he made sure I was in the best plan to fit my needs and I ended up leaving with 3 phones. Go see him hes the best Ive dealt with
Theyre made some updates to the store since Ive been there and it really looks good. Of course you are still greeted as soon as you enter the building, which is awesome customer service. You may not necessarily be assisted at that time, but it just so happens on the day I went in, it was slow (rare). I had to upgrade my phone although I was reluctant, to a newer version.I wasnt quite sure how I feel about upgrading to the S10e because Ive had to call tech support a couple of times already because of the connectivity, but it seems to be working fine now.

Alex is amazing! He has helped us many times throughout the years and today was no different. He makes you feel very comfortable and not like your being rushed out the door. He even made sure we knew all our options and helped us get the best bang for our buck. Thanks again!

Ragan and Alex were beyond helpful when I went in today to trade in my iPhone for a Pixel. Alex thoroughly answered all my questions about the differences between the phones and the two of them worked together to make sure that I got the best deal. This was my first time to this location but it will always be my go to after my experience today. If I could give 10 stars I would, keep up the good work guys!

My business partner, John Forkovitch, and I, unsuspecting, came by the Dave Lyle Rock Hill store today to buy one simple device. Three hours later, we left having spent uncountable sums on solutions and products for which we have absolutely no use. But boy was it fun. We were simply no competition for Adriennes salesmanship. I will be putting an order in with my stock broker on Monday to spend the last of my now diminished funds on Verizon stock!!!
Stood there over ten minutes before anyone acknowledged me or came up from to sign in anyone who was waiting. Once I finally got seen, the employee took less than five minutes to tell me that my voicemail issue was just the way it is, not fix anything, and tell me that I should keep an eye out for updates.

March 30, 2017 - My new iPhone 7 - Was in the Verizon Store across from the Mall in Rock Hill, due to my phone giving me problems! I was greeted by Corey Reynolds at the door, from that point forward, only Great Service! Corey looked at my history, went out of his way to straighten out my issues, and find the best options for me. Corey upgraded me to a new iPhone 7, a much better phone and plan, for the same price. Go by and ask for Corey, he is Great!
I want everyone to know that Joe my rep was amazing....He went out of his way to help me...I let him know that I did not know a lot about the phone I was getting and he took the time to show me...never rushed me...He is a great rep for Verizon and truly knows the meaning of a great customer service ..I recommend him to everyone.....Thanks Joe for taking care of me and making my transaction so easy...
Even though the young lady that took care of me was knew she was well-trained and if she didnt know the answer she would be honest about it and let me know that she was going to find the answer for me. I would have been in and out within 5 minutes had it not been for having to wait for my previous carrier to release my number to Verizon. I was really impressed with the Quick Service. Theyre doing a lot better job these days about getting to the customer quickly and avoiding customers waiting for long periods. I was very pleased with the service at this store.

I had a prepaid phone for some reason didnt want to activate. I took it to this store and was greeted at the door. The lady asked me the problem and she tried and still didnt work. She called tech support and after a few minutes it was up and running. She did an amazing job.

In November my wife and I went into this store. Ayanah was very helpful coming up with a deal we couldnt resist. She checked with her manager twice (in the back room) and told us we would qualify for a particular discount that went along with our plan. All we had to do was bring in additional paperwork---we did this the following week and gave it to Jason. Jason, as well as Ayanah, told me we would get a $25 monthly credit but it take 2 billing cycles to show up. Since we had not received the credit on our 3rd bill, we called Verizon Customer Service and Ms. Priscilla was very helpful but could not identify where this $25 credit applied in their system. She ultimately told us it must be a store promotion. So yesterday we went by this store and talked to a store manager named Rachel. Rachel told us there is no way the discount Ayanah promised us could be applied to the plan we have! Our response was we only agreed to Ayanahs offer. Rachel countered with an offer of 2 months discount and said we are responsible for the remainder (22 months at $25) or we could buy out our plan. Also, Rachel said since we have been using the new phones more than 14 days, they will not take them back. WOW, THIS IS CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH! They tell you everything is in place and the billing will catch-up and eventually give you the past credits and discounts going forward. THERE IS A REASON VERIZON WILL NOT PUT THESE DEALS IN WRITING! THEY WANT TO TRAP YOU IN THIS PREDICAMENT. Watch your bills people because Im sure this type scam happens to a lot of people---promise you a discount, tell you billing will catch up in 2 months, never delivery your promised discount, tell you to live with it or buy out! WOW JUST WOW.
Usually can get in and out of here fairly quickly. Customer service reps are always welcoming and happy to help you with whatever you need.

: I’m highly offended by this location’s sales tactics. The sales associate flat-out lied to me, stating that I would receive a discount when signing to get new phones in November. They assured me I’d get the credit after 2 billing cycles. When I called back to report to the manager, they confessed the associate lied to me and gave me false information, but refused to make things right or offer any solution. Do not go to this store. Do not trust anyone here, as they lie... and then make you foot the bill for their lies.

I am very disappointed. They were running a promotion for switching to Verizon and you get $200. Well I submitted everything and it was denied because I didnt purchase a device with a payment plan. Why offer me something if I do not qualify? That is misleading. What a waste of my time. I asked several times if there was a catch. Never again, thats why I never go in there stores. All they do is sell lies and run your phone bill up.

After visiting a different Verizon store which denied me a promised service, I went to this store to ask about having a screen protector purchased from Amazon installed. When I entered, I was directed to a man named Larry who was able to install my screen protector with no problems. I am very satisfied with my service at this location.

This store is amazing! Went to take care of my wifes older iPhone and we were able to upgrade and lower our monthly bill thanks to Brandi, who helped us. They even stayed late to make sure that her new phone downloaded her iCloud content. Very pleased with the service here.

Yes this is a salesperson shark tank. As is ANY cell phone shop. They hover around you and if you have a small cut or scrape they will devour you in seconds while fighting each other for who gets the arm or leg. You know the movie The Shallows? It was filmed here. They are even in talks of filming a new Jaws movie here. In spite of having to go into this place in a shark cage just to get some simple thing like a sim card, it is a quite good experience. Once you cut through the sales aggression they do get the job done with flying colors and treat you with respect.
Unless youre buying a new phone from here, you dont mean s**t to them. I came in to get my phone fixed that crapped out on me only after 2 months of owning the damn thing and was told someone would be with me in 10 minutes. 20+ minutes later, Im told theres still one person ahead of me.It would have been great if I was given a realistic expectation of the wait time. Oh, and you could probably brush up on at least pretending to give a genuine apology... K thanks.
The greeters are excited to place you in a queue, so instantly you feel a good sense of customer service. But that stops there if you arent purchasing a phone. The Sales Rep to whom we spoke was, hopefully, new on the job. We were told that no phones, except the iphones, were network unlocked (despite this being the case for the past X years) and was genuinely not concerned with any of our business.Id stay away from this Verizon store, as it appears unless youre making them a commission at that exact visit, then they dont invest in their customer interaction at all.

I had a horrible experience at this location. Spills trying to switch my personal account and open a corporate business account. It seemed that the sales person did not know what they were talking about and brought out the corporate customer service person seemed to be sort of familiar with the process. I was told to call up and confirm my tax ID information and then I would be contacted within an hour. Two days later no response I called the representative and they said that everything was finished. I got there and Not only was it ready but the account had been incorrectly set up. In total I spent approximately 3 I was at the desk trying to get them to understand and then do it correctly. In the end I did not set up the corporate account. They made absolutely no concessions to make up for their mistakes and my lost time. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
The service persons always answer my questions and solve my problems. Its a good place for someone who isnt Smartphone savvy.
Was not pleased with our sales lady did not offer any deals she said there was none. Then I said well I guess we will go to a different net work after over 20 yrs with you she said well there is a lot of them out there WOW nice service came home called made complaint and the phone I really wanted was on special!!! We pay insurance and my husbands phone had a crack on the top after replacing once she said there was nothing she can do. Came in 2 nd time they said all I had to pay was 60.00 dollars and his phone could of went through the insurance.WOW great!!!!
What a nightmare, three hours to try and buy a phone and after all said, we left with nothing. They said we could trade our old phone for $50.00 off a newer phone, after confirming it with customer service 800 number right at the store, Then when ringing us up they said they couldnt do it. Phone was in excellent working condition too. Just a older model. Do not recommended.👎

Wow I’ve never had to write a bad review but I just picked up two iPhone eights and three covers and three glass protectors first the cover for one of the phones they had Jack’s don’t fit and she says oh yeah because most people don’t use headphones but it fits your phone I go that’s like saying this fits your phone but you lose the option to dial then when they installed the protective glass they left dust in between I come back to them five days later and they tell me I have to register it to get a new one when they’re the ones that installed it and left dust in between so just a horrible experience here after spending a boatload of money very inconsiderate putting everything on me to take care of everything and just very poor attitudes my recommendation is buy stuff online you’ll get a cheaper I bought these covers here thinking you’ll pay more but you’ll get the right one come to find out the headphone jacks don’t fit in it and not once did she say I’m sorry about that that was our mistake we should’ve disclosed that I’ll continue to buy online and continue to watch you brick-and-mortar stores go out of business thanks a lot And she tells me most people don’t use the headphone jack anyway well then why does iPhone find the need to supply them with their phone maybe she knows more than iPhone creators good excuse honey maybe next time just apologize and find a way to help you not find excuses

I have had several dealing with this Verizon office over the past 2 years. Friendly and knowledgable staf, always helpful. The manager there (Jennie) goes the extra mile to ensure her customers are supported.

Worst Verizon store. I had cancelled the service after a month of use and paid 160$ still they sent me a bill of 209.00$. They dont know what they are doing. Dont go to Ryan or DJ. They never follow what they promised. Ryan told me that there wont be contract and after two weeks. I received letter saying it is under contract. Every time I come here, I have to wait over 40 minutes. At and T is best. And I will stick to them. Never go to Verizon.

This review is more for Verizon Customer Service in General. I have had 2 occurrences in last 2 weeks where the main customer service line told me that they took care of the problem and I could just go to store and pickup what I needed. Both times the store could not do what was needed. This part of review is about this store....In both cases they called their call center and were unable to solve the problem and were ok with just sending me on my way. Yesterday was last straw and I walked out of store called to cancel all 4 of my lines and guess what, somehow my issue got fixed and was able to pick up my new phone 15 minutes later. It shouldnt take a customer ready to switch carriers to fix a problem they are having.
My home store. Much better service than I received n Raleigh store. Every experience there is aggravating due to the fact that Ive been stuck with a factory- flawed phone for two yrs now - exitable only by paying a pile of $ on top of the stupid$ Im already paying to get a phone they wont stand behind any better than the one Ive got n my hand. And, Im completely over all the lies about expanded and better coverage - coverage, service, and satisfaction suck compared to my experience with Altell
