Im guessing the workers work off of some type of commission. Im disappointed because I wanted to buy an iPhone, but the worker said if I wanted to buy the phone I was required to also purchase a case and screen protector. The worker would not allow me to purchase the phone by itself. Your mileage may vary depending on who you get.
I purchased a phone on 6/19/21 and had an issue with the transaction mainly a miscommunication. That said the manager was able to make things right and handled the transaction in a professional way. Leaving me an overall positive outlook on Metro PCS.
I just left from purchasing my son an. Iphonr. When asking for an itimized receipt i overheard both representatives talking about me. I was not rude to either one of them. I was annoyed but I informed them i could hear them speaking about me. There was no apology no anything. Before leaving i said a word of asvice wait until a customer leaves before speakong about them. I was given a nice nasty reply. When calling back to ask for a manager i was placed on hold then told there was not one available. To be treated in the manner i was after spending a significant amount of money in this establishment was unacceptable. Im sure if my complexion was a little lighter it wouldve been a different outcome.
My wife and I have been customers for almost 2 years now. We went into the store tonight intending to purchase a new $600 iPhone for my wife’s birthday. He told us that they didn’t have any iPhone 11’s in stock, even though they had one on display. He didn’t know when they would get one, and that we should just get an unlocked one at Best Buy if they had them. Then he became rude and started hassling me about a mask, so we walked out. There had only been one other person in the store besides us at the time, and we weren’t within 30 feet of each other, and the front door was propped open the entire time.
They could not or would not do what I needed. So no help at all to me
Thanks for for going the extra mile in order to get a replacement phone just as the store was closing. My phone shattered and was inoperable and I desperately needed a working phone for a work meeting the following am. Thanks again!
POOR original post not showingNegatice is the actual rating. Don bought phone late last Thursday and Friday morning stopped. Would not replace phone on store. Had to wait 6 days for orddred phonr. No replacdmdnt phone unless he pIs $20.00Phonr dtill not here. All we get is sorry and cant give one on shelf in store. Also no compensation for now 8 days of ni phone.
Amazing customer service and support. The 2 men there were so honest and informative. I was guided to the perfect phone and plan for my needs. They also transfered all my info from old phone to new phone. Would highly recommend this store for your phone and service needs.

I went to this location today and did a upgrade for my wife. We got a great deal on her phone and he helped us transfer phone numbers and pictures. The sales rep Ali was outstanding! He was very professional and helpful. Store was very nice and clean. I definitely recommend this location in Rock Hill.

I had a issue with a Bluetooth headset i purchased. The owner Ali was very helpful. He gave me a new headset. These guys are great people! I highly recommend this store and will return to do buiness here with Ali.

I came into this store looking to transfer over from Straight Talk after having many problems with them. First off I was greeted promptly and helped within a few minutes. After watching the store associates helping the other customers I knew I would be in great hands. Larry helped me save money. If you are looking for phenomenal service then look no further then here. The General Manager was even friendly and funny. Never once did they give me the run around. Straight Forward people who truly care about the customers and not looking to take them for everything they have. Once again if you are looking to switch over please go check them out and they are very knowledgeable people. They even stayed to get me all situated even after they closed. Highly recommendable!

Terrible customer service, asked for store owners info, manager refused to provide the info. The phones are cheap because they are not new phones, they will not provide you with a new phone but will give you a refurbished one. DO NOT do business with this store !!!!

The people Ive met, are really curious and respectful to mental health, I was given great deals and got a great phone.They shown more maturity, I never actually had a problem with them at all. Ill come back to this store for my issues instead, since its close to my area.

I have been to this store numerous times... They make their own hours... Dont go buy whats listed here... It says open till 6pm on Sundays. I came at 4:45 pm and they were closed with a sign on the door saying closes at 5pm... I refuse to use my debit card to pay... As I have been over charged everytime I have used it... And they charge extra for that...

The guy thats working there with the thin hair is over chargeing people an not giveing the receipts that you need and when the text message comes up on your phone the amount is not the right amount that you paid I want my money back. Dont scam me sir an think im not tell the proper authorities
Went in the store to upgrade my phone (which i had my line a while) and to get another line.... Both phones unlimited plan 60.00 ... Which mine all i had to do was pay for the phones... Anyhow paid cash my service was fine when i left the store on both lines then all of the sudden i started getting text saying i owed 153.00 then another said i owe 90.00 then another said i owe 51.00 then another saying i owed 83.00... Then one of the phones was off 4 days later then my bill went from 60.00 a month to 87.00 ... Then i. Called customer service and they told me they only gave me the 30.00 service when i paid for the 60.00 service cash... Now i called the store and since 8am and its now 6pm theyve been trying to fix the problem...

Bought a new phone, it was defective, 7 days later I bring it back and they want to charge me half the price of the phone to give me another phone... Talk about a rip-off...
I would highly recommend NOT doing business with any of the Metro PCS stores in the Rock Hill area. The owner is very disrespectful and will literally yell or curse at you at the drop of a hat. They’re very unkind to their employees and customers.
Service was dismal and they always say one thing online and another when I go to this store. And they say it w disdain, like they cant believe they have to deal w me when they should be enjoying their day off or something.
Had an bad experience at Lancaster Metro PCS and went to rock hill Metro PCS on 2349 Cherry Rd and met Ali. He did a wonderful job and solved my issues in less than 30 minutes. His entire staff was also very nice polite and very helpful.
