My service was amazing because of Tamaris, the sales Associate who assisted me! This person listened to my needs, addressed all optional products and service packages which was nice to know all of my options and services AT&T provides, information provided was easy to understand, and they provided overall quality service. Other staff were very attentive to helping their customers so I would definitely return. The staff treated customers as if they were family or regulars which makes you leave satisfied and like you were taken care of. Im definitely a satisfied customer.

I was having some issues with my previous carrier and decided to switch. My luck, the process took forever and I had to wait on hold with them because my account was locked. I came to your store in Rock Hill today, i was just wanting to recover my passwords off my iPhone. But ended purchasing a new phone. Arnissia was very helpful in trying to retrieve my passwords, she tried her best but we couldnt get in. I am highly dissatisfied my grandmother went into AT&T to pay a simple bill and she had to wait 30 minutes to be seen. As soon as she was about to be seen and the salesman started working with her the store manager Martina Carter pulled him away from her to help another customer that had come in to buy a charger. The salesman apologized and told her he had no choice but to help the other customer that came after my grandmother or he would be in trouble. My grandmother asked to have the store manager help her and she was then passed off to another saleswoman and avoided my grandmother. I am furious at this situation because this is not the first time something like this has happened with this same manager. If it were not for the sales representatives Dana and Milan I would immediately leave AT&T. My grandmother said both representatives were very apologetic and kind to her which is the only reason my grandmother will remain with AT&T. My grandmother told the young man he needs to look for a new and better job and I agree. AT&T will not have my business and possibly not my grandmothers. Unacceptable

Milan was fantastic this evening and gave us great advice as a consumer and not as a sale. We look forward to working with him more and we recommend his consultation. I have had nothing but fantastic service every time I have visited this store over the last several years. It always seems to be something that is urgent that I need help with and they are always courteous and personable and take care of my needs with exceptional speed. Just recently I had to get my wife and my cell phone numbers switched around to the correct phones and only had about an hour. I had no appointment, walked right in and was immediately assisted and back in my car with my problems solved in less than 30 min. I can’t speak highly enough about this team.

I recently switched my phone service from sprint to AT&T. Raven, the service representative at the AT&T location was super helpful and nice. Sprint was creating some problems, which lasted for over an hour, and Raven was extremely tolerant/polite the whole time. I would highly recommend this location, and apologize for being a difficult customer, if Raven reads this. βœ‹

GREAT SERVICE - Sky did a great job today! I brought in 3 VERY old phones to be recycled. I told her I didnt think Id get more than $1 total for them, but she took the time to charge & check the trade in value for each one & make sure they were factory reset. She helped me receive $60 credited to my account. (I had no idea there was a minimum trade in value of $20/phone) While I was there she did bring up other services AT & T provides, but not in a high pressure sales way. It was very refreshing!

Eric at the Rock Hill Store was Awesome.2 and a half hours on Tech Support and 2 hours and 45 minutes at a Retail Store and salesperson tried to call forward the service messing both Phone and watch up. Hour later Eric at Corporate store not only Corrected fixed and got all working He did it in less than 5 minutes and added extras on it to help make Watch enjoyment even Better.Thanks ERIC NOEL for everything and Happy New Year

The guy who helped me was nice but when I went back to tell them about the charger I thought was faulty to my Iphone 11 they acted as though it would make AT&T go bankrupt if they gave me an all new charger, now mind you the phone wasn’t even a week old, the girl at this store tells the guy to only give me the part that plugs into the wall and see if that worked first rather than just replace the charger. Great phone service and very friendly guy there who helped me but the manager lady was awful from start to finish, I don’t even understand why she is working in a public place the brunette older lady there.

The stores general manager was very rude and had no care of customer service, had us waiting over 2 hours. She kept taking customers in front of us and the poor girl who helped us was very sweet and tried but she was new and the general manger just left her to the wolves. She is the whole reason we will never come back.She didn’t try to save us any money or special promotions and on top of that we paid more there then what we would have with customer service. Very unprofessional she was and she needs to dress appropriately, the pants she had on you could she her underwear. Very disgusting
