Bought guitar from owner and his wife, they were very nice, gave my kid something off the shelf at no charge and I got a great deal on my item. Drove from Gastonia and was worth the trip! I will definitely purchase items from them in future. Owner even called me to tell me he had other items I might like month later. That’s good service! Thanks guys, Duke

Awful service and was cussed out immediately for walking into the store without a mask on with 500$ in my pocket to spend on a deal already made. These people are a joke

I will say this they are very professional. Everyone is entitled to have a bad day. But I have been treated very very fair. If someone is following you around the store they are doing there job to help.

Ive came to this pawn shop twice during working hours both times there was a note on the door the first time said going out to lunch the second time said going to pick up a TV so Im going to another pawn shop. This must be a very nice TV seeing as how you probably lost three customers just while I sat in front of the store.

I went to pawn my TV at this place and was told it was to old from 2014. No problem but I was confronted by another patron enquiring about it. The Owner came outside and started Cursing out loud at us telling us to leave his property. Very rude person even going as far as to call the police. And accuse me of trying to sell stolen property. This happened on the 10th of May 2019. His Business should be Boycotted by all people in Rock Hill SC. He is not a sane man the way he treated us on this day it’s not about color as I’m Black and the other person was White. We need him gone from the community with that kind of attitude. In closing (JUST DON’T GO THERE).

Agree on the rude, and thought I was a thief. Follows you around the store. Inventory was pretty much junk.

This is the worst pawn shop I ever visited. the owner is very rude all ways watching you like if I was a thief. the prices are way to high.

The name world record holder pawn must be for the world record of being rude. The older man working there has a bad attitude and is rude . Thats answers why my friend and myself were the only people in the store. You are looked at like a thief and yelled at when you look at items as a prospective buyer. Their prices are higher than you can buy it new. If I want low quality tools from harbor freight I can go buy them new cheaper. I would not recommend even setting foot in their building. If I could have given less stars I would have.

On the phone it was $75, when I got there it was $85 and a ton of bad attitude. Ill get a $10 discount next time, but that will never come!

I wouldn’t go to this pawn shop if they were the only one in Rock Hill the owner is very rude and the prices is not like any other pawn shop there like Lowes or Sears you would do better if you go to One of the store’s to purchase your what ever you want at least you will have a warranty
