I decided to rent a storage unit from Public Storage Ebenezer and Flo took the time to show me the available units and get me signed up. She made the entire experience a pleasant one and was extremely professional and thorough during the process. I highly recommend Public Storage Ebenezer and appreciate Flo for her customer service.

The prices are great, the grounds are always clean, and every employee at this location has been super friendly and Miss Flow wasnt only friendly but saw I was struggling with a rolling tool box one day and didnt hesitate to help me!Thank you so much Miss Flow!

Your staff at your Ebenezer Rd in Rock Hill SC facility is very accomodating, friendly,and knowledgeable. In todays world staff like you have is hard to find. As an employer you should know you have a great employee overseeing your business in Rock Hill.

I thought I had reserved on the website but it didnt go through .Flow helped me through this and rented me just what I was looking for .Flow allowed me to leave my small trailer on property for a couple hours while we looked at local properties, SO VERY HELPFUL !! would defiantly recommend !!

I was able to secure my unit online and then Flo helped me with my paperwork. She made the process easy and was a pleasure to talk with. I had a flood in my home so it was great to be able to put things in storage so quickly.

Did everything online and opened the gate with an app on my phone. Never met a soul until I was already at my unit. Now thats next level. So far its great.

This is close to my home, there are no working cameras. Public restrooms still closed due to COVID, today is May 25th, 2021. Someone decided to take a dump beside the air conditioning unit. Not much monitoring going on. My unit is climate controlled, they keep it around 80 to 89 in summer and 58-60 in the winter. No power for customers to use. No cell service at all inside of the buildings, even with my hotspot. Most affordable for a 10X15 climate controlled unit. Ive been a customer for about 9 months, my rent started at $90, jumped to $125 after the 5th month. There are nicer places, that offer power and you do have cell service, and surveillance, but they are more than double my rent.

The online rental process is simple and convenient. I had no issues finding the unit that my wife rented. The unit was clean and exactly what we needed.

I have had my unit for almost 2 months. I went to get my bed out of the unit the other day and noticed dirt under where my bed frame was sitting. There was no red dirt there when we moved the items in because we made sure to try to keep out stuff clean and swept it before putting anything in. When we moved the bed we realized that termites had came through a crack in the floor and started eating on the headboard of our sleigh bed and a box spring that was sitting against it. I am scrounging now to get my home prepared to get all my things out of this unit so that I can assess if there is more damage.On 05/28 I called the office to let them know the issues and was told to contact Jake, the property manager or GM of this location. I have tried calling him several times since and even in February for another issue and he will not call me back. I have never heard from this man. I am extremely disappointed that as a paying customer, I can’t get the respect from the GM to call me back so I can voice my concerns over termites at this facility. If not treated, they will take over all the units and it’s going to be a disaster.so if you have things at this facility In B building especially, I would advise you thoroughly inspect your things to make sure you don’t have termites eating your valuables. We have a lot of antiques in our 2 (other unit is in a different building and have not assessed yet) units and all irreplaceable sentimental things that I am horrified may be damaged. Please check your things and make sure you have insurance.I have had my unit for almost 2 months. At very minimum please get this facility treated for termites so that peoples valuables aren’t ruined.Update on my claim for my items lost at this site: There is a 250$ max coverage for “varmin” which is what termites are considered, and a 100$ deductible in which means I will get 150$ to replace my bed and box springs. I was told I had 3k in coverage but they do not know the details of the coverage because it is an outside company. I did hear back from the manager and GM of this location after they read this review/ got messages. They were friendly but nothing they can is still what I got. Still extremely upset about this experience and if u have items here it’s wise to check your unit.

Convenient at the time I rented storage. No longer a place I would use for storing my items. Rent increased four times while there. Unit shows signs of termites and management did not resolve the problem. This is my last month for storage.

Of all the storage places I’ve used I haven’t found any that are as great as this one. They care about your stuff and take seriously making sure it’s taken care off and safe. Great staff

I was glad to give Camille 5 stars when asked to do so. I am currently shopping around for sizes and prices in anticipation of my family relocating to the area for my job. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. The property is great. Theres plenty of room to maneuver large trucks. The grounds are clean and well maintained. The units are secured by a gate. I will look no further for packing supplies either. Public Storage has earned my business.Update: I am a current customer and couldnt be happier. The online rental is quick and easy.

I stopped in today with a minor issue concerning my climate controlled unit. Camille handled everything so professionally. She listened, showed concern, offered great feedback and even took the first step to resolve the issue in a timely manner while I was in the office. This is very reassuring. The property is always clean and secure and everyone I have come in contact with at the office is top notch!

I stopped by just a few minutes before the store closed. I was looking for a particular sized box to send a diploma to my daughter. The office staff were very kind at the end of the day. Good customer service is hard to come by these days.

My wife and I have had a rough go of things lately. We have enjoyed all interactions weve had with Public Storage, from renting, to just general conversation with the staff.

I needed a locker for only a month and didnt want to spend $20 on one of those cylinder locks everyone makes you buy. Jenna was gracious and helpful and found me the LAST unit that I could use my padlock on. She also informed me of a discount for first months rent. That is great customer service! She was also working Sunday and gave me my gate code when I left it in my car an hour away. Thank you Jenna!

Update: still true 8 months after my original review.The customer service here is outstanding. The office staff really listen and sincerely give their all to help anyone that walks through the door. The property is well maintained and the public restrooms are always clean.

They are not$1.00 for the first month!I pd$63 and then$53 a month after that! When to they advertise$43 a month!

This will be the second time that I am leaving a review. The manager, Ashley is absolutely wonderful. Whenever we see her, she is always so quick to make sure everything is working out with our space. She engages her customers in pleasant conversation that shows she really care about her customers. Second time renting from this location. Had a great, hassle-free experience the first time so knew right where to go when I needed storage services again. Different associates than last time, but Naja and Caroline were a great help, quick to resolve any issues that arose. Would highly recommend.

A very quiet facility and customer service was great. The units themselves are pretty clean and up to date. My only complaint is that I have to use my code to exit the facility.

Needed to purchase more boxes a few days ago, when I stopped in Kristy was dealing with a rather difficult customer. Not only was she very professional but she maintained her composure extremely well under the circumstances. I ended up having to leave due to time frame but returned to check on her since I was concerned about her well being. She was very polite in helping me get my boxes to the car and loaded up.
