Lol Metro Pcs is such a scam 🙄. Calls do drop in a couple areas but not horrible. Make sure to ask questions or you will get finessed. Switched over from Sprint because I saw their “promotion” for a free phone and buy one get one free. Told me she’d throw in a “ deal “for the cases and screen protectors as bundle right.. Charged me $85 for 2 basic phone cases. $30 EACH for flimsy screen protector that didn’t even fit my phone. Oh and they put it on your phone for you of course because it’s non refundable now 🤗 But no seriously just get your phone(s) and plan and dip, get accessories elsewhere or online.

Great customer service and speedy

Nice place but my calls keep dropping and ive had people tell me they have called and get a busy signal and some text messages never went threw till days later. Sorry but i switched to a better company

Ive came in twice trying to add a line and have a number ported to that line and Jimmy helped me both times. One of the best experiences Ive had at a store. Very personable and willing to listen and help. Did everything he could both times.

Jacob really knows hes merchandise and is able to handle any question with a well thought out answer. Hes customer service skills is why I prefer to go in store n pay a lil extra to deal with a person. Ooh and the phone service is decent too
