Dakota went above and beyond to reconfigure a computer that has been set out but was not ready. He took time to unlock it, update the operating system, and make sure it was ready to go and then called me when he was finished. Top rate service!

First impression of the manager was that she is a bit rough around the edges then I spent a little time browsing and realized she is blatantly mean! Not just to me was she mean but she wasnt nice to any of the customers she helped and it was no wonder why employees were reluctant to say much, clearly they were inferior to her and she has made it known at one point or another. I will return to this location next time I was to conduct business in fear. #PawnNatzi

Cindy greeted me as i walked in and was very polite as i asked questions she was also helpful with carrying my items in her customer service was very well respected and not nasty like others i have met in town she definitely will get my service again..

I waited in the armory area for someone to come assist me. When someone came in they talked to the gentleman that came in well after me but the employee knew this person. This man was looking to put a weapon on layaway and they joked while I stood there waiting, I finally left after the employee made no attempt to assist me. Maybe they would have not been so rude had they known I had been ready to purchase. Not how someone should be running a business.
