Amid all the problems with shipping going on in the world, this dealership (Travis) really stepped up, parts being on back order and people in the business tell me stories of being down for 6 months or more things didnt look good for me.But They stayed on it and in touch with me (again Travis) with the truck being finished in three weeks .Thank you!

I had the worst experience with them. Had a fuel pump failure. The truck was there for 9 weeks. They ordered the wrong cp4 high pressure fuel pump originally taking 4 weeks to be shipped. The correct cp4 arrived in 2 days. They didnt follow the technical service bulletin at all likely causing damage to the brand new high pressure fuel system they just installed. I had to hold their hand and try to make sure they did all of the necessary work by following the service technical bulletin from 1000 miles away. They installed a new cp4 high pressure fuel pump without replacing the injectors, etc or cleaning the tank, fuel lines, sending unit, etc. originally, and because of that likely damaged the new system by starting the truck. Their communication was terrible and could rarely get a response.. Their tech didnt even hook up the fuel fill hose to the tank so when I picked the truck up and tried to fill it with fuel the fuel spilled all over the ground. The fuel tank was full when I dropped the truck off and only had 5 or 10 gallons in it when I picked the truck up. I got approximately 400 miles away from Fremont Motors Rock Springs WY on my way back home and the truck broke down again so I had to have it towed to another dealership. My experience was extremely stressful and an absolute nightmare

CONSUMER BEWARE!!! If you have a vehicle older than 10 years old, DO NOT GO HERE!!!They will waste your time and they will not look at your vehicle for many days after you give it to them. They will effectively will leave you stranded if you are traveling. They refuse to look at alternative solutions to get you back on the road quickly. They use the “LIABILITY” reason. I left California on this trip. However, it really seemed that I really didn’t even after 850 miles.

I had put in an internet inquiry for a job, and this guy name Erik Malmgren had kept push calling me about looking for a vehicle when clearly in the inquiry I said job. And so I simply hung up I thought it was a sales call. Until he had emailed me asking if I was still in the market for a vehicle. I simply said no I am just looking for a job. And then that’s when the rude emails came along. I ignored it but then he went out of his way to get my personal number and start attacking me from there. Proof is down below but it looks like they need a change of staff.
Mark and Fremont Jeep were there to help when my Jeep broke down on I-80.It was a major ordeal and the fix was not easy. Mark went out of his way to get the Jeep on the lift to make the diagnosis. He kept me informed of the status of the repair and made it a priority to get the parts ordered and delivered to the dealership as fast as possible.I am truly grateful for the effort Mark and the team at Fremont Jeep put forth to help get me back on the road. I was on my way back to Oregon from Mississippi in my wrangler when we started having some problems. We called many dealerships on our route home hoping one dealership would have some compassion and could do there best to fit us in and help us out. After two dealerships told us to pack sand we landed on Fremont and they told us they were busy but that wasn’t a problem. Got us in and out in forty minutes. They went above and beyond to be helpful when they didn’t have to be. I would strongly recommend stopping here if you find yourself in a similar problem.

Scheduled an oil change at 9:00 AM and at the time, I would have been happy being finished by 11. On arrival, I was greeted by Mark in the service department who got me checked in quickly and pointed me in the direction of the coffee area, which I really appreciated. To my surprise, the whole process was finished by 9:30, including washing my Jeep, changing the oil and rotating tires. I was really happy with their work, timeliness and explanation of my invoice and the service provided. Its a Saturday in the afternoon and something is wrong with my 2017 Ram 3500 in Green River. We have 1,300 mi left in our trip and its important business. I give Fremont Dodge Chrysler RAM a call to see if they could help me. The parts department guy was a gem and answered my questions and got me the part I needed. But when we realized that the alternator was bad Lila, instead of sending me on my way because the days over, said she would talk to Steven and see if he would work later to make the repair. To my disbelief instead of all of them treating me like its time to go home they really went the extra effort and gave that extra better service that is uncommon. I really appreciate all of them but especially Steven for staying late and Lila for staying late. The parts department guy was so helpful, too. Thank you all.

If I could give a negative star review of this place I would. When I went there to buy a truck in 2018, the sales person promised that the truck would tow what it wouldnt. Unfortunately for me, I believed that he knew what he was talking about so I bought a RAM 1500 from them. On the way home I got two flat tires. Looking at the tires I noticed that they had dry rot. This was on a new truck! I looked online to see the specs on its towing capacity and found out the sales guy lied. When I brought the truck back the next day, they wouldnt just let me return it and would only allow me to trade for a different vehicle. Through much negotiation and horrible service I finally walked away with a vehicle that met my needs but the whole thing seemed so shady from start to finish. Every couple months they reach out to me to leave them a survey on how they are doing with service on the truck they sold to some other poor soul. I have let them know multiple times that they have the truck associated with the wrong user. Each time the notifications go away for a couple months only to return again, thanking me for bring my 1500 truck in for service and asking me to rate my experience, or to notify me of a scheduled maintenance coming up. I guess if they want to stop getting horrible reviews on their service department, a good first step would be to remove my email from being associated with the truck I had for about 12 hours. Stay far, far way from this place! Crooked people, crooked business.
While traveling through Wyoming I noticed signs of a transmission problem on my Dodge Ram. I called Fremont Motors to see if it was at all possible to have it checked. In spite of a busy schedule the service staff were able to take care of my issue and get me back on the road in short order. Their service department is awesome. We had a breakdown on Friday evening when the department was supposed to be closed. Lila answer the phone anyway. She and the mechanic went above and beyond to help us out. The repair was great and they even cleaned the engine area that was sprayed with antifreeze and oil. We couldn’t say anything that would truly express our gratitude. Thank you
The team at Fremont was spectacular to work with. We were on a 14-day roadtrip from Denver to Portland in a newly converted 2021 Promaster Van when we got a very scary brake warning on a mountain pass descent. We called them and they let us know that they try their best to prioritize travelers where they can. When we arrived, they were not able to get us in that day but did set us up for a repair early the next morning.They very kindly shuttled us to a hotel and stayed in constant contact throughout the service. They were able to fix one issue completely (a squeaky rear bushing, thank goodness) and diagnose the brake issue as a faulty sensor. Because the brake sensor issue didnt impact the van, they let us know it was safe to drive and schedule the full repair back in Portland. They even offered to work with my local dealer to help them understand what had been done and what needed to be fixed.This service and result gave us the confidence to finish the trip wed been planning for nearly a year. We are so thankful for Lila and the service team at Fremont and cant thank them enough!

Been looking for the exact vehicle I want and have been unable to do so for a few months. To my amazement, one popped up at Fremont in Casper which I was willing to do that trip. I worked with Andrew Meyr, and this guy knows how to work with a customer. Got me a great price, very easy to work with, and from walking in the door to driving away was fast! I cannot recommend this dealership AND Andrew high enough.
My husbands account but my experience!If youre ever driving cross country and your truck decides to break down Id suggest you do it in Rock Springs, WY! What couldve been a horrible experience turned out to be not so bad because of the kindness of the staff and customers at Fremont Dodge. I was traveling alone just before Memorial Day when my truck decided to give up about 6 hours from my destination. Luckily it happened about a mile away from this dealership. I limped in there and was met by Mark at the service counter. He told me hed try to fit it in the schedule but it was a busy, busy holiday weekend. After awhile he came out and very apologetically told me that they might not be able to get to it til the next day. I proceeded to have a mini meltdown right there in the waiting area. I tearfullly explained that I was on my way to Colorado to see my son who had been deployed and who I hadnt been able to see for a year and a half because of two deployments and Covid restrictions. He only had a few days leave there and I was afraid that I was going to miss him. A few minutes later Mark came back out with one of the service technicians. Jameson. Jameson told me he was a former Marine and knew how I felt. He said hed look at it right way and try to get me back on the road so I could see my son. Im sure he was probably done with his day by then but he made time to help me out. In the waiting area a customer, Ryan, overheard our conversations. Turns out he had the same make and model of truck that I had that was there being serviced. He told the service desk that if there were any parts they needed they could take them off his truck and put them on mine so I could get where I needed to go. He also offered to go get me food since I was a bit stuck. Unbelievably kind of him! Soon after, Jameson and Travis from the Service Desk came out and told me it was going to be a pretty big fix and would take several days. Both of them were so kind and caring about my predicament and did everything they could to help me. I understood nothing about the mechanical problems with my car but they patiently tried to explain to me and then by phone to my husband what was going on. By this time it was nearing 5:00 and I had to figure out how to get to Colorado. They called in their shuttle driver, Andy(I hope) and he got me to a car rental agency just before it closed. He stayed until I was sure I could get a car and be on my way. Im pretty sure one of them wouldve driven me Colorado at that point just to make sure I saw my son. I finally made it to CO late that night and had a wonderful visit with my son and his wife. Travis kept in contact giving us updates as they worked on the truck. The next week we came back through to pick it up (made my husband drive with me this time!) When we arrived to retrieve it we found out that Jameson had come in hours before his shift started tomake sure it was done for us that day. Definitely service above and beyond. Jameson, Travis, Mark, Andy and customer Ryan, made what started out as a stressful day turn into a positive experience. I will never forget their kindness. Thanks to all of you!

I inquired about a vehicle that they have listed for sale online. For 2 weeks I have been trying to get them to email me pictures but they refuse to, they keep asking for my phone number. Now they raised the price by $4000 too
My 2019 Trailhawk was purchased in July 2018 and I tow it behind my RV. In less than a week the engine would not start, twice! Ft Worth Jeep dealer just recharged and sent us back out on the road. Service Advisor Mark at the Fremont Jeep dealership in Rock Springs, Wyoming, brought out a new battery to our campground and installed it himself. Mark also discussed with me what might be causing the battery to drain and advised us to get it checked out at the dealership. Thank you Mark, our angel in disguise!

We had a busted exhaust manifold bolt and were traveling through the area. The service team took excellent care of us. They even let us park our travel trailer in their lot while they fixed our Ram 1500. The work was warranty work and the team was helpful in getting everything done with the warranty. It’s almost impossible to find an honest, affordable dealership but this is one. Everyone I spoke with was happy and loved their jobs. That’s even more rare. The place must be owned and managed well. Thank you for taking care of us in short time, affordably, and honestly!

After visiting dealerships in Wyoming and Utah my wife and I became so disillusioned with the treatment we received shopping for a new truck that we decided to wait another year. Then I received a call from Tony at Rock Springs Fremont Motors. He listened to the problems we had encountered and promised we would have fair and honest treatment if we allowed him to help us. Long story short, after two days of phone calls we drove from Casper to Rock Springs and purchased a new truck. Tony found what we wanted and was able to take care of everything for us. The dealership in general had friendly people, all willing to help. After driving 3 and 1/2 hours we arrived at the dealership, expecting everything we agreed on to have changed (we already had experienced the old bait and switch in Utah). We were pleasantly surprised to find that everything was EXACTLY as promised. We were able to leave the dealership within two hours with a new truck and NO negative experience.

Have purchased 2 vehicles from these guys. My biggest issue is the Fremont care. I purchased the oil change package from them with my current vehicle. Have been getting my oil changed regularly. Just recently started having issues with my truck. Throwing all sorts of codes and low oil pressure. Took the truck to my personal mechanic. He replaced the camshaft position sensor. (One of the codes.) Truck still throwing codes. He asked about oil change intervals. Told him it was done regularly and it was due now. He recommended we get the oil changed and come back. Called Fremont. Couldnt get it in. No slots available. (Common problem.) So we took it to Valvoline. They drained the oil and pulled the filter. The filter looked twisted. (Below is a picture.) Got a new filter in and went to fill it back up. Oil went everywhere. Found out there was a hose stuck in the filler assembly. They removed the hose. Took the truck back to the mechanic. Showed him the pics and told him what the lube guys found. His opinion was the guys at Fremont werent changing the filter. Hence the low oil pressure from a collapsed filter also causing the camshaft position sensor failure. He said that we probably saved the engine. Very disappointed. Paid a lot of money for that service. Lost my business.***UPDATE*** fremont motors wrote us a check for the oil change at Valvoline and the work on the camshaft position sensor.
My husband found a truck online and fell in love with it! I contacted the dealership and had a prompt return call from Tony Snowden. We communicated both by phone and text message! He was absolutely amazing to work with. We made the 24 hour cross country drive to get the truck and discussed the whole way what we would do if we got there and were given a run around (bait and hook). When we pulled into the dealership in Rock Springs the truck was sitting completely ready for us. We were in and out in a very timely manner. We couldnt of had a better experience! Highly recommend getting ahold of him if you are considering getting a new or used vehicle!

I have been to all the other dealerships in RockSprings looking for the perfect soccer mom car to travel in. A friend told me to go down and see Dan in sales said he could find anything. Well after a few trips down there to look at some cars and suvs Dan found what i was looking for. I will be seeing him again when i wear this one out.
On October 2, I called Fremont Motors fromWamsutter and talked to Lila Pacheco who said they could work on myDodge Sprinter van which had sprung a fuel leak somewhere as soon as she could work me in. So I got a tow and arrived at Fremont Motors at about 1 pm. When I arrived Lila took charge and said it it did not look good to get any work to be done on my van but she would try. It did not work out on Friday but she kept me informed during that time. On Saturday she was able to get a mechanic to work on it and after multiple tries to solve the problem and send me down the road with dependable repair, I was able to get on the road about 4 pm. Again she kept me informed through out the day about the progress of repairs and in the end was able to keep the cost of the work very reasonable. The repair allowed me to continue on to Denver and then back to Redmond Oregon without another problem. Top of the line work by Lila and the Mechanic with some support from Mark Shields as well.
Friendly service and got the wife and I into 2 brand new vehicles with a very low interest rate. Proud to do business with them always!!! Thank you Eric and Andy!

Earlier this month we were driving cross-country in a rented Chrysler Pacifica minivan. Crossing southern WY, we ran into our first snowfall, and needed our windshield washers to clear the slush/salt spray from passing trucks. The windshield washer control delivered no fluid, and topping off the system at the next gas station did not correct the problem. We had no choice but driving forward at reduced speed until we finally reached Rock Springs, WY.We had the great fortune of being able to explain our dilemma to Travis Poll, Service Manager at Fremont Motors Chrysler dealership on the phone. He immediately understood what I needed. He told us not to worry. As long as we got to the dealership before closing time, he assured us our car would be serviced, even if he had to keep a mechanic working late. He was a man of his word. Mechanic Rob Ashley took the van on arrival, and the problem was diagnosed and repaired in 20 minutes! We were very appreciative & safely back on the road before 6PM.I learned a lot about the exemplary business culture at Fremont Motors from our Service Dept experience. We were strangers passing through town with a serious problem, not regular customers. I strongly recommend visiting Fremont for all your automotive needs.

They always take good care of us. But it does seem to be that the parts we need are never normal inventory. We live 90 min away and it’s always a 2 trip adventure getting something fixed.
I recently purchased a 2017 Titan from Brayden V. in Rocksprings Wyoming, which I have been searching for this exact pick up for months. This was my first internet purchase sight unseen. I always go look at every purchase in person first. But with the pandemic and work, that was not in the cards this time. Now being from Fremont County Wyoming and growing up knowing the company, I thought I could purchase this vehicle with confidence. For the most part I got exactly what I wanted. Brayden even went out and made sure there wasnt a cigarette smell for me.....Thanks! So delivery/swap day came, the driver was great! She was super friendly. As soon as we did the paperwork and Lilly was on her way, my husband noticed a pretty large spot on the tailgate that the paint was peeling. So I went back to the listing online to see if I had missed it. But the pictures didnt show the spot that is literally the size of a grapefruit. Now I had planned on calling Brayden on Monday, but he actually called first to see if everything was okay. So I told him I was disappointed and why, he told me he would get back to me. Well 2 weeks later I am still waiting! You might not think its that big of a deal, but now i have to spend another $1000 give or take to fix the problem. My other issue is I have only put 232 miles on the pick up and it already needs an oil change! Now I know its 6 hours from Rocksprings to Scottsbluff, but I should of been able to drive a little farther the 232 miles before I had to get the oil changed. After all I did just spend 30,000+ dollars with you. This purchase will more than likely be my last from Fremont Motors. I will just stick with our local salesman here that we trust to deliver exactly what I want.

We broke down in our promaster van while vacationing from Indiana and they worked us in and got us back on the road in a day! We so appreciated their kindness and helping us out. It was a stressful day for us and we were thankful they repaired our van as quickly as they did! Great team!

Lost the water pump in my 01 Dodge diesel, got it towed in at night thanks to Wild Card Towing great service. On a Friday afternoon.The dealership diagnosed and repaired and I was on the road by about 3:30 Saturday afternoon.Good service and pleasant to deal with.
Eric Nations was so very helpful when we had a recent service issue with my mother in law’s car. He explored every avenue to get financing for a newer vehicle, but was not able to get the payment where she needed it to be. He explained everything, and didn’t try to blow sunshine where it didn’t belong. He did not pressure her to purchase what she couldn’t really afford, and was also able to explain the issue with her current vehicle. I cannot say enough superlatives. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Just an oil filter change and multi-point inspection plus free car wash. But the Service Department was very professional and courteous. Had me out and on my way in under an hour. Totally acceptable performance.
Buying my truck with Andy Sell was a breeze he helped me with every step. Same with the maintenance department. The manager in the department Kristine is extremely friendly. Service was super fast. Fremont as a whole is a very welcoming and friendly place.

*LONG POST WARNING*Previously before I found this establishment I was DONE with dodge. Ive been to so many crummy dodge dealerships that were rude and had no care for my trucks problems (west coast and texas). I yet had no choice but to turn to another dealership for work as I had just lost my set of duallys going up interstate 80. I had my truck towed there and had to order parts. The problem being, I had to be gone right away to deliver my cargo or id be terminated by my employer. A day later Im back on the road better than ever. This group of individuals in the service department were the most outstanding, professional, easy-going, caring bunch I have ever met in my life. Not only did they fix my vehicle correctly but efficiently. They helped me with lodging over the night I was there and even offered to by us lunch and treated us like family! The mechanics had reduced their hours tremendously to accommodate what we could afford. When I left they called every couple hours to make sure everything is going good. Their one request when I was leaving...call them when I dropped my cargo to make sure I made it safely. Not only have they restored my lack of faith towards dodge but made me want to by another. And I wont be going anywhere else to buy it. When I need my truck serviced I will be finding a load going through Rock Springs just so I will have the pleasure once more. Thank you again so much service department you are honestly a bunch of rock stars.
