Morgan did an amazing job with us. She wasnt pushy, was bluntly honest when we asked questions, didnt stalk us around the parking lot, or try to smooth over rough edges to make a sale. They allowed us to use our scanner to check for history of each vehicle we were interested in. They did everything they could to find us the best interest rate and let us keep the vehicle for the holiday weekend, since the banks were closed. Everyone was very accommodating with our time, friendly, and willing to work with our budget. In the future, we will definitely go here first to check things out. I am absolutely blown away by how amazing the people are at this dealership. We’re driving from Oregon to Florida and our trucks transmission took a dump, we have 2 dogs, a toddler, and a 3 month old and we were stranded in the middle of Wyoming. Our tow truck driver highly recommended them and took us there, they not only got us amazing deal on a new truck, they fed my toddler, and put us up in a hotel for the night. We ended up not loving the truck we had originally picked, we went in first thing the next morning and they were so kind and let us pick a new one. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because it takes so long to do the paperwork. Not their fault as paperwork makes the world go round, but I needed to at work and they still took an extra 30 minutes. Otherwise they were amazing and I got exactly what I wanted.

Dont expect them to uphold their end of any prospective bargain. Saw a vehicle listed online Sunday night and made sure to call on it bright and early the next day when the dealership opened.Called and spoke to one of the salesmen and let him know I was serious about the vehicle and even willing to travel a state over from where I live to pick it up. He stated hed send over the documents needed to take to the bank and get the process started. Provided my information and said Id follow up when I received everything. 45 minutes elapse with nothing received. I call back yet again at 10 to 9, ask for it to be emailed and again provide my info. He said itd be sent over in 10-15 minutes.Three and a half hours go by. And its now noon with nothing being sent over as promised. I finally get a call from the salesman asking where I was at with things and that someone was on site ready to buy the vehicle. Needless to say, wont be wasting time w/ these guys at any point in the future. A very bad look to not be able to back up your word or conduct business professionally and diligently, and I definitely shouldnt have to do their job for them in order to buy from them. Very unprofessional.

There service team is a bit hard to track down sometimes, but once you find Larry hes always been super helpful and friendly! He replaced a water pump on warranty in the time specified! Great job! My transmission cooling lines are leaking now but I have no concerns, they will surely do a great job with that too! This place is the only place Ill buy a car in town!

If they say something needs fixed then it needs fixed and you wont find a better shop to take care of the problem.

Tracy was the best at helping me find a great vehicle for the kids and myself. She had a lot of good information and really looked after me. She just didnt sell me any car. To be honest, she could have sold me on just about anything, in fact she kept talking me out of vehicles, I really wouldnt know. I have one with low miles runs great and did really well on my road trip up to Washington State.

Bought a Nissan a little over a week ago. Went great and Morgan was super friendly and easy to work with. However we were told our new ride was detailed and clean. The outside was definitely cleaned as we watched Morgan take it to the wash but in no way was the interior cleaned let alone detailed. Super disappointed about this because it will need a good cleaning on the inside before we actually get to truly enjoy that new car feeling.No need to wait lol. Morgan called me just a bit ago with an apology. I completely understand how this can get over looked. Thank you guys so much for making this right and working so well with us. You guys rock and Morgan was amazing working with!

My husband and I went there during a sale. We were looking to trade in our car and were approached by a pretty nice gentleman who took our information, but then strung us along for days w/ useless texts saying wait for my text just for a credit check... We finally just returned to the sale just to look around a little more. Were approached by a different person from sales. Who then after a short conversation brings us a this impatient, unprofessional, ignorant tree of a person to us. Who basically acted like we were trash and not worth his time. We then left and went straight to the local Ford dealership where they got us in a new car before the days end. Unbelievably awful experience. Wont ever return.

Buying the car itself was a great experience but when I have only had it not even a month and Im having continuous problems with it, thats not so great. I called the shop this morning to get more information on what they could do to help me (my car went into reduced engine power mode) and the service person treated me like I was dumb. Not a great experience with the service people.

Tearable place to do business you will get swindled in to something that they give you one price and you will see another buy the time you leave and dont trust them with trades they the money they say they will give you for a trade it will some how end up getting put on your loan in my experience with them very shady business would not even recommend to my worse enemy

I was driving through Wyoming on a holiday road trip when my dog had an accident in my car. Specifically on the drivers seat. I had 2000 miles left on my road trip, and no other car wash in Rock Springs did interior detailing. Turns out, this dealership does detailing!!! Took me right away, and did an amazing job. My only other option would have been to drive a couple hundred miles into a larger town / city. These guys truly saved my day!
