My sons Honda broke down, and they were so kind to us. I walked away feeling liked They genuinely wanted to help us and not take every dime we had. They showed us all the great sites to see in Rock Springs and offered to take us anywhere we needed to go. They shuttled us to a hotel in the area. I would recommend them to anyone,and feel like they could trust them to be honest.

Special ordered my wifes car through Rock Springs Honda Toyota (RSHT) and we couldnt be happier! Brandon helped us every step of the way and made the entire process so simple and enjoyable. We drove nearly 3 hours from Salt Lake to buy from RSHT and would do so again in a heartbeat. Its hard to find that small town, family atmosphere in car dealerships these days...let alone a place where there isnt any pressure and you can choose what works for you without any unnecessary pressure...but this is the place. Our check engine light came on in our 2009 Honda Odyssey while driving back home to Denver from visiting family in Pinedale. It was the day before Thanksgiving and we didnt know if anyone would be available to help us so we could drive home. I called these guys and they said to come in. They quickly looked at the van and fixed what was needed within a couple hours and had us back on the road before the next winter storm. Thank goodness they were so responsive and available to help because we absolutely had to make it home that day, especially because there were two little kids in the car. This business has been in Rock Springs with same owners&several staff members since I bought my first motorcycle from them in the summer of 1970. Since then I have purchased a couple of bikes, a used car and now my first Toyota pickup truck. I am always greeted by name by the owner, Wayne, and the lead sales person, Steven. The buying experience has always been pleasant. Steven&Wayne believe in low pressure sales techniques and know their products. I find them to be straight shooters&honest. I am pretty sure I could probably have purchased this truck for a couple hundred less elsewhere but doing business locally was more important to me. They were willing to help me buy the truck I wanted rather that push something from their existing stock. I can recommend this business without reservation.

My bike vibrated apart everything they took apart within 50 miles after them having it for three weeks to change back tire was not happy when my exhaust started dragging the asphalt they did not get my side cover put back on correctly and the bolts are also vibrating out of the chrome protectors for the side bags

Very great experience! We have Toyota care and just had the 30,000 mile check up. We were on a trip and noticed the tire pressure light on. The service tech checked it, showed us we had a slow leak and Jason the manager told us where to go because they dont have a tire shop. Jason called ahead and got us checked in at a local tire shop. First car purchase from a dealership. They were great! I had previously gone to the Nissan Dealership in town, and they definitely were trying to rip me off. I came into the Honda dealership and he worked with me to get the car I wanted at a much better interest rate. Also, this dealership doesnt tack on a bunch of extra fees. I would definitely recommend this place!

My husband walked into tayota dealership to buy a truck, literally walked around for 20 mins with no one even came up..Finally someone comes up and asks why are you here? 😅No hand shake, no name, no contact info asked. Didnt even ask what he was looking for or even try to talk a deal or number My husband said that alone made him not wanna buy a truck from there. So to denver we go lolIts common sense in sales to at least do a handshake and make sure you get a name and contact info.

I was towed to Rock Springs on a Sunday, (motorcycle) ( Honda Goldwing) with a rear flat tire called them first thing Monday morning they took me right in replaced the tire and I was on my way within an hour continued my road trip 🙂 great service

I was in accident in May. Totaled my awesome Toyota 😞 I was pretty bummed.Went down to RS Toyota Honda to see what was there. ( bought my Toyota from Steve at RSTH- excellent service)Test drove a couple of nice cars. Honda Accord came in that day on trade. My insurance company was taking its sweet time paying. Wayne held car, until my insurance came through. Dustin waxed it... looked brand new. Brandon showed me how to work all inside computer system. I was completely stunned when I came into get car. A small dealership that is very quiet. It took me walking around to find a salesman who was more interested in texting on his phone. I expressed as getting ready to buy a car in the next 24 to 48 hours and would like to take a test drive and he seemed to be less interested in exploring the only new model they had was in the show room. Dont waste your time!

Horrible experience and never even spoke with anyone. We had stopped the night before during business hours and looked at the truck. No one came out to help but its cold so no big deal. The next morning we returned and went inside. Still no one came over to help. One man was sitting at a desk near the front and looked at us with a look that said he was displeased with us even being there. Then he started talking to another employee and never paid us no mind again. Like no other car dealership I have ever seen. No customer service and the building is very crude and old. Was never a fan of Honda or Toyota but this experience assured Ill never own one.

Was there during an off day most likely. Walked in, no one said hi but employees saw me. Went to the parts dept and the two guys were talking to each other, looked at me, then went back to their conversation. Stood there for a good minute or so and they finally asked what I needed. The place looks nice on the inside but like I said, maybe it was an off day

Brandon M. Took my problem on immediately and attempted to diagnose it. My wife and I are traveling through from Virginia and have been frustrated at having no audio on our 2014 Civic, no radio no CD play. Brandon arranged for the shop to squeeze it into a busy schedule. Within an hour I was on my way. Still no audio, but I know what I have to do next. No charge. Im so grateful.

What great people, I wish more dealerships were like this. Brandon helped us into a great vehicle for our daughters first car.

The service department went out of their way to help get my sisters brand new CRV get fixed so we could get home after the Denver Honda service department forgot to torque the lug nuts on one front tire stranding us in Wamsutter Wy with the wheel having only one lug nut and 2 wheel bolts left on the tire. Jason had to deal with the Denver Honda service department for 2 days until pictures were sent and multiple e- mails and phone calls were placed until the car was fixed to his satisfaction that the car would be safe to drive. He also fought for us when the Denver dealer wanted us to drive home on the factory spare. He kept us updated on the expected delivery for the tire and rim the Denver service department overnighted to him. This dealer’s service department was great. The Denver dealer just did not want to spend any money even though if the wheel had come off while driving we could have had a tragic outcome.

Overall the service was decent. However it seems as though they will put other cars before yours, thus taking longer to get service done. I most likely wont be going to get work done on my car by them.

Stay away! I own a Subaru specialty repair shop in Colorado and just inspected a timing belt replaced by this place. The timing guide was improperly adjusted and almost cause the timing belt to failed promptly 1k outside of “warranty”. I respect warranty requirements however there is the right and wrong way to handle improper work. They technician apparently has worked for Subaru for 25 years and claims the timing guide is “unadjustable” and is supposed to rub on the belt. Do a google search for the Subaru timing procedure and it clearly states the guide is supposed to be adjusted using feeler gauges to the proper clearance. They refused to help the customer and refused to acknowledge they improperly performed the job. Clearly they are “Toyota” and “Honda” “experts”. Definitely do not buy a Subaru from here or quite frankly any vehicle. If a customer came into my shop and we did anything wrong “regardless of mileage” we would take care of the customer and do what’s right. Shame on you.

When my wife and visited this dealership looking for a 2016 Tacoma the service was terrible! It almost seemed like we were inconveniencing the salesman with our presence. After telling him I wanted a long bed in quicksand color he pretty much told us good luck and that we were better off just getting something off the lot! I know they can put a request in to allocate a certain truck for their lot, but by that time I was pissed he wasnt doing his job and wouldnt buy anything from this dealership if my life depended on it. He literally handed me a pamphlet on Tacomas and said They sell themselves. Really?! So that means you can just sit there and not care if your a dick? I will never go back. If you want a Tacoma and a good deal, we got ours at Foss Dealership in Casper, WY. I wont even service my truck at the Rock Springs, WY dealership!!

I was recently traveling through Rock Springs WY on my motorcycle when I had a tire problem on my Harley. Rock Springs Honda was open when I called and said they would help if they could when I called them, he did tell me up front that he would not be able to get me in for service that day. When I got there Thomas had a tire in stock and must have called 12 different places to get it mounted and balanced for me. Thomas was getting frustrated because he could not find anyone to help me out that day as the parts people kept coming up with people to call. Knowing I was from out of town he and the owner decided that they would get me in and have their mechanic change it for me even though it put them another hour behind taking care of the current customers.They get a 5 star rating because they cared and found a way to help someone that needed it.They also did not take advantage of me on the financial side even though they could have, I felt I got a good product at a fair price.What they did gain was my respect and Gratitude .Sincerely:Howard HirdesHudsonville MIPS You have some good people at this dealership and I hope you give them your business.

Parts department review.Busy crew at this solo dealership in the county. Always work to get your order right, even on a bad day for themselves. I find prices 3-4 dollars above the internet dealerships. For 3-4 dollars more Ill support my local yota crew.
