I have used Sweetwater Plumbing and heating for plumbing parts for years. Joni has an extensive knowledge of parts and is always so dang helpful and friendly. It’s no surprise why this family business has been around for so long.

They were nice. Didnt have what I need but still helpful.

She had just the right part even opened back up to get it for us. Very nice and professional now we know where to go for the hard to find parts.

Worst service ever. The guy in the office was nice, but after that everything sucked. They came Wednesday ands said that the combustion motor was not working, they said they would get it on Thursday and come and fix it, but nothing. I called the guy and he said someone would fix it Friday morning and no one came, kept calling and no answer, we had to go with no heater all weekend, too cold for my kids but we survived, finally they answered Monday and said that they would get the part after 2 pm, why not tell me that on Thursday, sounded more like an excuse. I could of maybe called someone else. Anyway they changed the motor yesterday and left, the heater did not work, another freezing night. Finally someone else came to change something else it seems like its working but well see. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SWEETWATER HEATING AND PLUMBING. Now i know who NOT to call when having heater problems.
