All friendly and helpful sales associates. As with any retail store some are more knowledgable than others. 99 % of the time I find exactly what Im looking for. I do take the time to go online to check inventory and in-store location, saves time for those of us who dont consider shopping a social occasion.

I order a lot online and pickup in store at the pro desk. Always ready when I get there and the convenience is great. In addition, ordering online allows for a wider selection because you have the opportunity to shop from all Home Depot locations and shipped to yours for free.

The attendant at the pro desk one guy I am a professional builder treated me like ADI Y person. I asked in the difference between 2 products any point at me down the aisle. I ask the lumber person do you have any T1 11. He said no. He moved us forklift I did away and guess what was on next to M T1 11 on a rack. But dont worry the Pro desk at menards was no better. I rate it one star in rating it should be a negative 3

Got a great deal on my washer. Had a great sales associate - Maverick - that got me an even better deal than I had planned on. Then when it came to delivery, I was left high and dry by the delivery company and HD was not interested in trying to compensate for their poor service. Their hands were tied. Frustrating.... guess I will shop elsewhere.
